Okay, guys, I had this idea just now...

I think, as a way to help new people get integrated into the game, some people/characters should volunteer to be sort of a "newbie contact team". Start threads with them, tag into their threads, and PM them with ideas until they get situated. And if we have a new person and none of the team does this within a day or so....I'll assign someone to the new person. >.>

So volunteers, as well as critiques/suggestions are welcome. And dude, it's like one in the morning, if I don't make sense it's cause I'm half-asleep...

if we aren't part of the newbie team (I'd love to volunteer but work away from home for 3 days each week, making me terribly unreliable ;P) can we still take threads started by new players?

well, of course! I just wanted to appoint some people so that I know for certain new players won't feel left out. After all, trying to get involved with an already established group of players can be really difficult and intimidating.
