It was meant to be raining at some point in the day, though it didn't say when to expect the rain, what this meant was that Brad found himself sitting on the green outside the school, it made sense to make use of the heat and sun while it was there. Maybe later he would come up for the storm if and when it came, Brad had managed to get to the local subway store to get his favourite roll.
He was meant to be doing some light reading for something he had to do later in the week, but he was to distracted by the hot blond jock sitting not far from him, it helped that said blond jock hadn't stopped staring at him. He was ready to move onto something more than one night stands, though in fairness it was a lot of fun having one night stands... no strings was good in his opinion, he just found as his life picked up and his career started to go the way he wanted it to go, he wanted more from life than a one night stand.
Brad fished around in his pocket for a moment taking a card out with his number on it he tossed it at the boy, "Call me sometime, maybe we can do something." Brad said the boy grinned goofily at him.
"Count on it." the boy said to him with a smile Brad smiled back at him before taking a bit out of his sandwich.

Jude was having a bad day. The morning did not go well for her. She had woken up late and missed her dad, the bus ran late and when it DID come, it splashed dirty drain water on her light blue shirt and white skirt. As if it couldn't get any worse, she forgot that her spare clothes were in another bag at home and she had to stay in the toilet practically the whole morning before lunch cleaning her shirt and skirt and letting it dry under the stupid hand dryer which died halfway through. And of course since she had rushed out of the house that morning, she forgot her lunch and she didn't like the cafeteria food.
So going to the local subway store was the only way she could get to maybe reedem her day and she was glad nothing wrong happened on the way. She got her sandwich and a blond boy who had tossed a card to another boy and had asked him to call got into her vision. He was good-looking and he was gay. How typical. Well, at least she could stare at him all she wanted without facing any conflicts. Biting her lower lip, she waved at the boy before asking. "Is the seat taken?"

He looked up at the girl smiled, "No its not taken." he said taken aback that some people at the school probably wouldn't have bothered to ask before sitting down. Common curtesy went a long way, even if he would not actually tell people where to go no matter of his mood. Today was a good day, Brad was currently pleased with everything that was happening in his life.
He hadn't seen the girl in question at the school before, though that might have been becasue they went to different schools, rather than the girl being new to the school. He guessed though that the girl in question was not from silver, he prided himself on knowing when someone was new and from silver. It didn't mean that he was always right.
"Are you a Silver or a Gould?" Brad asked the girl deciding to break the ice rather than sit in what would undoutedbly be a very awkward silence as he felt a hand on his pushing something in to his hand. He looked down at the note grinning as he read it before putting it in his pocket, his eyes returned to the girl. "Sorry about that I'm Brad." Brad introduced himself.

Sitting down, a sweet smile appeared on her face as she slid a hand under her rear to smooth down her skirt before sitting down. She unwrapped her sandwich and bit into it before looking up when he asked the question. "I'm a Gould. I just started a few months ago actually. Still trying to adjust with the whole going out of school to eat. Never experienced cafeteria food and by the looks of it, I don't think I ever want to." Jude laughed a bit.
When he introduced himself as Brad and had that grin on his face, Jude smiled back and was about to think that it was out of politeness for her but someone had just passed them and Brad and the guy's hand had touched briefly. Her smile grew sly before putting her sandwich down and extending her hand to Brad. "My name's Jude. Jude Sheffield." She introduced herself. "And you're from...?"
She wanted to guess that this boy was from Gould but so far, she had never seen him before. She was good at remembering faces and with the vast population of Silvers and in Gould, it was rather trying but she would know if she'd seen a face before.
