Seeing the otherside of the tracks (Tag Jeremy)

He wasn't all that sure what to expect in meeting up with Jeremy tonight, all he knew was the dress casually sign he pocketed something in his jeans pocket. He had rules on gifts to boyfriends and given that he didn't want to scare Jeremy of he went for something that belonged to him and meant something to him. Technically it was expensive, but it was something he had had for years, something that he thought that would show his boyfriend how serious he was about them.

"Jade." his mom said Jade looked up her. "What did you put in your pocket?" she asked. "Oh come on honey." she said Jade pulled it out she let a whistle. "I remember when we gave that to you, this Jeremy must be very special." she said to him Jade smiled at this.

"He is." Jade said to her.

"Do you know where or what he is taking you to?" she asked.

"His side of the fence." Jade said to her she chuckled. "His not to comfortable with certain aspects of my life." Jade said to her.

"Money?" she asked.

"Yes among other things." Jade said to her.

"Your work it out." she said Jade smiled. "You always do." she added. "Don't get home to late, and remember you are not cleared to drive." she added.

"I do know all of this mom." Jade said to her she smiled.

"Have a good time." she added.

Jeremy pulled up to Jade's house. It seemed bigger than he had remembered but then they hadn't been to either his place or Jere's place in awhile. He felt bad because he had forgotten about play rehearsal so anything else would happen afterwards.

He went up to the door and rang the bell. A tall male staff member answered the door. "Hi, I'm here for Jade." Jeremy told the man who looked like he could intimidate the ferocious of creatures. Jeremy followed him inside.

"Master Jade, Jeremy is here for you." He stepped aside so Jeremy could smile at Jade.

"Hey," He went over and kissed him gently and hugged him. "I'm afraid I have good news bad news. Good news is we can spend today together bad news is I forgot about rehearsals for the show, it might be rather boring for you." He felt slightly embarrassed about it. "I could drag you along and say my number one fan didn't want me do be all alone." He laughed. "Course they are also looking for extras for the show, maybe you could make an offer, but I won't make you do it."

Jade smiled, "So let me get this straight, I get to see you dancing and singing in rehearsals and generally looking cute, why would I not want to watch that." Jade said with amusement in his eyes. "I'm not all that inclined towards musicals, but with you in it I will have to buy the best seats in the house... just to make sure I have a good view of you." Jade said to him. "I have something for you as well but that can wait till later." Jade said to him before kissing him he got a glare from his neighbour who was in the garden with her young kids.

"Don't look now but if we don't get going soon, we are going to get lynched by the local busybody." Jade said to him. "We've been spotted kissing on my doorstep, and the bible basher saw it... so if we don't want a lesson on christian ethics or for that that matter scripture with a woman who could talk the whole country into believing that her views were the only views that mattered." Jade said to him with a grin on his face. "I'm serious about the last bit, if we don't vacate this drive way before she gets round up enough to demand we have some humanity and leave the gay kingdom behind for the straight world, we are going to miss most of your practice." Jade said to him.
