Skye is one of those girls that almost seems unapproachable. She has near waist length blond hair, thickly lashed deep blue eyes and a smile that lights up a room. She keeps herself in top shape for her dancing. Standing at 5'6, she has got one of those bodies most women would kill for. Skye loves dressing in formfitting clothes, favoring darker colors, and her clothes sometimes take on a medieval fashion.
Personality:
Skye can be complicated at times. there are times that she is upbeat and friendly, willing to do any and everything for you. And then there are days where one wrong move and shes screaming at you to leave her alone. She can be loving or hateful, lustful, conniving. Underneath everything else, she is faithful, stronger then she looks, focused. Skye can be protective of her friends, and her brothers. She hates to see children being hurt as she knows exactly what it feels like. Skye is the type of person that will back you up if she feels that have earned her trust. She will not always trust someone right away. Skye may be impulsive at times, doing something she may or may not regret later on.

Brian and Marie Turner were childhood sweethearts. They had the perfect life. He was tall and muscular, making all the girls swoon when he walked past after a day on the construction site. She was pretty, popular, an all American girl. They had a decent house in a quiet neighborhood. White picket fences, lush green lawns, life was quaint in suburbia. The couple was eventualy blessed with darling children. Tyler was first, followed by Brandon a year later. They were rough and tumble, hardy boys. Before the boys were both out of diapers, another was born. The little girl was named Skye.
Things were nearly perfect for a while. The boys watched out for their baby sister as she began to walk and talk. Skye was about 4 when Marie found the young girl dancing in front of the TV set. Noting the smile on her baby's lips and the grace in her movements, mom talked it over with Brian and they signed Skye up for dance lessons. Even at a tender age she seemed to be a natural. Life at home fell apart shortly after that. Brian lost his job at the construction company, and found it difficult to find another. He sat at home, slipping into a depression that was often accompanied by a bottle of alcohol.
Unable to let her children go hungry, Marie picked up another job. She waited tables by day and she turned to stripping at night. The money was worth it to keep her children fed and clothed, and Skye in her dance classes. With mom gone so much of the day, Brian was supposed to pick them up from school, make sure they were fed, and Skye got to her classes. More often then not, it fell to Tyler, at only 8 years old, to take up the slack. He and Brandon would make sure she got home from Kindergarten safely, making her something to eat, usually a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, before they ran off to play.
The house was quiet while the children were at school, allowing Brian to enjoy his drunken state in peace. That peace was apparently disturbed when Skye came home, chattering about her day or simply wanting her father's attention. Drunk and angry, Brian would take the young girl and lock her in the hall closet. It was not an every day occurrence, but enough to leave a lasting scar on her mind and a fear of the dark and being locked in. It never happened when Marie was around, not once.
Skye was 10 when Brian finally managed to find himself another job, and things at home eased off more. No more locked closets. But the drinking did not stop. When Skye was 13, her entire life began to disintegrate. Brian began to drink more, his temper flaring at the smallest things. Fights broke out with Marie and Brian, and he began to get physically abusive with his wife. Marie took off that same year, finally snapping and unable to deal with her husband and his temper, praying that her children would be able to take care of themselves. This was something that Skye would never forgive her for, even as much as she missed her. Time slipped by, Ty and Bran taking over the house. They both worked jobs after school to bring food into the house and to pay bills. Tyler picked up a part time job in a mechanic's garage, and Brandon slung burgers in a fast food joint. Skye still danced, taking classes after school and on weekends. Driven by a dream, she had to get out of the house. Her brothers were fantastic, working to make sure she had what she needed.
Skye was yanked out of school her sophmore year when Brian once again lost his job. They had to move out of the city to allow him to take a job elsewhere.
Now, at age 17, skye is returning, once again to Gould high, Brian has yet another job in the area, and his antics with alcohol and his fists have not stopped.
