Vasilisa was having a good morning. She had vegged out at home in front of the tv watching some mtv shows. After eating some snacks all morning she figured she might as well drag her butt out for a jog. She put on some yoga pants and a tank top and put on socks and her sneakers. She didn't even bother with any make up and put her long dark hair up in a pony tail. She grabbed her Ipod and put it on the strap that went around her upper arm and put the ear buds in her ear not turnign htem on yet. Getting in her car she drove to the beach and parked. She was going to job on the beach since it was a nice day.
Getting out of her car she locked it put the key down her tank top in her bra so she would not lose it. She stuck her cell phone in the strap on her upper arm to. She headed to the beach and did some quick stretches by the rocks. Once she was warmed up and limber and her muscles were relaxed, she pressed play and the Song Pour Some Sugar on me was blasting in her ears. She took off at a run making sure she would not run into people.
