This is two of two I love myself new charas....
Character Name: Sophie Marie Conway
Nickname: mostly goes by Sophie, but also has been referred to as either Noah's sister, or The Coach's Daughter, which she can't stand
Age: 15
Birthday: April 21st
Place of Birth: Sacramento, CA
Grade: Sophomore
Height: 5'7"
Hair Color: blonde
Eye Color: blue
Detailed Appearance: Sophie's most notable feature is her hair. Her naturally blonde hair is rather curly and easily can get out of control, not that she cares. She just says her wild hair suits her cause she's a wild woman. Tall and thin, Sophie doesn't really exercise or eat anything that isn't junk food but being 15, she still has that amazing fast metabolism where she doesn't gain weight anyway. Her style is kind of eclectic. She's a bit of a hipster really, with her bright colors and quirky accessories. She likes wearing crazy T-shirts and are usually pretty nerdy and she pairs them with jeans and sneakers that she painted herself, or with skirts or shorts that she'll wear over tights and even sometimes layers socks over tights. She'll wear cutesy bracelets and necklaces and stud earrings that she mixes and matches so she usually is never wearing earrings that match and she'll paint her nails and array of different colors all at once. If you ask her her favorite color, she'll say rainbow, which is all the colors she likes to wear. She also likes to wear nerdy, plastic glasses sometimes, even though she has perfect vision. She just wears them for fun and because she thinks they're cool. She likes to be comfortable, but stylish, only Sophie's idea of stylish isn't remotely main stream at all.
Personality: Sophie is very outspoken. She likes telling people exactly what she thinks, the unedited version. She sometimes gets herself into trouble because of this, but usually manages to wiggle her way out of trouble...well at least out of serious trouble. She can't stand football even though her whole family is obsessed with it. She could tell you everything there is to know about football, but she'd say it in her droning I can't stand this tone. Sophie considers herself to be the black sheep of her family, this is no secret. She could be athletic, but she's never had any interest in finding out. Instead she's really into music. She likes all kinds of crazy indie bands that no one has heard of although she also kind of likes some main stream and pop music because its fun. However, Sophie being blunt as always will inform anyone who asks that she doesn't like to admit her fondness for mainstream music because it ruins her cred. It's sort of backwards because she's so open about it, but she's kind of open about everything and will usually just make things that are embarrassing to her come out as if its some sort of joke. It's easier that way.
She's really close with her brother and doesn't understand why he puts himself through so much. She is always trying to talk him into standing up to their father but he never does, which just means that Sophie does so even more. She's a pusher. She pushes for what she wants until she gets it, and for the most part that has worked for her...just not when it comes to football.
Thoughts on High School: She's new so she doesn't really know about all the troubles Gould and Silver had in the past. She isn't sure how she feels about her new school though. She likes being in LA cause Sacramento was insanely boring but so far it seems like the high school is no better than any other high school. Same old routine, that's all.
Town Area: El Segundo
Job: none
Transportation: her brother
Family Background: Jonathan Conway - Football Coach, the new coach of Gould Silver starting this year
Amy Conway - nurse
Sophie Conway - age 15, younger sister
History: Jonathan and Amy met in college. Jonathan was a star football player at USC and Amy was a cheerleader. They married shortly after college and Jonathan went pro, landing a coveted position on the Oakland Raiders. But he blew out his knee in his rookie year and after many surgeries he was told that he couldn't play anymore. Without much to fall back on, Jonathan got a job coaching PW football and worked his way up. Amy had a degree in nursing so she put that to use, giving them a decent salary to live on. Eventually they had Noah, and a year later they had Sophie. While Noah has always been the golden boy...the one that their parents put all their attention toward, Sophie has always felt like she was sort of the disappointment. She's spent many hours of her life arguing with her parents over insanely stupid things and its a continuous cycle that never ends.

Face Claim: Taylor Swift
Writing Sample: Sophie tapped one yellow painted nail on the counter in the main office. She tapped it a few times...making sort of a beat... She then added a pink painted nail followed but a blue painted nail until her all four fingers on her right hand were playing an imaginary piano on the counter. A moment later she was humming along and a moment after that she was singing real words that she was making up on the spot.
"Could you please be quiet?" the secretary asked. "What do you need anyway?" the woman asked. Dressed in a white cotton blouse and a gray pencil skirt, Sophie couldn't help but think the woman's outfit was completely drab and boring. Sort of like her personality probably. Sophie was dressed in a pair of cut off shorts that she wore over purple tie-dyed tights, paired with a black T-shirt with a raven on it made up of the words of Edgar Allen Poe's poem. On her wrist she wore a homemade knotted bracelet with cupcakes on it along with three beaded bracelets that she'd also made herself. Sophie only considered herself to be somewhat artistic though. She tended to think of herself as more crafty than anything else.
"I'm waiting for the principal," she said simply to the office secretary as she started to tap again.
"The principal? What do you need to see him for?"
"I want to start a petition to relocate the funds used for football. I think too much money is focused on it when other sports teams are suffering as well as the other school clubs." She smiled. She was always doing things like this as Sophie didn't understand America's love affair with football...not even a little bit.
"You do realize that would affect your father's job," the secretary said. Sophie couldn't remember her name.
"I know. But what's fair is fair," she grinned. But the secretary just rolled her eyes at her. "Go along Sophie, go to class, the principal is busy." Sophie scrunched up her face, annoyed. She hated it when people didn't have time for her. She let out a huff, "Fine," she grumbled as she marched out of the office. "I'll be back though!" she warned before leaving. With that, Sophie headed out into the halls of school in a sour mood.
