Lunch in seclusion...Brandon tag Any

Brandon started off this year with a name for himself. He had pulled a prank on Sawyer and Roxy at the end of the previous year that apparently set him apart from his siblings. He was officially not a guy to be messed with and one who people should fear retribution. He had impressed Shelby. Or so he hoped, so that was a plus. come on. She was cute and moving through the ranks in terms of being popular. Being allied with her, just boosted Brandon's popularity already. He was very happy.

So Brandon walked into school with his head held high. He even had a few followers. Not many since he was a sophomore, but a follower was a follower. It was already starting. The big head, thinking he was more then he was. Next was trying out for the football team. He would make sure to make the team. Football player and cheerleader. Well once Shelby came around. Brandon had a hopeless crush.

It was lunch time and Brandon decided to for go the lunchroom food cause it looked gross and he could have sworn he saw part of it move. So instead, luckily he had a packed lunch. Brandon decided to find a nice quiet, secluded place to eat, which was not so secluded. He noticed someone sitting in the same corner. He smiled. "I didn't think anyone knew about this spot. I just discovered it yesterday."

Zazzy walked down the halls of the school as if she owned the place. Heads turned to see who the small fry was coming down the hall. Those heads went back to what they were doing when they saw it was Zaz.

She entered the cafeteria and looked for a spot to sit, there was one in a corner. She laid claim by laying out her food, a cobb salad, baguette, broccoli cheddar soup and a bottle of water. She also took out her lap top which had videos of 'Days of Passion' saved up, she plugged in the earbuds and started watching as she slowly ate, stopping on occasion to fast forward through scenes that Greg wasn't in.

She was already determined that she was going to marry him and have kids named Rachael and Noah.

Her eyes drifted up and she saw a well, geeky looking kid standing there with a goofy smile on his face. Her first reaction was what had he seen and the second was to close the lap top.

A delicate eyebrow arched up. "Oh really?" She questioned him. "I found this spot a few days before, I happen to be out yesterday."

Still he didn't seem too bad but the hair and that awful grin would have to go. "I suppose though if there are no other places to sit you may sit here as well."

Brandon shurgged. He was use to Shelby's attitude so this girl did not bother him. "Thanks for the invitation." Okay so she had not invited him to sit, but that didn't stop him from sitting. Again thanks to Shelby Brandon was kind of immune to attitudes in a way. He just dealt with them as if they did not exist. If he had turned away then she would have won, and Brandon was all about having fun even if it meant annoying another person. He was good at it. Hell its what seem to make him so popular in way.

He pulled out a sandwich and took a big bite, "What were you looking at?" He pointed to the lap top. "I didn't mean to interrupt. I just like the corner spot. it is always vacant." He said ignoring the fact she had told him she found the spot before he had. Oh well. he was here now. Brandon was confident in who he was and that he would not be asked to move. Even if he was, he was already sitting down. moving was too much like work.

Of course he had not seen the computer at all. So he had no idea about what she had been watching. Which was a good thing cause if he had he would have most likely made fun of her for it, which would not have been a very good thing now would it. Oh the bliss of ignorance.

Zazzy straightened up slightly, her expression looking as if she had just eaten three Sweetarts at once. Still she knew better that to show defeat. She simply gave a small smile as the boy sat across from her. Even though it now ruined her plans for a cozy lunch with just her and Greg.

When asked what she was watching, she looked like a deer in the headlights! "I...I was uhh just watching some silly videos on YouTube is all. Nothing big just..." her voice trailed off as Greg walked by the table. She let out a small but audible squeak from the back of her throat. It took that moment for her eyes to realize she wasn't sitting alone.

Her first thought was "please don't let my cheeks be a bright pink!" the second came tumbling from her mouth. "Oh umm just doing research for a paper in a class so thats why I'm watching the videos. I wouldn't watch anything else."

Brandon was eating his lunch. Taking big bites as he listend to Zaxzzy speak. When she paused he turned to see Greg. "Hey isn't that guy who acts on that show with the hot blond. I hear she is at this school now too." Brandon said not realizing Zazzy's plans for her and Greg. "My older sis Serena watches that show. She says they need to put the two characters together already." Brandon shrugged. "I use to think it was a reality show. He smirked.

"So weird videos huh. what kind?" He asked. His older brother was always making weird videos. He nodded. "What research project? I wanna take this class. A class that lets me watch you tube. Hell yea." Brandon said smiling. Man he was happy to hear that. "What grade you in?" He asked so he knew whic grade to look out for this in. She didn't look lie she was his age. it would be a shame if she was younger. "I'm Brandon by the way."

"Ahh I wouldn't know for sure, I...I really don't watch television that much unless its an assignment for school or something major like that." She lied through her teeth. She knew the blond he was talking about, it wasn't fair that she got to be close to Greg, even if it was make believe.

"What class?" She was puzzled slightly at his question. "Oh! For the videos!" She had to think of something, anything. "Its for umm A.P. psychology, we have to watch and try and figure why people would intentionally hurt themselves and then post it on the internet for everyone to see."

"I'm Zazzy or Zaz for short. I'm a junior and the class is tough to get into. I mean your gpa has to be like a 4.5 or better. I was just lucky enough to get in."

"My sister is glued to the TV these days. She didn't go to college, so..." Brandon shrugged. "All we here about is Days of Passion." That was Serena. While Seth and Sari were off doing their thing Serena liked to be home. Brandon listened, "AP Psych. No problem I will definitely put that in my schedule." He took another bite of his sandwich as she continued.

"A 4.5 isn't that like impossible. I thought the best GPA one could have is a 4.0..." Brandon shrugged. "Maybe I am wrong." If so he could still try. Sometimes Brandon could be oblivious at times. He didn't get this girl had a major crush on Greg. He just thought she was obviously super smart. She was cute so it didn't matter.

"I have a year then. I am a sophomore, so I have a year to get in. Maybe I can sweet talk the teacher. I have been known to get close to anyone by using my words." Brandon said with a huge grin. "Zazzy. I like that name. How'd ya get it?
