This is a profile for an NPC for when the new school year starts. he will become part of a storyline

Detailed Appearance: Chase has short spiky hair, which is usually filled with gel and looks perfect. Everything about him screams perfection. He always wears black or khaki slacks and dress shirts. His clothes scream "I have money." He is always perfect, if you ruin his clothes you better run. Chase does not like looking like a fool. He dresses up no matter where he is going cause he wants people to know he is better then they are.
He has a sort of square type face with oval eyes. There is a little indention in his chin. He always has just a hint of facial hair, but never too much. His eyes are bright blue and can pull you in. He knows it too. Chase has no piercings or tattoo's. He would not be caught dead doing that to his body. He also has no scars, except normal childhood ones but nothing that stands out. He wears only name brands and is never caught dead with a knock off. His shoes are loafers all the way.
Chase is about 220, his body is not shaped or toned really, so there are no abs, no six pack. He is muscular but doesn't really life weights so he isn't too strong. He is rather lanky looking actually. Meaning he doesn't seem strong or muscular by just looking at him. What he lacks in body shape and type he makes up for by dressing to impress.
Personality: Chase thinks he is better then everyone else. He is a control freak and hates when people do not do as he says. He thinks he can run your life and everyone else's life. If he does not get what he wants, he will find a way. He wants power and control and you better give it to him. Chase is your typical abuser. he is not above hitting a woman if she makes him mad. Of course he apologizes for it later cause he doesn't mean to hit her, but he still does.
Chase has this way of being charming, so charming he can sweet talk almost everyone into his good graces. He is a liar and manipulative. He knows how to talk himself out of a bad situation. Some people are onto him, most are not. Most think Chase is the nicest sweetest guy in the world. Thats what he wants you to think.
Chase is a snob and will use you if he thinks you are useful to him. He is never dumped and only dates women with a background similar to his. His weakness is that he is hot headed and it gets him into trouble. Especially if you know what buttons to push.
When interacting with others he will seem snobish to the guys and charming to the ladies basically. But its mostly an act. Just remember to stay out of his way.
Thoughts on High School: Chase will be starting school as a senior at the beginning of the new school year so he wasn't there for the fire or earthquake...
However he does have thoughts on school. He prefers private school cause he thinks public school is weak and stupid. Private school has a much better education and he can afford to go so why not, but due to being kicked out he must attend public school which he finds gross and disgusting, but he wont say that out loud. He will just begin his count down until he graduates. If he can get out sooner then that's better. He thinks he is better then the students at public school, but once again a thought he might not share verbally but it won't be hard to see it.

Chase was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. he was only born in Long Island cause thats where he has a few aunts and Uncles that live. No one really worth mentioning. He was born and raised with money. His grandfather made all the money so his father was raised with money and now Chase. chase is being groomed to take over the family business, which is basically buying and selling businesses. It makes quite the profit. His father owns a few businesses in New York. The money keeps rolling in and so far Chase is enjoying the spoils.
In his family the women are meek and quiet and do as they are told. His grandmother, mother and sisters fit this role. The Andrews men are raised to know they deserve to have all the control and power in the relationship. Chase is no exception. He tends to get a bit abusive to all his girlfriends. Especially if they talk back. He deserves respect.
Chase was kicked out of private school cause he enjoyed a few too many extracurricular activities and his family could only pay for so long before it caught up to him and he was kicked out. Which of course embarrassed his family so they sent him to LA for the summer to be enrolled in public school. Chase is living with his Aunt Helen in Beverly Hills. Over the Summer Chase ran back into Aly Durrand during a vacation and found out that she was living very close and they would be going to the same school. it was such a coincidence.
Chase knows Jasper Hastings and Aly Durrand cause their families run in the same circles in New York. He knew she moved to California. Aly is one of the girls he has been dreaming of, but she was always protected by Jasper Hastings. Now she is vulnerable and right for the picking. So of course Chase swooped in and made her his girlfriend. It was so easy and she was easy to manipulate and take over.
Chase hates Jasper cause Jasper always was able to upstage him. He was more popular in school and made Chase the bottom of the food chain. Chase will never forget the embarrassment and humiliation he suffered by jasper being on top. It was like that until Jasper's father was arrested. Now Chase will rub his face in it.
Chase began abusing Aly a month after they began dating, but she stays with him cause she feels unloved and un wanted and he wants her.

It was like a script Chase had perfected and Aly fell for it each time. The first hit happened one evening when Aly asked to be taken home early cause she wasn't feeling well. Chase was not about to let that happen and they had an argument and Aly talked back and Chase hit her. She took him back and of course believed his words. Here he was a month later saying the same thing over again and Aly was just sitting there nodding her approval.
For a strong girl she had fallen a long way after being hurt and rejected. Chase had power and he had Aly right where he wanted her. And next month when School begins everyone will see just how much Chase can run a school. Chase smiled and touched Aly's face placing a soft kiss. "I love you baby and you know I don't mean to hurt you. it's just you know how I get when i am angry, so why don't you stop making me so angry okay." His voice was soft and charming. How could you not believe him.
