The boardwalk seemed to be Ezzie's hang out. She would go there after school when Pepe would work. Like today. Ezzie loved the boardwalk. It never got old. She loved everything about it. Of course Ezzie was easily impressed a thousand times by the same thing. Today she was headed for the arcade looking around to see if there were new games or something interesting going on.
She had some popcorn in her hands and was munching down. As she walked through the arcade. She stopped at one of her favorite games and watched as someone else played. "Que Bueno." She said standing by as others gathered around. whom ever it was was racking up an impressive score. Ezzie knew kids from school visited here, she couldn't really tell if someone playing the game was from school, or maybe someone in the crowd was from school.
Ezzie kept munching on her popcorn watching waiting to see if this person would achieve the high score or if she new someone in the growing crowd watching the person. See how easily impressed she was.

Stupid arcade. It just wasn't Celest's thing. But her parents had once again been complaining that she didn't get out enough so she'd agreed to go to the boardwalk with Dena. However, not surprisingly her sister had disappeared. This of course wasn't anything that needed to be worried about. After all, Dena did this all the time. It usually meant that she'd found some girl she thought was cute to talk to.
Oh well, Celest was leaving. She'd just send a message to Dena and take the bus home and her parents would have to deal with the fact that she'd much rather sit up in her room reading rather than be at some arcade. Celest had never even really played a video game before.
There seemed to be a particularly large crowd in one area, unfortunately near the exit. Celest sighed as she attempted to push through but she was just so timid. Finally, someone not realizing she was just trying to get by shoved her back. Ouch! "So-sorrry," she said to the new person she had collided with. "I'm just trying to get out of here," she said turning to them only to see Ezzie from school. Ezzie was on Dena's cute girl list, but then again Celest was fairly certain that all the girls were whether they were interested or not. "Hi, Ezzie," she said politely. She'd never said much to the girl before but she seemed nice enough.

Dena had shown Ezzie pictures of her siblings, now she just had to remember names. There was Trenton, Brandon, Celeste..thats it...Celeste. Don't even ask Ezzie the name of the other one. Ezzie smiled, "Celeste, hey." She said excitedly. "You need to get out, follow me." Ezzie could have stayed longer, but she found someone she knew so why pass up that chance and be stuck among a sea of unknowns. "Come with me." She grabbed Celeste's hand and pulled her through the crowd, "Lo siento, perdon, lo siento, perdon." Ezzie said in Spanish.
She opened the door and outside they went, "Free at last." She giggled. "I tell you people in there can get sou caught up watching a game that they get mean cause they want the next turn to beat the new high score." She shrugged. Ezzie didn't play she just watched. "You okay?" Ezzie missed the shove. She had only seen Celeste when she turned around after hearing her name. "What brings you out here?"
Was she there for a reason? For fun? Was it fun Ezzie could have too? Ezzie didn't mind, she could make her own fun but it was much better with someone else along for the ride. Having fun by yourself was never fun. Ezzie was bouncing on the balls of her feet as she smiled at Celeste. "It's nice to finally meet you." She told the girl. Ezzie had only heard about Celeste and the other siblings. She was beginning to think they were ghosts Dena created. Not really cause Ezzie knew about the TV show, but the idea was funny.

Ezzie seemed really excited to see her which wasn't something Celest was really used to. She wasn't a girl with a ton of friends and she wasn't used to people getting excited about her unless they recognized her from TV. But Ezzie was nice from what she could tell and she got on with Dena who perhaps made the most effort to include Celest in things out of her siblings, so when Ezzie offered to help her, Celest went with it.
She dragged Celest outside and she had to admit that it was refreshing to not be surrounded by people. "Yeah, I'm fine. I was with Dena...but who knows where she went. She has the tendency to get distracted and disappear," Celest said.
"Yeah, it is," she agreed when she said it was nice to finally meet her. Of course they were both Gould freshmen but they'd never really spoken before. "What about you...watching that game? I'm sorry if I made you lose your spot. Since Dena sort of bailed on me, I was just going to head home," she admitted. As always Celest tended to be the boring one of the siblings.

Ezzie had been getting to know Dean and they both had that in common. Ezzie could also get distracted and wonder off. However now Celeste was providing the distraction. "I am sorry tu hermana wondered off. But don't go home. I am sure you and i can find something to do. As for the game don't worry. It was getting redundant anyway. I was just interested to see the score. Nothing big. I can always come back tomorrow." Ezzie said matter of factly. Pepe worked and she was not going to prom so why not head off tomorrow.
Ezzie looked around the boardwalk, "What do you like to do for fun?" Maybe if ezzie knew that then she could figure out something fro them to do together. She was trying to think herself. They could go harass her brother but Celeste seemed to shy for that. They could go on a Dena hunt and look for clues, but Celeste may not like that. Ezzie would have a much cleared idea once she knew what Celeste enjoyed doing.
"I came here cause my brother was working and the only fun i ran into so far was watching the game cause besides the score watching people get angry over a game was funny. I am sure we can come up with something better."
