It didn't really occur to Liz that Fefe was talking aboutwhat the Americans called soccer. American football was boring! Still Fefe hadn't gotten to play either way.
Liz nodded in agreement. Taking an evening to themselves was a good idea. She could get her homework done, and think about why she'd gotten upset, and fel could think and take the dog for a walk. "K, I'll text you later on.." She told him quietly, picking her bag up off the floor of the car as Felipe pulled up into the driveway, where Spencer was waiting. "Damnit, I was hoping he'd be at work still." She sighed.
She smiled gently, kissing him back as he leaned over. That there, it was a sign, to her at least, that things were gonna be ok. "Lockers." She said as she got out of the car, indicating their usual meeting place for the morning. "Bye.." She said, looking at him again as she carefully closed the car door.
The Brit sauntered up the front steps, glancing over her shoulder, knowing her Brazilian would not leave until she was fully inside the house. Spencer stood in the doorway, his arms folded over his chest. "No date tonight?" he asked.
"No, I have homework to finish and he as errands for his mother..we don't have to spend every minute together." Liz replied, walking past him into the house.
"I have a board meeting this evening, so you will be on your own tonight for dupper and beyond." Spencer told the young woman as she walked up the marble staircase toward her suite.
"Great!" She threw over her shoulder. There was a few assignments to get through and she wanted to get them done fast, if she did, then she might be able to head out into town after
