welcome to the upper east side, out with the old and in with the new, the time
has come to officially say a farewell to the year that once was at constance
billard and st judes. the scandals, drama and games surely left us with open
mouths and gasping for more. yet this year with new beginnings and a brand
new reign we all have the same question that's burning on our lips, how could
this year top off last years, shocking year? only time will tell, just remember
gossip girl is always watching, and always ready to cause some drama in the
upper east side, or have you forgotten about her? take a step back to your
