Since the departure of Sebastian and his adoptive mother Fallon felt alone. She missed her friend dearly and what ever they had become. Which was not really a question any more since he left. Fallon was single again. Was she ever not single? Who knows. Either way Fallon hated that Sebastian had to leave. She lost one of her best friends. Someone she had grown to care about in a short amount of time.
That is life and it sucks. So Fallon decided she would travel to the beach and rest. maybe sketch some clothes. lay down. Something to help clear her mind. Her mind was kind of fuzzy at times. It all depended on the day. The medication helped, but Fallon was Bipolar and it was hard sometimes. Fallon's mom dropped her off at the beach and said to call when she was ready to come home. Fallon grabbed her blanket and headed down toward the water.
Fallon decided what she needed to do was to layout on a towel at the beach and just relax. It was becoming early evening, which was the perfect time. The sun would not be blazing and the wind had picked up. Fallon laid out a towel and laid down. She had no intention of going near the water, she just wanted to relax out doors for now.

Evan’s afternoon had been nothing short of awesome, though this had everything to do with who he had spent it with. He was so glad he and Brit were all good again, he hated anything to do with fighting and her. But it was okay, now they were more than just good again, they were great, and the afternoon had been sweet! They did everything she came up with, ate candy until they couldn’t fit in any more, went to the movies and watched from the projection room, throwing popcorn at people, then finally rounded the day out playing with their snakes. Well, actually, the day rounded out with him jumping Brit once they put the snakes away, which was a perfect end for a great date in his mind. All in all, he was bright and happy again. Brit was awesome!
It would be hard to top that afternoon, not that he even wanted to, so instead he’d just bum around and attempt to relax for a few hours until his mum was due home. The beach would be the perfect place for that. He avoided it ever since the Syn thing, but figured it would be safe to venture there once more, especially as it was now evening, and hardly anyone would be there.
He didn’t bother to bring anything, if he wanted to lie down he could lie on the sand, if he wanted to swim he would strip down to his boxers. He wasn’t shy, and again, hardly anyone would be around anyway. Besides, the trip to the beach gave him the chance to blast the radio as loudly as possible, all windows of the car open, and sing along, giving people a few blocks away warning that he was coming.
Rocking up, he quickly parked and jumped out of the car, considering what do to next. That question was answered for him though when he spotted a familiar, friendly face, and he ran across the sand, with only a little difficulty, lying on the sand next to Fallon. “Hey there! How you going? There’s been no dress up parties yet, which is annoying. I can’t wait for you to make me a dress.”

Fallon turned and sat up when she heard her name. She smiled waving at Evan. "hi." She called to him as he sat down. "I told you you need to shave your legs first, or the dress just won't match." She smirked. Then Fallon handed him the sketch pad that had been laying next to her. "Just a few things I have been working on." A few floral dresses, some shiny, other silk, of course you could not really tell the material, but it was written on her notes. Each page had a picture of a dress and notes on the side about the material and the stitching.
"I should have a party. I have a few dresses that are laying around with no one to wear them and unused make up, so if you are offering to let me dress you up like a girl I would not say no." She said laughing. She would never really do that, but it was funny. She could not even begin to picture Evan in a dress it was just weird.
"What have you been up too? Long time no talk, you better not be hiding from my dresses." She commented knowing Evan of all people would not hide. When she heard the music, she should have known it was him. Who else would have music that loud? No one. Okay maybe that was not true but still.
"Taking the afternoon off like me." She wondered. "I needed a break. Its the weekend, who wants to be couped up inside anyway." She did not like stuffy places. Getting outside helped Fallon clear her already fuzzy head from everything. Besides it did help for her to get out and be active or else she could get restless, which was a bad thing.

“Nah, I’m not too sure about shaving my legs.” Evan admitted with a wry grin, lifting his head up just enough to spare them a look, though they were covered in denim, so he couldn’t show off the hairiness to Fallon. “I mean, I’m worried that if I do, it’ll look silly, and the last thing I want to look when I’m in a dress is stupid. I can’t have that now.” Laughing as he pointed this out, knowing full well that the sight of him in any female clothing was more than enough to make him look exactly that, stupid, he happily took the pad Fallon gave him, flicking through it.
He really didn’t know anything about dresses, and making them, but the drawings were pretty good, that much he could tell, and the dresses looked good. And they were really detailed too, plus with all the notes she scribbled down next to them, in scribble that was much neater than his own. He could read the words, but he didn’t have a clue what they all meant put together. And for the final test, he tried imagining Brittany in the dresses. At first it was odd, not because she wouldn’t look good in a dress, but because he wasn’t used to seeing her in them, not that he minded. He liked exactly how she looked, he thought she was hot when he met her, and he still thought she was hot now. But after a little while, in his head, she started looking hot in the dresses too. Maybe he should try talking her into wearing one, just for fun. She would look awesome in one. “Hey, Fallon, these are really good, you know. You’re like, great at this!”
Once more laughing, though he was joining in with her laughter this time, he offered Fallon a smirk. “I know you’re only teasing, but I totally would. I’d let you help me get all frocked up, in a nice pretty dress, put some make up on me, maybe I could even get a wig or something. Or maybe if I didn’t have a wig, that’ll look funnier? But it’ll be great fun! So if you have a party, count me in for being the entertainment.” He didn’t know if it was a good thing that he was so excited about wearing a dress, but he didn’t really care. It would be hilarious, that was the most important thing. The only important thing, really.
“Course I haven’t been hiding from your dresses. Are you sure you haven’t been hiding from me instead? Worried that I’d get all dressed up and being prettier than you?” Evan teased, forcing himself to sit up with just a little bit of effort. “Yep, pretty much, I’ve been busy all day so I thought I’d take it easy tonight.” Eating pancakes and a date wouldn’t be counted in most peoples’ idea of being busy, but Evan wasn’t most people.
“Exactly! Stuff like this, doing nothing and all, that’s what the weekend is for! I love the weekend!” This declaration was followed by a happy sigh, before he flopped back down onto the sand. “And I’ve been up to lots! Let’s see...I’ll just start with today for now, or you might get too bored.” he grinned. “I woke up, and I had a shower. Then I went to the mall, ran into Hannah, do you know her? She’s a cheerleader, but it’s ok, she’s nice. Then I looked at some DVDs, and I ate some pancakes, and I bought some candy. And then I went over to Brit’s house, and we talked a bit, and ate some candy. Then we went to see a movie, we watched it from the projection room, it was cool. Then we went to my house, we played around with our snakes. We have albino snakes together, they’re really mad! Then I dropped her off home, and then came here. That’s my day. See, busy.”
He moved his arms to prop up his head a little, grinning wildly still. “I love having a girlfriend. And snakes. Though dating Brit is better than snakes. She’s awesome.” Evan bragged proudly. “Things were a bit bad with us for a little while, but now we’re all good again, and it’s great! I love having a girlfriend.” He considered things over, scratching at his belly. “I could go some food. Anyway, how have you been? I sure do talk a lot.”

Fallon began to laugh. "Then I will stick you in some pantyhose, that should help. But I warn you they ride up and give the worst wedgies. They were definitely created by a man who has no idea what women go through." Fallon said laughing. "Just like men created high hells, cause there is no way a woman created things to hurt our feet." She commented and wiggled her toes.
"What I could do is dress you up, put on a wig and make up as you suggested then take you around town. See how many guys you can convince that you are a girl. Just a word of advice. When you walk, sway your hips. it doesn't matter who the girls is, whether she is a tom boy or not, all girls have a little sway in their hips." Fallon said laughing, "You really think these are good. I don't even know how I come up with the dresses sometimes."
Fallon listened. "That does sound like a busy day. I would like to meet your girlfriend. Tell me what kinds of clothes does she like. I am trying to expand my style of clothes that I draw. I have made some nice corsets for Sidra." Fallon said flipping to a few pages in another book and handing those over.
"i don't mind the talking. Better to let you talk then to keep interrupting you. Makes it hard to have a conversation if you are interrupted like fifty times during the same sentence. Happens at my house all the time." Fallon commented. "Snakes...you have snakes." Fallon said. "Very cool. My mom would kill me if I had snakes. Then again I am more of a dog person."
Fallon's stomach grumbled. "Come to think of it. I could eat too. I have not had much food. When I get into drawing I forget to eat." She could get so focused on something that she would forget how long she had been awake for as well. Which was not a very good thing at all. "Wanna grab a bite?" Fallon offered innocently. She was starving, he was starving so why not get some food. I am good. Same old, same old. Except my best friend Sebastian has left town with his mother and I have no idea when he will be back. So I am a little sad about that. So I have been keeping my self busy with drawing."

“Wedgies? Yeah, I don’t think I want to wear anything that will give me wedgies. I mean, it’ll look unlady like, wouldn’t it, when I go to pick them out. I mean, no one wants to see a guy in a dress picking out a wedgie. That’s just not a good look.” Evan reasoned. Again, he didn’t even consider the fact that a guy in a dress, especially him in a dress, wasn’t exactly a good look either, far from it. No, it was the thought of him in a dress, trying to pick out a pantyhose created wedgie, that he had a problem with. “Yeah, high heels just don’t look comfy. More girls should wear sneakers.” Evan grinned. “And hey, I’m agreeing with you there, so don’t even think about trying to get me to wear them!” he warned with a playful smirk, not wanting to put himself through that horror. They looked really hard to walk in, and he didn’t want to look silly. Or fall over and sprain his ankle. He didn’t mind the thought of actually hurting himself, he’d done that heaps of times in the past. He just didn’t want to have to explain how he hurt himself to the doctor.
Wearing a dress and mucking around at a costume party was one thing, but wearing one out in public, and actually trying to fool people into thinking he was a girl, was an entirely different kettleful of fish, an entirely different barrelful of monkeys, and any other saying involving animals that Evan could think of that didn’t entirely make sense. “Not too sure about that. Maybe I’ll just stick to the party at first, see how that goes, and then we’ll see about parading me down the street. I’ll practice on the hip swaying in the meantime though.” he grinned. She was right though, all girls must sway. Not that he paid attention to lots of girls walking, only Brit, cause he really liked looking at her ass to be honest, and she certainly swayed a little. “And I don’t think, I know these are good. Not that I know anything about dresses, but these look really cool.”
The question about what kind of clothes Brit liked made Evan actually stop speaking for a few moments to think it over. He knew clothes in terms of things like pants, shirts, dresses, he really didn’t realise that there might be another way to classify them. “Um...” he hesitated, still thinking it over, until he remember something that Fallon just said. “Well, she’s kind of a tomboy, does that help? She wears skirts sometimes too, not often, but sometimes. And they’re like...grungy? Punky? Maybe I’ll just introduce you to her at school on Monday, that would be easier.” he figured with a laugh, as he looked over the new pictures. “Hey, these are cool too! You really are good at all this.”
“Doesn’t happen at mine.” Evan quite happily informed her. “Cause either I talk to myself, my snakes and they don’t interrupt, or my mum, and she doesn’t either. She just usually waits until I’m out of breath. It’s really nice of her. And yeah, I love dogs too! Brit has one, he’s mad fun to play with! My mum wouldn’t let me get one, said that I make enough of a mess as it is. But the snakes were okay. You could come over if you want, I’ll get them out of their tank for you, they’re mad fun.” He really did have trouble when it came to not talking, though no one seemed to mind so far. Or if they did, they didn’t point it out.
“Well, I never say no whenever’s food involved. I love eating.” he told Fallon earnestly, quickly moving to his feet. He offered her his hand, and when she took it, lifted her easily up to her feet. She was super light, he realised. Either that, or he was super strong. That would be so cool if that was the case. “We should get burgers! Or pizza! Or candy! Ok, you can choose, I’m too indecisive. I would just get them all.”
He offered her an apologetic look when she mentioned Sebastian moving away. He didn’t really know the guy, but it was obvious Fallon missed him heaps, being best friends and all. “I’m really sorry about that.” he told her sincerely. “Well, if you want a break from drawing sometimes, you can always hang around me and my friends. I mean, I’m your friend, so my friends are your friends too! And you can show them your drawings, and talk about what colour dress would be good for my skin colour.” Evan had to laugh at this last part. “Well, lead the way, oh chooser of food.”

"I cannot believe I am talking to you about being in a dress." Fallon said shaking her head as she laughed, "most guys would have run screaming for the hills." Fallon said. "But its nice to know you appreciate my designs. i would never actually make you wear a dress though. That would be too mean. However, I am drawing a men's line so perhaps I can have you model those clothes." Fallon suggested.
She started to gather her things as Evan kept talking about walking in public and swaying and his snakes, and food. He really could talk. it had Fallon laughing, "Thank you for the offer." She said to his offer of friendship. She brushed herself off as he helped her up. She probably could afford to gain a few pounds. She was way too light sometimes. But she was the kind of girl who could not gain weight easily. Yes some women did have problems gaining weight. But she was healthy.
"I will pass on meeting the snakes. Perhaps you can stand on one side of the room and I will stand on the other." Fallon said laughing. "At least until i get use to them. What kind of snakes?" She asked. Most moms would want a dog over a snake, but apparently Evan's mom was different.
"I am in the mood for all three. We can go to the diner, it has burgers, pizza and ice cream. Ice cream is better then candy at times." She suggested as they began to walk up the beach, "i just have to stick close to the beach cause my mom will be picking me up." She told Evan. "besides the diner by the beach has the best food." She chimed in. "I can't wait to meet your girlfriend. I really am trying to get a grasp of what people wear cause I don't want to limit my line to one kind of clothes. Its not really good and limits my clientele." She started talking and when Fallon talked clothes she could ramble. "Sorry didn't mean to ramble."

“Well, I’m not like most guys. I’m special. Mum tells me that all the time.” Evan pointed out with a laugh. “But I really do like your designs. You wouldn’t have to make me wear anything! I mean, yeah, maybe I won’t wear the dress randomly, but I reckon it’ll be mad fun for a costume party. And I would look so pretty too.” he told her earnestly. A men’s line did sound like something he would wear in the general population though. If it wasn’t like, too stuffy. He didn’t like stuffy clothes. He couldn’t see Fallon making anything like that though, especially when her dresses seemed cool. “Of course you should have me model those clothes! I mean, come on, look at me, I’m like a perfect model. You gotta have someone as pretty as your clothes after all.” he teased. “And I’ll even work on my Blue Steel for you, it’ll be great fun!” He gave the look an attempt now, before laughing again. Maybe modelling really would be fun. Well, he’d find some way to make it that way.
“Sure, I can do that. And I’ll try not to tease you by running at you with both snakes.” he promised with a grin. “They’re albino snakes, obviously the coolest kind of snakes ever. They’re white, but got red eyes, so they look really awesome. There’s a boy and a girl snake, well, at least I think it’s a boy and a girl snake, but I’m not really sure, they look the samish to me. I’ll have to Google it sometime, how to tell for sure.”
If Fallon wanted to get all three of his suggestions, Evan certainly wasn’t going to complain. He usually always had a big appetite, and the stomach capacity to boot. He still occasionally amazed himself, and his friends, by the amount of food he could get down, and well as the speed with which he could do it. He really should enter an eating competition, he thought, he would win for sure. “The diner it is! Perfect, I’m getting starving now.”
“Ok, sure, we can stick close to the beach. My car’s near anyway, I can always give you a li...wait, what?” he paused, staring at Fallon for a few seconds before making himself looked shocked. “Wait, what? Ice cream is sometimes better than candy? I’m sorry, are you crazy?! Ice cream is awesome, but candy! It’s...well....candy! It’s great, nothing better! I can’t believe you just said that!” He laughed before shaking his head. “Oh Fallon, I have to show you the error of your ways. I’m gonna find some awesome candy for you.”
He couldn’t wait for her to meet Brit either, he reckoned they would get on well. And he wanted to show her a girl he was friends with, yet who didn’t have a crush on him. It was weirdly becoming a more rare occurrence these days. “Well, I’ll introduce you at school on Monday then. And it’s okay, that’s totally not rambling anyway. I can show you what real rambling is. So come on, let’s get some food!”
