Aly had actually gone home to change for this occasion. She wanted to look good. Like really good. part of her wanted Jasper to regret the last time she came over to talk, well actually to celebrate. Aly vowed nothing would happen this time between them. That ship had sailed. thats what she kept telling herself anyway. Aly made sure to wear the necklace Jasper had given her.
Her hair was half up, half down. he shirt was thin spaghetti straps, gold and sparkled slightly. The skirt was a black mini skirt that came right about the middle of her thigh. The black heels made her legs look long and good. She was ready once she found this outfit. Aly made sure to arrive a little late to keep jasper wondering if she was going to show up at all.
She made her way to the familiar room with the new code and everything Jasper had given to her. She had no idea why he had the code changed, perhaps something to do with the girl she walked in on him with. Aly would rather not think of that. Instead she just choose to knock and wait for an answer.
Aly could feel the butterflies in her stomach, she felt a bit nervous. Why? She had no idea. Aly knew she should not feel the least bit nervous. This was Jasper a guy who was uninterested in her. Again this is what she kept telling herself. When jasper finally did answer Aly smiled and walked right in. "So, you ready to plot the best revenge ever. first I need a drink. something to coll me down a bit." She said smiling.

Jasper had been a little anxious knowing that Aly was coming by. Yesterday had been interesting to say the least and Jasper had had to use all of his strength to contain himself around the girl. This wasn't like him...having feelings for someone like this. He didn't care about people that weren't Riley. But apparently, that attitude of his had changed, since he couldn't get Aly out of his mind.
He opened up a bottle of wine about an hour before she was supposed to arrive. He figured it would calm him a bit. He had finished about two glasses by the time she was supposed to arrive and then another half of glass by the time she actually did arrive...or at least he hoped it was her although Aly wasn't usually one to knock.
He placed his wine glass on the table and composed himself as he walked toward the door. A hint of a smile touched his lips when he saw Aly standing there. "You look well," he told her as he noticed the necklace. He reached out, lightly letting his finger trail across her collarbone till it reached the pendent. "Looks nice on you," he smirked. "Why don't you come in, since apparently you finally learned to knock," he teased her. "I've already had room service bring up some strawberries and champagne," he told her as they walking into the living room area he shut the door behind her. "They're in the bedroom," he said, pausing a moment as if to let that sink in for her. "Unless you'd rather stay out here," he offered, gesturing to the couch. "I can bring the tray here. I just thought perhaps...we'd want a little more...privacy." He paused again, partly on purpose. He wanted to see her reaction. Did she want this still too or had she really moved on to Tyler?
"I don't know how Riley would feel about our...pranks," he added, just to let her hopes down in case she was interested. After all, Jasper couldn't do this...not with Aly. Part of the fun with Aly was the chase. Plus, he knew if he was with someone like Aly, that would be it. There'd be no teasing one another or egging the other one on...no more games. Aly wouldn't be just a hook up. No, he knew if he went for it with her that they'd be a full blown couple, something he wasn't sure he could handle or was ready for. No, he'd hold off for now. Even if it killed him to resist, he'd keep his distance for now.

Aly had her own room key. She had swiped it from Jasper and she knew Jasper knew about it. He was right, she never knocked and always used the room key, but this time she found knocking appropiate cause things were different. He was not interested and neither was she. Aly had moved on. What a load of bull hockey. Yeah right. Aly had been nervous as she knocked. Her palms on the verge of sweaty as her stomach did flips. Then he opened the door and before she knew his finger was touching her skin. Aly let out a soft but pleasurable breath she had been holding.
"It looks good on me, so of course I would wear it. I never turn down a chance to make my outfit look better then it is. Thanks for the compliment, you look..." Aly looked him over slowly. She thought he looked hot, but instead Aly smiled and took a step forward. She touched his shoulders and ran her hands down his arms, "you look the same as always." She smirked and walked away, walking further into the room.
At the mention of the strawberries, champange and the bedroom for privacy she tripped and stumbled just a bit, "Stupid carpet. I tripped on the edge." She had not been close enough to the carpet to trip. She stumbled cause the words were not what she expected. Aly had been caught off guard. She didn't think Jasper wanted her in the bedroom. "I am sure Riley has better things to do then pull pranks. She does not have an evil sibling." Aly said then looked at Jasper, "Okay I might be wrong about that." Aly smiled.
Then she paused a moment. Aly looked at Jasper once more before removing her jacket and setting it down by her purse. Without another word Aly headed to the bedroom. She kicked off her shoes and sat on the bed with her back against the headboard. "This bed is soft, the couch out there is not. You really should complain." Aly claimed, but really she just wanted to be alone with Jasper. "You going to stand there or sit. I don't bite....hard any way." Aly said laughing slighly as she picked up a strawberry.

Jasper couldn't help but smirk at each and everything reaction Aly had. It really didn't help her case that she was babbling. She still wanted him...he knew it. Tyler or no Tyler, Aly was his, the second he wanted her. With this new realization of power, Jasper re-found his confidence. "Yes, that rug can be tricky," he said as he followed her into his bedroom. "And yes the bed is much more comfortable but there is no need to complain. I plan to get a new place once the summer starts. Living in a hotel...its just so...small," he said. "I think if I'm to stay in LA I should have a proper address, don't you think?" he asked, sort of letting her know that he wasn't going anywhere.
"I suppose I shall sit," he said. But he walked over and poured them each a glass of champagne before making his way to the bed, where he situated himself close enough to Aly that their bodies were touching. "So, what shall we do to your sister this time?" he asked. "I'd suggest getting her arrested, or at least sent away to boarding school to get her out of our hair for good, but I know you like to go easy on them," Jasper said.
He took a slow sip of his champagne. He didn't really care about revenge really. Okay, he did, but it wasn't the forethought on his mind. He was more concerned with how good Aly looked...felt...how tempting it was to just lean in and give her what he knew she wanted...what he wanted. Looking over at her he reached out and pushed some of her hair behind her ear. "Did you do something different with your hair?" he asked softly, knowing very well that she hadn't. He just wanted to touch her...watch her squirm, know he was in control, before he decided whether to actually make a move.

Aly stopped and turned around before she reached the bed, "You are staying?" A look of shock briefly came across her face. But it was gone just as quickly. Aly was sure Jasper would have headed back to New York the moment he could. He hated LA. "Makes sense you have to keep an eye on Riley after all." Aly said as reasoning for why he was staying. It made sense and Aly felt it was the safe answer. "i see LA got to you. No longer a New Yorker I see." She said with a sly grin as she made it to the bed.
Aly took the champagne. "I was thinking more detention, maybe ever suspension. It's not that I want to go easy on Barney, its more like she lives with me, and if she gets in too much trouble, that girl will open her mouth and bring me down with her. No thank you." Aly commented and sipped her champagne. Her body was feeling tingles, as his pressed softly against her side, but she just sipped champagne and ignored it. Aly acted as if she was not bothered. "Besides is jail the best you can do. Thats not revenge, thats way to easy...revenge needs to be bitter sweet." Aly said.
She was mid sip when his fingers brushed her cheek and touched her ear. She took an extra long sip. Her cheeks had a tint of reddish pink on them. Before Aly answered she picked up a strawberry and smiled. Aly held it close to her lips. The strawberry actually touched her lips before she spoke. "Just a style I do not normally wear. But I did switch shampoo and conditioner. This one smells much better. You should see for your self."
Of course before she leaned forward she took a sexy bite of the strawberry some juice on her lips as she leaned forward, toward his lips and when her lips were just about to touch his, she turned her head so he could smell her hair, giving him her right cheek. "It smells like Lavender. Really nice and sweet." She commented.

"Well, yes, I do have to stick around for Riley," Jasper said. "Mom took off to Europe and legally Riley can't stay here alone until she's 18, which won't be for another year," he explained. "Riley likes it out here...and you know, I'm finding it isn't so bad," he said. He didn't mention his father and didn't plan to. LA had less reminders of his father. "But I think on some level I'll always be a New Yorker. I don't really like to drive, I prefer to be driven around, which it seems is less common here," he said with a shrug.
"I suppose you're right," Jasper said when Aly mentioned not wanting to do anything too bad so she didn't get in trouble either. What if we reck her car or something. You have your own car so she can't blame that on you," he said in an attempt to come up with something that would cause a more mild punishment. "People do get in trouble for wrecking cars...right?" he asked, as he didn't really have much knowledge of this. The people he knew, if they wrecked a car, they'd simple get a newer, better one. "And yes, I do think jail is a good revenge. I really have no desire to emotionally hurt her, she's not worth the time. I just want to get her out of my hair," he explained. To him, Brittany was just a thorn in his side. It would be easier if she didn't exists at all.
Jasper watched Aly...she was so...tempting as she ate the strawberry. Jasper wanted her and he had to think about something else. He smirked as he leaned in to smell her hair. "Delicious," he whispered. He was so close to her...so, so close. He knew it was time to move back now, stop smelling her hair, but he didn't want to move. "Come here," he said, gently bringing her closer to him as he placed a kiss on her lips. He wasn't drunk...he was completely in control of what he was doing...and he was still going for it...

"You could have a driver here too, if you wanted. Drivers do not only exist in New York you know." Aly said playfully. "Riley is lucky to have a brother like you. Being an only child I don't understand siblings of course, but I imagine she is lucky." Aly was not about to comment or admit Barney was her sister, step or not, Barney did not get the title of sister, not this time. Chocolate..really. No way. barney was going down. "I have a feeling LA has not seen the real Jasper Hastings yet." Aly said laughing a bit.
"Problem with the car situation, Barney doesn't have one. She would not get in trouble for wrecking her car either. She would get in trouble if she wrecked something that belonged to her mom or my dad. Something they both cherished, but I have no idea what that is." Aly said with a slight shrug. "We need something else to get her in trouble with. That does not involve jail." Aly corrected. "I don't think she will be out of your hair as long as you keep getting her back. Her friends do not know when to stop."
Aly smiled at his simple compliment. "Thanks, its new." She said softly. His next words had her speechless. Instead of talking Aly leaned forward, her lips meeting his as she kissed him. At first the kiss was a soft, slow, gentle kiss. One that seemed to last forever. Oh god. What was she doing. No, stop, no...this is Jasper. He rejected you once and he will do it again. Those words were screaming in her mind.
Aly ignored them. She pulled away from the kiss and looked at Jasper, "We can always talk about revenge later." She purred and leaned forward to kiss Jasper again. This time a bit more passionately. Her fingers moved to the back of his neck to play with his hair slightly. As her other hand rested against his chest.

"I do have a driver on call," he said, "but its not the same," he admitted. "I try to take care of Riley. So much has happened," he said. "You know...my dad's in prison," Jasper said, surprised by the words coming out of his mouth. But he trusted Aly for some reason. "I'm sure you know...even though you haven't said anything. I can't go back to New York. He shamed our whole fucking family. That's why we came here, then mom took off. Family sucks. Fuck my parents. All I need is Riley," he said, being truly honest for the first time in a very long time. It almost felt good. As much crap and he and Aly gave each other, he trusted her. He knew that with her, he was safe from the rest of the world.
Jasper didn't care about Brittany any longer. For all he cared that she could win. If she would never stop then maybe he should take one for the team and let her win. Then it would at least be over. Okay, not Jasper's normal attitude, but right now he only cared about one thing and that thing was Aly. He hated to admit it. He really really hated to admit it, but Aly had gotten to him.
He was kissing her now and it was incredible. "Don't talk," he instructed. He didn't want to say anything. He didn't want to do anything but kiss her. He pulled her close to him, running his hands up and down her back, tangling his hands in her hair. He was doing it...he was giving himself to Aly...something that he wasn't ready to do. But he didn't care that he wasn't ready, for once he was completely acting on his desires...something that he claimed to do but never really did. All those girls he usually slept with...the ones he claimed to want. He didn't actually care. They were just ass to him...just mindless ass and nothing more. Aly was more. Aly was like his equal...both physically and intellectually...something that was so rare to find.

Aly had been mis sip when Jasper finally told her about his dad. She looked at him and swallowed her sip and put her glass down on the night table. "It was not my place to say anything. I know when it comes to family, especially parents, its best not to talk about it." Thats all Aly would say cause she was sure thats all Jasper wanted to say. She would let the moment pass for him, cause she knew Jasper and if you pushed too much he would resist and things could easily blow up on her. She had found out cause her grandfather had told her after she called and told him she ran into Jasper randomly.
Besides only Jasper and Riley knew what had happened to her mom outside of her family, and Aly hated talking about it. It was like an unspoken rule. Especially for people from New York. "Its good you are staying, La has not felt your entire wrath yet." She smirked. Aly would give up on Brit, but she knew Brit would never stop, cause of this vendetta against cheerleaders, which Aly had to retaliate against of course.
Soon they were kissing more and Aly was being told to keep quiet so she did. Instead she gripped Jasper's shirt and pulled him down, she laid back with his body half covering hers as she continued to kiss him. Aly knew she should push him off and stop this. She was risking a lot more this time. Another rejection. Another chance for Jasper to tell her not to beg and to get out.
Aly prayed Jasper did not do that. She was not sure she could handle yet another rejection from Jasper. Aly cared way too much about the guy. She had tried not to care. She had tried to say he was a manipulative bastard who annoyed the crap out of her. But in the end Aly could not help it. She was trapped in Jasper's web. Tonight she prayed he finally gave her what she wanted and she prayed he wanted it too. So her hands started to unbutton his shirt so her fingers could feel his skin.

Jasper didn't want to think about his parents. He hated them and for all he cared, he'd never see them again. He'd see them for Riley's sake only, if she wanted to see them. Otherwise, he'd forget them. But Riley never talked about their parents so he doubted she cared about them either. Riley was like that. She didn't like talking about her problems. She always focused on the positive...always so cheerful, despite the disaster that had turned into their lives recently.
"Yes, well, we'll see if it does," Jasper said thoughtfully. He'd been much more of a recluse since he moved to LA. He still had managed to get a bit of a rep but nothing near what he had in New York. A large part of that had to do with the fact that he'd spent a large chunk of his time avoiding people, not wanting them to know he was poor. But Aly...she'd actually kept her mouth shut. He respected her even more for that, if that was even possible.
So Jasper didn't talk, he just did...and continued to do. He did a lot of stuff that he thought might never happen between himself and Aly. And eventually, after everything was said and done, he held her naked in his arms. They'd finally done it...gone all the way. Maybe Tyler had gotten there first, but it wasn't as if he could say much...many girls had gotten to him first. Oh so many girls. Oh so much freedom. Was he really ready to be with Aly...be her boyfriend...do her bidding.
And suddenly Jasper felt suffocated. He couldn't do this. He couldn't be in a relationship...not with Aly. Aly meant a real full blown relationship and he was nowhere near ready for that. Every relationship he'd ever seen had perished so fully and completely. Maybe his parents had stayed together up until his dad got locked up but their entire marriage had been a sham, the both of them cheating on one another endlessly. Jasper did not want that life.
He couldn't breath...he actually couldn't breath. He needed to get out and he needed to get out now. He let go of Aly slowly and gently. She was asleep so he was extra careful not to wake her. He got dressed and left a note for her on the nightstand. All the note said was, "I'm sorry, but I just can't." He left it for her and then he tiptoed out of the room and to the elevator. He booked himself another suite for the night and instructed the front desk to tell anyone who asked that he had left. He'd explain to Riley later, but for now, all he knew was that he didn't want to be found.
