First, let it be known that I have no seniors, so everything I say here should hold no weight since I have nothing at stake.
That being said, a whole new site is a LOT of work. Honestly, the decision for that should come down to whether or not there is someone willing to make it. If there isn't, though, I don't see why there couldn't be another section in our threads specifically for post-graduates. I would actually prefer that, because I'll admit I'd probably be way too lazy to go check out another site to see what's happening!
Also, I wouldn't mind seeing a big thread (or series of threads) for what is happening to characters in the time that we skip (it's like 2 months, right? I think I graduated high school at the end of May... but that seems so long ago now!). It seems a substantial amount of time for a high schooler. Love lost, love gained, the plays would probably be over, we'd definitely be into baseball seasons, do-or-die time with grades, etc...
Talk with your fellow players about what you want your characters to be doing during this hiatus! I know I'm excited to see what happens! And also, let's not forget the out of timeline board, perfectly suited for anything that you specifically want to rp during the jump!

I was just wondering, how long after this time jump, will the next time jump, the one to the follow school year, be? Does that make sense. I hope so. I just wanna know would we play out the whole month before graduation or would the time jump to the following school year happen before then?
I think having a board for post graduates is a good idea, cause even if some of the seniors leave, then they can come back to visit (thanks Cheryl for that idea). Also i was thinking for any seniors that stay local, they can still be involved in the game in the morning or afternoon TC's with the other high school characters, cause morning is before school so it doesn't have to be on school grounds and afternoon is after school...lunch would be the only issue
With that said perhaps we could do a two time changes per day, one is morning/lunch and the other is afternoon/evening. It speeds up the game only slightly, but if not I am fine with three time changes.
Thats my two cents, btw does this mean the Time jump happens this Sunday or can we play out the rest of the weekend first? You can see what I am hoping for...weekend...weekend...please....i wanna play out the weekend

I know there is one thing I'm sort of stumped by. DJ isn't going to college but to the police academy instead, so would I stay with the high school or not?

Can't you just play him while he's at the police academy? Or how long does that take? You can always say he went to the academy over the summer and have him just starting out as a cop when we jump to Fall...

After MUCHO deliberation, me and some awesomely awesome people have come up with a few suggestions that wouldn't complicate any of us and implicate any of our beloved characters too much. - Time Jump - This one was a doozy trying to plan out but I've narrowed it down to a few possibilities that could work. Since the merge is going to permanent, prom shouldn't be separated anymore since helloo Gould students are already moving in on Silver students. So the first time jump will be 2 days before prom. This will allow plenty of time for last minute planning and asking people to the prom and whatnot. Then we move on to one week before graduation. This will leave plenty of room for drama and whatnot for any of your characters  Plot with your writing partners if you are entangled seniors who want to plan the future with your significant others. Once graduation is over and done with, the major time jump would be for summer and into the new school year. New characters for the win! - Seniors: So this was a biggie with many of my concerned awesome people. Some of you want to keep your seniors around so I will be adding a new board especially for graduates to post whatever they want and can also include others that are still in high school in their play. Just tag appropriately and if need be, the PM is your best friend - Summer Time Jump Since I don't like clutter and if I let people go crazy in the out of timelines board for anything summer related, I'd go berserkingly nuts. So I will add in another board or really another category if need be so if you have plots and plans you want executed during the summer, tag appropriately and don't forget the dates! - Major Events Graduation and prom for both schools are now a joint thing and I will say right now, I'm pretty damn excited for this I'll need everyone's opinions and suggestions on what we should and could do to you know...make it possible So either PM me on this account or reply to this long ass post >.< either way I'd LOVE to hear from y'all. yikes! I missed a lot while in Vancouver LOL! All 3 of my characters are seniors so not sure where this leaves me after graduation. I didn't think that far ahead when I made them ;P I reckon I will sit it out and see what happens!

Good grief! Chaos indeed >=) Congrats on being the boss!Maybe the local college idea is best - I just will let them out to play in the evenings and weekends LOL! NO NEW CHARRIES!!!!
