Tina waited in her room for her date to pick her up. She only hoped that Tyler had given Casper good instructions. She was wearing a bright blue kimono and had a large stuffed panda she would bring with her to represent one of Kuan Yin’s interests. She had wanted to dress up Maggy and bring her, but Tyler had pointed out that she would have to hold onto her leash all night which might not be much fun. Kuan Yin was a goddess of mercy and compassion in the Asia pantheon. She healed and helped whenever necessary. Tina listened to her ipod and wondered where Caspar was. She thought maybe she should have gone with her brother, though he didn’t seem to want her company. She was upset, feeling he had abandoned her when they were finally coming to an agreement. Casper's arrival at the party was a little less conspicuous, the black mercedes pulled up out side Haley's place, he felt slightly strange as he climbed out of the car a bunch of flowers in his arms a good impression was key he thought. He had been told what to look out for so he was expecting someone his age, the moment he laid eyes on the girl in question he felt like decking his team mate the next time he saw him.
Casper had no issues with younger people at school he just had an issue with being set up for a date with someones younger sister. 'I'm going to look like a god damn cradle snatcher.' he growled to himself before closing the distance. He was dressed in a regular black silk shirt with black trousers... he wasn't wearing a suit but he looked good in what he was dressed in. His shoes were probably the most expensive piece of clothing that he was wearing right now. He was dressed to kill and boy did he think he was a complete and utter idiot now.
"Hello you must be Tina, Tyler's sister." he said to the girl in the Blue kimono while thinking. 'Keep your eyes on her eyes at all times.'

Tina stood and her mouth slowly stretched into a welcoming smile. "Hi Casper, it's nice to meet you.“ Her eyes settled on the flowers which were exquisite. “Are those for me? They are gorgeous.” She was younger, but she was quite beautiful and her kimono also very pretty. She set the panda down and held out her hand, giving him the option of kissing or shaking it. “I am Kuan Yi tonight. I am the Goddess of compassion and mercy. I also do healing and represent Pandas.Of my pantheon I alone am representative, so far anyway. She looked him over with shining eyes. He really was rather cute. “Who are you?” He didn’t seem to be happy to be with her which made her uncomfortable, but she would do her best to be a good date.

He schooled his features to show interest and mask the fact that he thought her something a kin to a fool, he had to get through this date for his team mate her brother but he was seriously considering hurting Tyler for this. The idea of someone thinking she was some kind of godess was a new slightly insane take on a superiority complex.
'And I thought that I was conceited.' he thought to himself 'Apparently not.'
"I'm Casper Van der Meares III, my father is an ambassador to this country. I play football I occassionally take part in activities outside that. And I've live in more countries over the years than I have had hot dinners. I speak several languages and have a keen interest in learning more." Casper said to her thinking that it was nothing close to what Tina had claimed... his was close to the whole truth though he had probably left a few key points of interest out of his life story. Stuff that no one but him and his family had any business knowing anyway. Tina seemed nice enough mind you.
If not a bit mad but he would live with that for one night, Tyler's painful death would come tomorrow.
"Shall we go inside?" he asked.

"Sure, I have not ventured in yet," Tina affirmed, wondering why he seemed so freaked out. Maybe he was gay and didn't like girls at all. She was a bit stiff herself, Everyone was older and her English a bit stifff. "당신은 한국어를 말하는가?" she asked not expecting a positive answer. It was unlikely that his parents had needed to know Korean let alone their son. She walked with him inside, trying not to wince when a drunk football player knocked into her shoulder. Looking around she saw Tyler with the hostess. She smiled as she passed Bree who had finally given up and come alone. "Beautiful, Bree. You look great." Bree smiled and hugged Tina. "You look very pretty as well Tina. So Caspar you are lucky enough to be the first to date our newest cheer leader. Tyler must really trust you," she said, her eyes crinkling in merriment. Bree couldn’t help but smile when she saw Kian and Connor in full god mode. They really were stunning. She was aware that the theatrical Kian was not fond of cheerleaders so she swooped up to him and kissed his cheek. “You look fantastic Kian O’Connor. Why have we never dated?´she asked sarcastically knowing full well he would rather date her gardner.
“Bree as always you are a sight to behold,” Kian teased her back. She wasn’t one of the ones he was terrified of. “ Have you met Connor before? He is the love of my life. Tonight he is Poseidon, dolphin and all. Connor this Is Bree Marcus, Bast and cheerleader extraordinaire. She is one of the few cheerleaders which will not stab you in the back, but she can still be sneaky.” Bree grinned wider and hugged him. Kian looked stunned and a bit horrified, but Bree laughed. “You’re still sexy as hell and I can’ wait to see you’re tv show. She pinched his butt, eliciting a squeal. His entire body turned a dull red, making Bree giggle. “I adore your Irish complexion, Kian dear. “ she said before breezing away.

Casper smiled at Bree, "I guess he must." he said though how or why any one would trust him with their little sister on a date for the first time at a new school was beyond him. As Rose had pointed out earlier he had a bit of a reputation with the ladies, which meant one of two things either Tyler wasn't aware of this or he didnt care in which case he wasnt all that good a brother. "I do happen to think that I have the honour of having the best dressed lady out on a date with me this evening. Tina's kimono is pretty stunning, though my knowledge on kimonos and what is style is limited to what can be written on a postage stamp." he admiited with a shake of the head.
"I know Bree, but I have no clue who you both are, excuse my ignorance I'm Casper." he said politely to the two boys he had yet to meet but could have sworn he had seen in the school somewhere. They all seemed nice enough and to be honest having a larger group around him was putting him slightly at ease with his date for a night. Maybe that was exactly what he needed to make this date work. Tina was a great girl he just didn't think he could be comfortable if his father got wind of this then he could have some issues.

"I'm Kian O'Connor and this is Connor Pearce, my beloved,"Kian said with flamboyance. He bent over Tina's hand and kissed it gently. "I am pleased to meet you Tina. I hope you will not take your brother's stance that any one who doesn't do sports is not worthwhile.Im more enthralled with the performing arts myself. And my clever boyfriend is a photographer extraordinaire. If you need head shots or extemporary shots, he is the one to call. It is my belief that Tina is a beautiful lady indeed and a picture of her kimono would be gorgeous," he said with a nod to his beloved. If Connor were ambitious he might even be able to sell it to one of the newspapers for their society columns.

Having caught the tail end of what Casper said about kimonos, Connor was relieved that he wasn’t the only one clueless about fashion in their little assembled group. The kimono was pretty, he supposed, but there wasn’t really anything else he could say about it, not really having a clue what one was supposed to say about such things. So, as he’d learnt, when he didn’t have anything smart or educated to say, don’t say anything at all. It worked out well so far.
“Hi, nice to meet you.” he grinned at Casper, just slightly sheepish at Kian’s introduction. When his boyfriend went to kiss Tina’s hand, he decided to reach over and shake Casper’s before waving his greeting at the girl. It took him just a moment to remember just what brother Kian was talking about. Apart from just the physical, the girl didn’t seem much like Tyler Durnham. She seemed a bit...nicer, for one thing. Though, he didn’t really know either well, so he was in no position to judge.
His sheepish grin turned to one of slight embarrassment as Kian talked up his talents. “Well, I wouldn’t say extraordinaire, I think Kian is a bit biased there.” he chuckled. “But yeah, I’m not too bad. And I’d love to take a photo of you later Tina. I’ll just have to get my camera out of Kian’s car. I usually have one on me but...” Connor glanced down briefly at his costume before his grin widened. “I didn’t have anywhere to put it.” He glanced around the group, Casper last, thinking he was most likely to agree and help put him at ease a bit more. “So, anyone want a drink?”

Tina and Kian both raised their hands, Tina a bit more shyly. "A Cape Codder would be good," Kian opined, not afraid of showing he liked fruity drinks. Unlike most Irishmen he was not hooked on beer and whiskey.
