Car shopping with Tina had been an interesting, and admittedly, fun experience for Tyler. The girl knew what she wanted, that was for sure, and she hadn’t been inclined to settle. There was no mistaking it, she was his sister. She certainly didn’t mess around, and it hadn’t been long until they found something she liked. He put the order in for the car, tailor-made to suit her perfectly, all he now had to do was speak to his father to get his okay to buy it. He couldn’t see a problem with this though, it was slowly becoming obvious that the older Durnham had a soft spot in regards to Tina that he had never shown to even his beloved son and heir. Not that Tyler minded this in the least, in fact, he understood it well. He had been raised to regard women highly, after all, even if his behaviour didn’t always seem that way. He just enjoyed them in his own way.
And the shopping excursion also served another purpose, namely, helping him avoid resuming the topic of conversation from in the restaurant. He knew he had no right to dictate to Tina who, and how, she should date, given his own colourful dating history, but the thought of her following his lead, especially if it was to bother him or try to talk him into her way of thinking, was unnerving. It would quite likely result him in having a heart attack at a very young age, or at least, getting into a lot of fights. It wasn’t right or fair, but he really didn’t care, he didn’t want her to date like he did. Maybe he could talk to Bree, get her to talk some sense into the girl.
So after an afternoon well spent, he slept very soundly, and it was a very well rested Tyler who woke up the next morning. But however fun the day before had been, the absence of one thing had been very noticeable. He needed the company of a woman, one he wasn’t related to, or just friends with. And though he was certain he would have plenty of luck tonight at Haley’s party at finding such a woman willing to keep him company, perhaps all of that night and the next day, he really didn’t feel like waiting that long for at least a bit of flirting. And he had just the woman in mind for that too, it was about time he checked in on her. And if he could manage to track down Maggy at lunch, and Aly at the party, he would consider it a very successful day.
“Sarissa.” he murmured softly as he leant against the locker next to hers, letting his eyes roam over her. “You’re looking as beautiful as always.”

Sari had an eventful day with he siblings during lunch time. Of course teaching Dena to drive had been more then interesting. While the girl did good with directions she had issues with following them. Apparently when Sari said stop that meant go faster, when Sari said reverse that meant pull forward. They would have to work on that.
It was Thursday, one more day till Friday. The day she was leaving till Sunday. Oh what fun Sari planned to have at the reservation. Sure the conditions of the place we not like a four star hotel, but she loved it there for that very reason. Sari could be a little vain like every other woman, but for two days she could give it up. A lot more then could say about some of the other women at the school.
Sari decided on a short blue jean skirt, black boots, and black top the hugged her body nicely. Her shirt was low cut, so her breasts looked very nice in it, and it was a tank top to show off her shapely arms. Sari knew how to dress to flatter her body. She was at her locker exchanging out books when out of the corner of her eye she noticed someone eying her and leaning against the locker...a guy no less. Which meant it could only be one guy. The same blasted one she had a dream about. No way was that dream going to happen. Yuck.
The voice just confirmed it. Although Sari felt a shiver go through her body, she ignored it. All Sari had to remember that Tyler Durnham was after one thing...sex and she was not about to give it to him. He could have his other long list of women. Sari was happy to be a make out buddy and that was it. Even thin it had only been for fun and to tease. Yet that dream was so fresh...but it was ridiculous. Sari agreeing to an open relationship...yeah right.
She smiled at Tyler, "Thanks for the compliment. Wish I could say the same for you...but um..your not your normal handsome self today...something wrong." She said a teasing glint in her eye cause she was joking around.

He could have just as easily imagined it, but Tyler was certain he saw a shiver run through the girl when he spoke up. It was just the reaction he sought, every woman should react with pleasure when he signalled them out for attention, Sarissa in particular, given the very enjoyable afternoon they’d spent together. Though no sex had been involved, a little detail Tyler would have preferred being a part of their time together, it had been a pretty romantic outing for the footballer, when he usually avoided such displays. So she really should be happy to see him. And she was, he was certain of it, even if she hid it well. He’d spent enough time with women now to be able to read them, or so he believed. But no man could ever claim to understand women completely, they were far too confusing for that.
Besides, why else would she have dressed the way she had if she wasn’t looking for attention, for his attention. And because she was after it, Tyler was more than happy to give it to her in spades, letting his eyes roam over her legs again, and other particular assets she did well to highlight. He was just giving the woman what she wanted. He was more than happy to. If only she wasn’t so keen on playing hard to get, he wanted her badly, and he made no attempt now to hide that desire.
“Really? But I spent an hour this morning making sure I look immaculate!” he protested, worry lighting his features now. “Do you have a mirror? I have to remedy this error. I can’t look less than perfect, you know that.” He couldn’t play serious anymore, so he burst out laughing, running a hand through his hair. He enjoyed her teasing, and besides, he knew he looked good. Better than good. He’d already been on the receiving end of more than a few admiring looks this morning alone.
“Well then, if you don’t find my looks appealing, I’m going to have to try to be extra charming this morning.” Tyler grinned, running his fingers lazily over her arm. “So, are you going to be making an appearance at Haley’s party tonight? I for one would love to see you there. And not just because of the costume. Well, that is part of the reason, I admit.” he teased.

"Perhaps that was your problem. You spent too much time making your self look good, that it had the opposite affect." Sari said still smiling. She and Tyler both knew he was good looking, but still Sari could not help but try and bring down his ego a little. Sure the guy was an amazing kisser and those lips could cause even Sari's mind to go blank, but that was not the point. The point was to prove to Tyler that he could not seduce every woman into bed.
Sari might dress in a sexy manner and yes she might enjoy the attention she got from guys, including Tyler, but Sari had standards with whom she got into bed with and Tyler had yet to meet those standards, not that she wanted him to anyway. Sari was more then happy to just play the games with him and that was it. Speaking of games she laughed when he said he would have to be extra charming, "Is that even possible? For you to be more charming then you already are."
Sari felt his hands on her arm as she smiled, "I was not planning on going...some how I feel you just want the satisfaction of seeing the hidden tattoos you know a goddess outfit would reveal. No one gets to see the tattoos." She said smiling as once again only the top of her tattoos were shown on her hips, but that was it.
"Besides I will be spending the night at home. I have big plans for this weekend and I will need to be in my right state of mind for it." Sari said smirking, "Some how I doubt you will actually miss me, but just in case, feel free to take many pictures of yourself and send them to me." She said with an evil grin. "If you are daring enough."

“That must be it. Tomorrow morning I’ll just wake up, throw some clothes on and make my way to school, shall I? Does the I just woke up and don’t give a damn look appeal to you, is that what the problem is? I’m too well prepared? I’ll have to keep that in mind.” Tyler chuckled, knowing that no matter how he looked, he could have come dressed as a pirate, and his loyal and ever expanding fan club would still stare after him as though he was the best thing they’d ever seen. For good reason too, he was.
And yet still, Sarissa was making him work far too hard for something he was certain she had to want. Very few women could resist him. And luckily for the women of the world, there were very few he could resist in return. He loved everything about women, and that attitude had been working out really well for him so far. Even Bree, a woman he didn’t think would be anything more than a really close friend for a while longer yet, apparently couldn’t keep away, given the rather interesting morning they shared together. He didn’t know what that would mean for their friendship, but they were both mature enough, he had hopes that it wouldn’t change. After all, it wasn’t the first time he indulged in friends with benefits. And, with thanks to Maggy, he was starting to learn about taking his time with a woman.
For now though, his attention was solely focused on the woman in front of him. It wasn’t a difficult task either, paying attention to the girl when she looked like she did. He loved being a Durnham. “I don’t know if it’s possible, but I’m certainly prepared to give it a very good attempt. If it will help win you over, of course.” he grinned. He wished he knew exactly what it was that would win her over. She hadn’t made things easy for him so far. A couple of women lately had been making it difficult for him to sleep with them lately, it was becoming rather bothersome.
“Damn, and here I thought my secret plan was working. I had no idea you were onto me. You’re good, I’ll give you that.” Tyler laughed, moving his hand from her arm to settle on her hip instead. It was a shame, tonight would have been the perfect time to try to seduce the girl, with the help of half-nakedness and plenty of alcohol. He would just have to keep trying, it seemed. “No one? Not even if I ask really, really nicely?”
“Big plans? That sounds promising. Care to fill me in?” Haley’s party was going to be wild, if he had any say in the matter. He wouldn’t miss it for the world, so it had to be some big weekend plans if Sarissa was more than happy to. He held his other hand over his heart, pretending to be offended by her comment. “Of course I’m going to miss you. Well then, I’ll be sure to send you a photo, so you know what you’re missing out on. You never know, it just might convince you to drop by the party after all. Or you’re more than welcome to drop my pool house later on in the night. I’ll be more than happy to find some way to entertain you.”

"It would be a start actually. I just find the fact that you probably spend longer then I do getting ready in the morning to be way to easy. I prefer a challenge and I hate fighting for the bathroom." Sari said with a smirk. "Besides I bet you already have an abundance of women complimenting how you look, so does it really matter what I have to say." Although he did look damn fine and Sari would admit she found herself struggling to say no when they went out.
Tyler was a man full of surprises. He had romanced her beyond words. He was an excellent kisser, and although she was sure that all proved he would be a great lover, one she might want a repeat of, Sari had to stick to her morals. One moral she had was not to get in bed with a man who thought he was god's gift to women. Perhaps if he showed some humility there would be a difference. Besides Sari hardly doubted Tyler really cared about bedding her.
"Now that would depend on what you are trying to win me over for." Sari said looking right into Tyler's eyes. "You could always give it your best shot. I am not complaining, nor am I immune to the charms of a man. So give it your best try." She said a tiny smile crept upon her face. This was actually rather fun. Making him wonder just what it would take. "Some how I doubt you could ever guess exactly what I want to see from a guy. But then again that depends on if you really want to win me over, or if this is some game for you just because I am saying no." Sari questioned.
Sari began to laugh. A slow seductive laugh as she smiled at Tyler, "When it comes to you and your reputation it does not take a genius to guess where you will be. A party with scantly clad women in nothing but a sheet as protection...come on....that was my first guess." Sari teased him.
"You did ask nicely so I will tell you I am going away for the weekend. I leave right after school on Friday and will return Sunday afternoon. There is a Native American reservation about an hour or so right out of town. Its no four star hotel, but the accommodations are well enough. I would invite you along, but some how I believe you would decline. A weekend away does not seem like your style, especially one involving mediocre facilities at best. But...if you wanted to come for a day and one night...I would be pleasantly surprised. I won't hold my breath."
Sari sighed, "Okay you are being nice, i will give you that and you did show me a good time on Sunday, so I will give in a little. If you really are interested in me, and this is not some game, and perhaps you want a friendship that is beneficial...then all you have to do...is get to know me..." Sari said. "Simple as that."

“Fighting for the bathroom? To me, that sounds like you anticipate a time where we’ll have to share the one bathroom, which seems like to me you anticipate a time where we’ll spend a night together. Just how we’ll spend it is what intrigues me.” Tyler cheerily admitted. Why wouldn’t he, he had made no secret about his interest in sleeping with Sarissa. He thought that knowing that would please the girl, make her feel wanted and desired, and because of this, and how he didn’t think her knowing diminished his chances, he was happy to keep reminding her of this. Another community service he performed, really. Though it ran much deeper than that. He might think very highly of himself, but he thought even more so of women in general. He wanted Sarissa badly, he wouldn’t deny it. And the more she resisted, the more that lust grew.
“Well, it does matter, quite a lot actually. Since at the moment I’m not concerned with an...abundance of women, and what they might think of me, but you and your thoughts. I’m trying to appeal to you, after all, and you seem so very hard to please, despite my best efforts. I like it, as infuriating as it is.” he chuckled, letting his fingers move idly over her hip. He couldn’t wait to see what the clothes kept hidden from him so far. He would, eventually, he was certain of it.
So, she was enjoying this little game, that was probably why she was making it so hard for him in the first place, Tyler realised. He couldn’t complain, he was enjoying it too. He just wished the game would involve sex sooner rather than later. “My best try it is beautiful.” he mused, staring straight back into her eyes. He loved the chase, charming a woman, and she was making this a lot of fun for him. “Well then, I guess I’m just going to have to keep guessing. And, just so you know for certain, that while you are one of the first women to ever say no to me, that’s not why I’m interested, not why I’m trying to win you over. You’ll get to know me soon enough, you’ll find that while I can be determined, it’s only when it’s for something I really want.”
“Nothing wrong with scantily clad women. And I’m sure you would be more than happy with the scantily clad men who I’m sure would be in attendance. What can I say, we both appreciate beauty. And that’s a good thing.” An even better thing just so happened to be that beautiful women appreciated him.
He’d been looking for a way in with her, and it looked like she just gave him one. And it wouldn’t be difficult, he believed. “You think I’d say no so you don’t ask? You’re not even going to give me a chance? You’re breaking my heart here Sari.” he laughed teasingly. “I’ll tell you what. Why don’t you enjoy this weekend, it does sound like an interesting experience. And next time you decide to head up there, I’d be honoured if you’d invite me along. You never know Sari, I just might surprise you yet.” And he knew his best chance to wear down her defences would be away with her for a weekend at this reservation. He wondered just how modest the accommodations would be. He could make do with that, making love to her under the stars. It seemed to be the kind of romance he believed she was after. “Though if you insist, I might even be able to clear up this weekend for you. If you ask nicely, this time.”
“A good time? That’s all? Well, I’m going to have to amp up my game if I’m looking to impress you, a good time won’t quite do. Not for someone like yourself.” A friendship that is beneficial, that was a much better way of putting it. And she was right on the mark, though he had that with Aly, Melodee and now it seemed, Bree (Maggy too if you counted the benefits as including whatever chaste kisses he could steal), he would love to have a similar sort of relationship with her. He could never have enough.
“This is a game, I suppose, but not the usual sort.” he reasoned. “And I am very interested. So, Sari, I would love to get to know you better. When can I take you out again? It’ll give me another chance to surprise you, and I love doing that. Or have I worn you down on your weekend plans, and you’re considering inviting me?” He grinned cheekily at this, very confident in his appeal.
For no further reason other than he wanted to, Tyler leaned forward a little then, pressing his lips to hers in a soft kiss, pulling away only when he felt the need to breathe. “From what I’ve learned of you so far, I find you extremely interesting, and I can’t wait to get to know you better. As cheesy as that might sound.”

Sari heard everything he said, but before she got one second of a chance to answer his lips were on hers. Now Sari would never describe Tyler's kisses as soft, more like hard, passionate and bold, but this time...well apparently Tyler was full of surprises because the kiss was soft, breath taking and gentle. It left her breathless and as a result she took a few steps forward getting her self even more stuck in his embrace.
"If we did share a bathroom I promise you the bathroom would be what separates our rooms. I never said we would be in the room together." She said smirking and laughing. "But you make a really good point, I don't give you enough credit. You had lost me at talking about women in sheets, but now you have my attention." Of course all this was said after the kiss. So was it really what he said that grabbed her attention.
Sari looked at him. "I am not sure you have worn me down, but I am curious and I do wonder..." Her words trailed off. "Would you be willing to spend at least one full day and night at the reservation with me this weekend. Although I would not mind having company for the entire weekend, if you are available." Sari expected Tyler to say yes to possibly the one night, but not the whole weekend. Hell she doubted he would say yes to one night. Tyler...at a reservation where the best amenity they had was a few working bathrooms and showers, but that was saying a lot.
"You could consider that to you our date...if you want a second one that is...if not then I guess I am free Sunday evening." Sari said as a counter offer. She leaned against her locker, Tyler's body now in front of her and his hands basically trapping her against the locker, although she could get out if she truly wanted. "The fact you are enjoying the chase tells me a lot about you. Just like the chase should tell you a lot about me. You want a friendship, fine...then be my friend. Get to know me...prove we have something in common besides enjoyment in playing a little tonsil hockey."
Sari said smiling at him. She was still curious if he would agree to go away fro the weekend or even a day. Even if he said no Sari was positive this would not be there last encounter. "Exactly how long is that offer for stopping by your pool house open...is there anyway to tell if you are going to be alone..."

He said it partially because he believed that it was what the girl wanted to hear, but Tyler hadn’t expected her to take him up on his offer. At least not this soon. Not that he was now regretting the offer, if he hadn’t wanted to go through with it, he never would have said anything in the first place. He generally didn’t say things that he didn’t mean, he considered himself honest after all.
But now that Sari seemed interested, it only helped to stir his own interest. For a girl who had seemed so intent so far to play games, to play hard to get, to refuse to sleep with him, an offer of a weekend away seemed a dramatic step in the other direction. Sure, she made an effort to point out that it was her curiosity that made her ask, not believing that he would actually stay at such a place, but still, it didn’t exactly spell a just platonic weekend away, just the two of them away together. And with the hope of what he hoped he could seduce from her over the weekend, he certainly couldn’t refuse such a generous invite. He wasn’t stupid.
Being away for a whole weekend though, his favourite two days of the week, and on such short notice was rather restricting. He had originally been planning to spend the weekend entertaining as much women as possible, partying as much as possible, and generally acting like the teenager he was. The party tonight would have been the perfect opportunity to start organising dates for the weekend. There were so many lovely ladies of the school he had yet to get to know yet.
Still, he knew an opportunity such as this might not come up again so soon if he knocked this one back. And Tyler had been chasing Sari too long and hard to risk that. “This weekend will be perfect.” he grinned, taking the fact that she hadn’t made an effort to pull away a very good sign. “Though, if you still want more of me after that, I’m sure we could still arrange something for Sunday evening.” he chuckled. A whole weekend away at some second rate place. Just what had he gotten himself into, he wondered.
The chase she instigated did tell him a lot about her, and not just that she was his kind of woman. “Well, consider us friends Sari.” he chuckled, his grin only widening, “Two friends currently enjoying a friendly conversation about the friendly weekend away that they are soon to embark on. I’m sure that once you get to know me, you’ll find that we have plenty in common, beautiful. And I use that as a friendly term of endearment, of course.”
What the woman had to say next made him laugh, and Tyler had to admit, she had a valid point. And she didn’t even know about his surprise visitor in the morning. “For you Sari, feel free to stop by anytime. I’ll always be happy to see you.” he assured her with a lazy grin. “And it’s not like I have women there with me all the time, so I’m sure you’ll be fine if you decide to drop in. But, you’re more than welcome to call or text me first, and I’ll happily let you know if the coast is clear.” He laughed then, kissing her once more, just as softly. Why not, he figured, she certainly hadn’t complained the first time. “Does this mean I’ll be blessed with a visit from you sometime soon?”
He didn’t bother to move still, he was more than comfortable where he was, keeping her pinned between him and the lockers. “Now, about the weekend. I have the pep rally to attend tomorrow. I’d get out of it if I could, but being a footballer and all, I feel it would be frowned upon.” he pointed out with a laugh. “You’re more than welcome to wait for me if you wish, I’m happy to travel up there with you. But if you’re eager to get there, and something tells me you are, I can leave straight after the rally, meet you there.”

Sari was ready to hear a no, why don't we go out on Sunday or something along those lines, but when he said the weekend was perfect, Sari was speechless, "Pe..perfect...you mean it..." Sari had never before stuttered over what she was trying to say, but Tyler Durnham had shocked her. She needed to pull herself together and fast. She could not let Tyler see her fumbling. She tried to take a step back, but it pushed her even more against the locker. Which had the opposite affect and actually flung her a little forward even more in Tyler's arms.
"You are going to make me the envy of the female population at this school. A whole two days away with you, what am i going to do with you." She said finally regaining her composure. "I do hope you are not interrupting your social calendar. I don't need jealous girls coming after me..or us..." She smirked. "For some reason i think you will need Sunday evening to recuperate from me. I have been told I have a tendency to wear people out." She said it softly and on purpose cause it could mean a lot of things.
"But lets get one thing straight. Do not go on this trip expecting to get into my pants. " She poked his chest. Although the look she was giving him should tell him he might have a slim shot, she wanted to make it known, right here and now she was not easy. "I am not that easy. It takes more then agreeing to weekend away to get to me..but you are full of surprises and I do love surprises." She purred returning his soft kiss. A kiss that conveyed her need for him. Oh it was going to be hard to deny him this weekend. "You are in for a real treat..I just hope you like it."
Sari shrugged, "I am a woman of mystery, you will have to sit around and wonder every night if I will be walking through the door." She said placing on hand on his well toned chest. Which brought back memories of her dream. She had to fight the sensations running through her. There was no doubt some major sexual tension. Although Sari was aware it would never go beyond a physical thing, she was more then happy to be his friend. "You should put a sock on the door just in case." She said laughing.
Sari nodded about the pep rally, "You can bring your own car. Just in case you cannot handle it..or you have to leave early because of some emergency. I would hate for you to get stranded there." Her eyes met his in a challenging gaze that said she did not think he could handle it, but her eyes begged him to prove her wrong.
