Whatever he had thought his Sunday morning was like this was not it, he had thought a week ago that this would be in a tent or field somewhere. Shopping wasn't part of the plan, but he needed to match his outfit to Jeremy's for the following night. So Jeremy was going to get his first taste of being involved with an Edwards family member. Which meant that they were shopping in the most expensive part of town, Jade determined to find out what Jeremy was wearing so he could match it.
"I know your probably going to hate the next hour or so... I apologise for that." Jade said to him. "I promise to make this as painless as possible, I do have a suit sorted for tomorrow night... but I'd like to find something that compliments what ever it is your wearing. Thus why we are here, I will make up to you the hour your about lose in here." Jade said with a bright smile on his face.
He really did hate dragging others clothes shopping but to him this was a necessary evil, he couldnt make Jeremy buy something new to match him. He could however buy something to match Jeremy, appearances were going to be big for them tomorrow night. He wanted his family to see Jeremy as the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. First impressions were going to be very important tomorrow night.

To be in a big vehicle in the rain, made Jeremy grateful. He had no idea how Jade's car would handle weather like this. He didn't want to be in an accident with a car that didn't belong to him.
"I don't mind the shopping," Jeremy replied. "Besides, its not like I'll be sitting at the only chair while holding a purse." Past shopping excursions with his sister and mother had proven this countless times.
"You really don't have to do that, I mean I have a simple black suit, along with a white shirt and a black tie. I'm a guy who likes to keep things easy."
He was hoping that Jade hadn't planned on them dressing alike. Although that seemed like an absurd idea since Jade had said he and Alex did that for a wedding when they were little.
"I won't argue the point though. If you want to get something to make us compliment each other I'm for it." The idea of them wearing complimenting clothes did have some appeal to it. Something that said I'm with him. "Unless you think I should wear something with color to it."

Jade grinned at him, "Your look great like that, but I need to have options for tomorrow night. Colour coordinating with my brother always takes the pair of us actually being there for it to work, I have black suits, though their tuxs. I said casual smart not business smart... a tux surrounded by people in casual clothes and that just wouldn't look right. I'm Irish and proud not English and stiff upper lipped after all." Jade said to him with a smile. "I was going to go in Blue, but not so sure, so I'm going to see if their is something I like in another colour." Jade admitted to Jeremy.
"I don't want to dictate what you wear, I'm just going to match or compliment what your wearing." Jade said with a smile. "Without the tie mind you, not unless your willing to tie it for me." Jade said to him. "One thing I've never learned to do well." Jade added as an after thought.
"Your here because I love you and because I'd like a second opinion, which isn't snide comments from Alex." Jade said to him with a grin on his face. "He doesn't do snide, its usually I want that so you can't have it... last time we went cloth shopping together we ended up arguing on socks in the middle of the shop. With you I just get an opinion, and told if my ass looks big in the suit I choose. Much better." he added.
"No pressures though if I don't find something, I have an all white suit that should do the trick, my grandmother brought it for me at christmas, so it should fit easily." Jade said to him. "This is just an excuse to drag you shopping and have fun, nothing more, if it was my sister she'd insist on buying us both all new wardrobes. I just go shopping for clothes when I think I need it." Jade said checking his watch.

Jeremy found a parking place in front of the store. "I keep forgetting, this isn't a black tie affair, with my dad being in the biz you can almost always expect any event to be tux only. I know I've been to my share of those events."
"I can do color, I don't mind really." Jeremy replied getting some coins from the ashtray for the meter. "I could go in pink and have you in a darker shade of red, just a thought." After getting the coins, he reached in back for an umbrella. "When we get home, I'll show you how to tie a tie. I might get out of hand though and have you tied to the headboard." He winked at Jade flirtatiously.
"I can do snide if you really want me to." Jade replied with his dry wit. "I am a bit rusty though so give me a chance or two." He laughed.
"If I recall did you get into trouble for having more shirts that you needed? Who cares, I won't say anything other than it was a tax write off for the family."

Jade grinned, "You in pink, now thats something I would really like to see just not at a party with all of our friends... maybe if I ever get to walk you down the aisle we can wear matching pink suits or something." Jade said. "The whole wedding party in pink, now that would have the relatives talking for sure." Jade said to him with a grin.
"Every three months or so, my family empties its wardrobes of stuff we don't wear any more. Then we will fill them up again with clothes and start the whole process over again." Jade said to him with a grin. "I got slack at the end of last year and they were angry that I hadn't done my bit for charity, so I was banned from buying new clothes until I got rid of the ones I didn't wear any more." Jade said to him with a grin. "You've seen the size of my wardrobe right? If you have you know that I could empty half of it and not really notice a difference in my wardrobe size." Jade said with a grin.
"Jeremy I love you and so help me god, I'm going to walk you down the aisle some day, but today its about shopping." Jade said to him.
