Dex had sort of a typical life. Dex mom lived with him and his dad when he was 6. At the age of 8 Dex mom took him to hawaii to live with her. Dex dad search for his son and tried to get him back. Dex's mom turned out ran away because she owed the dad lots of money. Dex's mom took Dex so that she could show him off to all the ladies . Dex's mom figured later on in life they would pay her to be able to go out with Dex for a night of fun.
Dex's dad finally got him back a year later and took him back to Colorado. Dex and his dad lived in Colorado for 6 years. Dex's dad though got a new job in Computer Project Manager. The family quickly moved to Malibu California and as a freshman Dex started at Gryphon's Nest, Sphinx's Den.
