Rainy days and Sundays (Jeremy attn Jade)

Jeremy yawned widely. Everything was a blur until he realized he was back in his own bed. A small wave disappointment started to wash over him until he saw Jade slumbering quietly by his side, the weekend hadn't quite ended yet.

The day at Disney had been exhausting but in a good way. The only bad part was getting stuck on the Small World ride and watching the figures move with no music, it was like something from a Stephen King novel!

He carefully got out of bed and picked up his camera and looked over the pics they each had taken through the day. He slowly smiled which turned to a quiet chuckle. It was cute to see the pics of Jade interacting with the characters, especially Donald Duck. Then there was the pic a cast member took of Jere between Jade and another Prince Charming and Jere trying to decide on the two.

Jere made the right choice.

He set the camera aside and looked over at his sleeping beauty. He moved so that he was straddling Jade's lap. He ran a delicate finger down Jade's chest and torso.

"Hey sleepyhead, be glad we're inside where its nice and dry."

Jade groaned when he felt extra weight on him, his eyes drifted open to look at the man in his lap, "Um I could get used to being woken up like this." Jade said to him with a smile his head turned looking for his glasses but didn't see them. "Not that I mind this, but it isn't really the most comfortable place for you to be when I first wake up." Jade said with a grin.

His head turned to the window and smiled at the sight of the rain, infinitely pleased that they had changed their sleeping arrangements. "Can you imagine trying to get the car out of the camp site if we had stayed there last night?" Jade asked with a grin. "We would have wasted the day I think just trying to get it out of the site." he added laughing. "Your bed is far to warm and comforting to regret that decision." Jade added. "This isn't likely to cause any issues with your dad, your sister maybe scary at times but your father is a whole different problem. I'm sure he can be big poppa bear when it comes to his only son as much as he can be with his only daughter." Jade said to him.

Jade didn't dare lift his arms for fear of the smell that would come from them, he knew he would desperately need a shower of some kind and soon.

"Would you mind if I steal your shower?" Jade asked him.

Jeremy shifted off Jade's lap. "I thought since you got to wake my yesterday, it was my turn today." He grinned before gently caressing Jade's cheek as Jade craned his neck towards the window watching the droplets hit against the pane.

"I would be a whole Lucy and Ethel moment." Jere laughed slightly. "I think this much more romantic though. Laying here with my man beside me and the only sound is the rain coming down." He cocked his head slightly. "Let's just stay in bed all day."

"Actually my dad is cool with everything. I guess when you work in show biz, you just get used to what ever comes your way. The big thing is both and my mom just want us kids to be happy with our choices." He had to admit, he was quite pleased with his choice. "Besides if you ever did anything to even remotely bother my dad, he'd have words with me and, to make you at ease, that never happened." He reached over and gently rubbed Jade's tummy.

"Go ahead, just cover up first, all I need is Jules coming in here screaming." He jested. "After this, the choice is yours, do we brave the elements and go out for breakfast or do we stay in?"

Jade smiled at him, "The last thing I really need is your sister seeing me in the buff, she might actually slap me if that happened. Either way I think I've pushed your sisters tolerance levels just about as far as I am willing to push them for while." Jade said as he picked up his bag from the floor. "I know that your sister probably won't come tomorrow night, but you should know that their was an invite there for her to. Regardless of how much friction their is between the two of us, I know what twins are like and you come as a complete package." Jade said kissing him on the lips.

He found the bathroom with little trouble, it was a little unusual to him to not have a bathroom attached to his bedroom but it was something that he could deal with. His problems with Julia over the incident of Mike really didn't help his situation with Jeremy or for that matter Mike. It was well hidden of course because one he did actually love Jeremy, but he still had a candle lit for Mike.

When he reentered the room his hair still damp he smiled, "Damn I think your shower is better than the one at home, and no scarred for life sisters I promise. I did everything I needed to in the bathroom." Jade said. "Didn't use up all of the hot water either, it just took a while with my contacts and getting dressed." Jade said as he put his bag down on the bed. "Breakfast out sounds like a bad idea... shame we can't get someone to deliver it to us... that would solve that issue." Jade said. "Then neither of us would have to cook." he added.

"You'd be lucky, I'd get the wrath of her tantrum and trust me, its not pretty! Jeremy replied sitting up in the bed, the sheet wrapped around his waist.
"Don't worry about her, after all she's not the one you're dating." He winked at Jade. "I know she'll go. Just for appearances though. Its the whole I support my sibling for what cause is going on."

While he was gone Jeremy loaded up the pics from their day out to the computer then to a local discount store's photo lab. It gave an excuse to get out of the house after breakfast, after all there was no telling if James would dig out any old videos of Jere as a toddler on stage.

He turned in his chair when he heard Jade return. "I figured as much, since I didn't hear her screaming for her life and she didn't barge in here." He admired Jade's butt as he set the bag on the floor. "Well about that, there is something I need to run out and get today so breakfast out isn't a bad idea. I know I can wrangle the Escalade from my dad, so you'd ride in style."

Jade smiled at him, "This is what you get for sending my car home yesterday honey, your car will be fine Jeremy, just because I drive around in a high end car doesn't mean I can't get comfortable in something that doesn't cost more than most peoples houses." Jade said to him grinning. "I love your car." Jade added as he kissed the boy in question. "My mother in one of her moments of clarity about her children's relationship, she said I need someone to keep me humble." Jade said. "What Mike failed to do you have more than helped to keep my feet on the ground, show me their is life outside of the family house." Jade said to him.

"Breakfast out it is then, it needs to be indoors though unless you plan on getting drenched in the process of eating... which is fine if you do... I'm sure your as hot when you look like a drowned rat as you when your dry." he said. "Maybe traditional English breakfast, their has to be a cafe around here that does a good fry up... or I could just pay them to make us what we want. Bribery does so much for people some times." Jade told him. "Okay okay no bribing the cafe staff to get what we want, but I haven't had a taste of home for a while, well nearly home." Jade added.
