Kalina was heading back from a modeling job. She had gotten a job recently with Gucci and she had, had a photoshoot that had lasted all day. She was excited about the photoshoot because it was done so well, and was working with other models at the same time. It was not always fun working alone, she has worked alone with alot of shoots. It was just nice to be around other model that understood her passion and love for it.
When it was over she got in her regular clothes and headed home. She really did wish she could go get food but she was not sure if her father and mother needed her for any event for the night. As she was driving a long she heard a popping sound and wondered what it was. She glanced in the mirror and did not see anything in the road. Pulling over to the side she got out and looked around and she noticed the tire going down and sighed. "This is not good" she said to herself.
Getting her purse out of the car she pulled out her cellphone. "Damn it" she said when she saw it was dead. She said a string of curse words in russian. She sighed and sat in her car in the passanger seat with door open. She hoped someone would stop by soon and help her out.

DJ got an earful when he got home about not saying where he had been the previous night. This was more from his mother, his father, however, was pleased his son was seeing a girl. Deej made it up as best as he could by playing the good son by doing chores, cleaning his room etc. He was told though, no motorcycle for a week.
He offered to go and buy dinner for the family. It was decided to get Chinese that night. He got the car keys and Doofus went bounding to the door with him. The Pug knocked his head against the door softly, which made DJ scoop up his baby and carry him out to the car.
A light rain had started to fall as DJ and pup made the drive to Ying Wu's restaurant, they always had the best egg drop soup and cashew chicken. He fiddled with the radio dial till he found one that played stuff from the 80's to today.
He sang along with some tune as Doofus would accompany with a howl every so often, when he saw a car off the side of the road. "Think dinner can wait to help someone?"
Doofus snorted.
DJ pulled up behind the car and flashed the brights. After he stopped, he got out and approached the open car door and nearly dropped to the ground when he saw the girl.
"An--anything I can help you with?"

Kalina smiled at the guy grateful. He looked nice and normal not some creep. He seemed to be what they called one of the all american boys. "Thank you for stopping" she said. She hoped her english was better with her russian accent. "My car has a flat tire and well I have never changed a spare, I believe that is what you call it." She grabbed her umbrella and stood up and so she would not get wet. "I know it is in the boot, I mean the back of the car" she said poping the back of it open.
She pointed to where it was. "I will never be allowed to drive myself again. My one and only time" she sighed. "It will be back to the driver." She did not want to be driven around she wanted to drive herself. Now her father would take away that, and she only did it once. He would be worried about this happening again, and who could stop. Or what could happen to her alone sitting waiting for someone. "Would it be to much trouble if you could help me out please?" she asked him sweetly still smiling.
"I must admit I was worried who would stop and help me" she said to him. "So many men can not be trusted from what I have been warned about. This is one reason my father does not want me driving on my own, he does not want me to come across some guy that could hurt me." She knew some would to have her or to hurt her father, and she was not as worried about it as her father, of course she has never been attacked or anything so that was why it did not worry her. "Thank you for the help" she said to him.

The girl's accent made DJ melt slightly. "It was nothing, just doing some civic duty is all." He blushed slightly, which took a lot usually. "I couldn't just drive by knowing someone was in trouble." He replied. 'Someone as hot as you anyway.' he thought to himself.
He followed her to the trunk and got the tire out. "Flat tires are nothing, they happen every day to just about everyone. No need to sweat about it." He noticed he legs as he rolled the wheel to the flat, they seemed to go on forever. "I won't say anything to your father so everything is safe with me." She seemed worried about that. "Of course I'll help you." He gave her a soft gentle smile.
"There's still a few good people left in the world. At least I've been told that." He reassured her. Even though his thoughts went back to Trixie and that jerk from school who tried to attack her, right in the hallway of all places. "You'll be safe with me, I'm harmless." He laughed. "There's no sense in two of use being wet, why don't you go and sit in my car till I'm done." He held his hands up as if surrendering. "I promise no funny business."

"I am glad you stopped" Kalina said honestly and sincerly to him. She was just glad that it was a guy her age to. They scared he less then grown men, those you had to be very careful what you said to them. You did not want a grown man to take anything you said out of context. "My father will appericate the help" she said to him. And she knew he would because he worried for her and to have a nice guy even if he was american help her out was something he would not ever forget. Anyone who helped her out and treated her good was a good person in his book and he always respected him.
"Really it is both my parents that don't like me driving alone. Anything can happen and they do worry, they worry about others not me" she said. It was true, they trusted her but they did not trust other people, not with who her family was and her a model back home in Russia. She still thought of Russia as home, to her now place can ever be as beautiful as her country, it was beautiful in so many ways, from the people to the buildings, to the language. "My father will know something happened since I am runnign a bit behind. Perhaps he will let me drive alone again if I explained about the nice american boy that helped me out" she said with a smile on her face. She really did hope he would let her drive again on her own once he knew their was people that would help her out that were good people.
"Um okay if you don't mind" she said. She saw that he did not so she turned and walked back to his car. She was going to get in the passanger seat but she saw the dog so she moved around to the drivers side and got in. She put down the umbrella before shutting the driver side door. She began to pet the dog and thought it was the sweetest dog as she waited for its owner to get done helping her out with her car.

DJ blushed slightly. "I just hope someone would do the same for me, should I need the help." Karma was something most people just turned their nose up at, but there was some truth to it or so DJ believed. He noted though she could have been one easily marked for being attacked by some of loonies in L.A.
"I suppose I'd be worried too, this town is filled with weirdos and crazy people," he paused. "I go to school with some of them." he laughed slightly. "If it would help I could talk to him as well. I seem to have a way with people." Maybe it was the deepness of his voice that made him seem trust worthy in their eyes.
"Sure go ahead, and don't mind Doofus, he's a friendly guy." DJ told her as a tiny head appeared over the dashboard.
DJ went to work on the tire, despite the rain coming down. The worst of it was removing the lug nuts and making sure they didn't scatter everywhere. He'd look up on occasion, giving a thumbs up with the progress.
Once the tire was changed he packed the things back in the trunk. He went to his car, where Doofus was eating up the attention. "Looks like you two got acquainted with each other." He laughed. "And I keep my word, I will talk to your parents myself if you want me to."

Kalina looked up where she was giggling at Doofus's antics. "He is a sweet heart" she said as she ran a hand up and down the dog petting it gently. "I used to have a dog bag home but we had to leave him in Russia. He would not take living in a new enviroment well" she said. She missed her dog but he was much to furry to be comfrotable in a warm climent like Califorinia also. She knew her father would want to meet the boy that helped her but she knew he would be in full father slash diplomat mode. He would question him and she did not want the nice american boy to go through that his first time meeting him.
"I will explain to my father tonight. And I he will want to meet you, but it is best it wait till another day. My father will ask many questions and that could be embarassing, you see he is the russian diplomat so he is very protective, and does not know what to make of you american boys" she said hoenstly. She could tell by his face he was not one that would back down so she had no idea why she said what she did. "But if you really do want to meet and explain to him you may follow me home. Just be warned you will proably hear him tell me to go to my room and that I will never go without a driver again" she asid honestly. "He worries who would go after me because of who he is."
Opening the umbrella she stepped out of his car gracefully. "So would like to follow me home. I just realized I did not introduce myself, that could help while talking to my father. He would be a bit supisious if you acted so nice not knowing my name. I am Kalina Dashkova" she said in her greeting. Of course when she said her name it was full of pride, she was very very proud to be a Dashkova, and very very proud of her father. "So if you want to meet my father you may follow me" she said heading back to her car giving him a smile as she opened the driver side and got in. She started up her car and headed for her place. She parked outside and waited for him to park before getting out of the carrying her purse and protfolio while she hurried up on the porch where it was dry. "Welcome to our home while we are in america."

"Yeah he is a great guy to have around." DJ commented about Doofus. He felt a wave of sorrow over him hearing how she left a pet back in Russia. Pets were like a part of the family. It was understandable why he was left behind, although DJ got to thinking that, if father allowed, he could take her out to find a new one.
Father was a diplomat? DJ hadn't figured on that. This wasn't like grandma, this was much higher up. Might as well face the music now, otherwise, her father might deem him a coward. "I don't mind, he might just approve of someone talking to him right away." Still he couldn't help but to be nervous.
He helped her from the car. "I'm Doug but everyone calls me DJ." He introduced himself with a slight grin to his face. He didn't admit outloud he had planned to follow her home, but only to make sure she got home safely. "I suppose if I had a daughter, I'd be worried about her as well."
Once she was inside, he got in his car and followed along, telling Doofus, 'You, mister, are witness to all this. You gotta back me up 'k?"
Doofus just yawned.

Jay was going to bring the green giant down. He just needed a way. A good way. So thats what he set out to do. He would dig up dirt from every nook and cranny he could. As a last result Jay would go right to DJ's parents and force them to make their son dump Trixie. Jayson was sure as bad as it would be, he could paint Trixie in a bad light to DJ's parents and then they would have no choice but to force DJ to dump such a bad influence on their son.
Jay was driving heading home after he hit a dead end. So the guy really was a saint, with the except of his sexcapade with Sloane. God this guy was getting on Jay's last nerve, until..he saw the perfect opportunity. DJ was on the side of the rode with a hot little number. Jay pulled over and hid the car, so he could watch. They seemed very friendly. Too friendly. Then He saw them both get into their cars and drive off.
DJ was following her car. So jay followed at a safe distance. he saw where they went and this was too good to be true. Jay pulled out his phone and snapped some pictures and sent them to Trixie with the Caption "where is the green giant now.....no with you" Of course the pictures were way to blurry to make anything out. It was like a big blob....
Jay watched DJ disappear into the house and he knew...yeah...a saint his ass....no way..DJ had the nerve to cheat on Trixie...well he would pay..then Q would pay and all would be fine. Stupid DJ how dare he hurt his sister....
DJ Would pay. Jay drove off tires squeeling as he sped off to go make sure his sister got the pics and to make sure his sis knew what happened...or at least what Jay assumed happened. After all why else would DJ follow a girl that hot back home, unless it was to tap that ass.

"I will introduce you to father as Doug, he will like that much more then DJ" Kalina said as she put her key in the front door. She knew what would happen, her father would be listening from the room off the foyer and she knew he would come out and start right away and the he would notice the young man with her and that would lead him into asking a lot of question to the both of them. "Be prepared" she said. She pushed the door open and let him go and stepped inside and shut the door. On cue she heard her father leave the formal living room.
"Kalina where have you been? You are a half hour late" Viktor Dashkov said sternly. "You did not call even you had me worried" he said. "You will not be able to go out again on your own, you have shown me that you can not."
"But father, it is not my fault" she looked at him pleadingly. She could not lose that last little bit of freedom. "I ran over something and the tire got flat, which would of happened with Nikolai" she pointed out. "And my phone died and the charger was not in the car. Please father none of it was my fault." She needed to get these points across, that gave her a higher chance of being able to drive herself more often. She would show she had a clear level head and had good judgement of who to trust.
"How I can I send you out there alone knowing what could happen. I am sorry Kalina but for now on you will have the driver and the driver only" he said. He loved his daughter and worried for her safetly a great deal. Suddenly his eyes feel on the younge man with a little dog in his arms. "Who are you?" he demanded. "Why are you here with my daughter?"
"Father this is Doug he fixed my tired. He wanted to see me home and explain to you what happened" she said. Maybe if he did talk to Doug he would change his mind about not letting her drive alone. "He is a nice american young man that wanted to make sure I came home safe that is all." And that is the truth of it all, he should know that she would not bring a man home for any reason other then he was a friend, someone that she was interested in, or someone that might become a friend.
"Is that true is that all?" Viktor knew his daughter was one of the most beauitiful women in the world. Of course he could just see her as that because he was her father. But she was beautiful he had heard many a man comment on it. That is why he was so protective of his daughter, and wanted to know all the men she knew. He trusted her judgement but he needed to make sure the boys understood, she was going to be protected and they should keep their hands to themselves unless he told them he approved of them. "You helped my daughter why?" He looked over the young man while waiting for his answer. He looked nice enough but looks could fool you also.
"Father must you interegate" Kalina looked at him and she stayed quiet after the reproving look that her father threw at her.
"Kalina if you are not going to be quiet go into the living room" he said.
She nodded and walked into the room and sat by the chair closest to the door so she could overhear what was being said.
