Sari had a great day. She met Sloane, hot, teased Tyler, double hot, met Ivan triple hot despite him being younger, and now she was on her way to see Duke, quadruple hot. This day would hopefully end on a high note. she had not idea about the earlier events that transpired with Duke. Or else she would have been over sooner with something to help her friend.
If there was one thing Sari could not stand was seeing people hurt. She hated fighting and seeing people get beaten. She wore jeans, a tank top that showed her midriff and flats this time. She was dressed comfortable. Sari had a bag and some movies.
The good thing about Duke was Sari could be herself around him. No judgments or anything. She needed that. Someone she could truly be around and not worry about him wanting to get her into bed. That was such a relief that you have no idea. No one did.
It had nothing to do with looks, or attitude, but sometimes Sari got sick of the guys who just wanted sex. She got sick of the guys who came over to flirt and attempt to get her number. So much pressure and this was pressure free.
She got out of the car and walked over to ring the door bell. Sari waited for Duke to answer. "Honey I'm home." She said as soon as he opened the door. She dropped her bag and jumped up to hug him. "Admit it you missed me." She said laughing not knowing how much in pain Duke was. She waited for his response. Had she known then Sari never would have attacked him so roughly, but that was her normal greeting to duke.

Before Sari had arrived, Duke finished up un packing the snacks and then tossing the ice pack back into the freezer, the cuts and bruices were now nothing to him. Even the pain was just another thing to shrug off. He then heard the door bell go off, and heard Sari's lovely and comforting voice. Duke hurried to the door as he hurried his t shirt over his head and pulling it down as he gets to the door. The moment he answered the door, she jumped into his arms. "Honey I'm home" he heard as he grunted for a moment as his arms wrapped around her small frame. He didn't feel too much pain but more of a comfort now that she was here.
"Hey beaufitul!" he winced a bit and smiled. "Of course I missed you, I made sure the bathroom is clean and spotless for ya face mask and femanine needs!" he grinned and joked. "I got your chips and your dip, and also even went grocrey shopping to make sure to get anything else you like or needed in case we wanted more food!" he laughed. food was their favorite thing when it came to movies. He let her down onto her feet. "No worries I'm alright I had a run in some theives at my store and I was able to get them caught and taken down to the station, yeah had a rough hit in but I'm alright!" He said in case she noticed the brusices he didnt want her to have to worry so much. Also didn't want to ruin her night for fun.
"I took two asprin and I'll call the dr in two weeks!" he said knowning the usual common phrase when you go to see a doc.

Sari had not noticed until Duke put her down. Then he said he was hurt and thats when she really noticed. "Oh my god....you sure you are okay..." She asked him, concern evident in her voice as she looked him over. "You always have to be the brave one huh..." She said as she stroked his arms softly. "No wonder you are my best friend...you know I love the big softies..." She winked and walked in.
"I hope you left me the whole counter in the bathroom, cause I have a tone of beauty needs." She said joking. Sarissa loved make up and face masks and stuff, but when she needed to be she could be simple. Again it depended on her mood. Right now she was in a good mood and a simple one.
"So snacks..lead me to the food..you know its the only reason I come here." She winked joking around. Sari always made herself at home. She walked right into the kitchen and got a drink and the chips. "You need to come to myhouse one night, you still owe me a game of table tennis and air hockey. I need to kick your ass...again.." She said laughing as she sat down on his couch. "I am glad you did not get hurt to badly...you need anything..."

Duke smiled and shook his head. "I'm fine!" he said. "I may be a big softy but I am still tough as well!" he said chuckling. He let her into his place, and smiled when she talked about food. Duke followed her into the kitchen, he then toss the flat bag of popcorn into the microwave.
"So what movies did you bring tonight for us to make fun of?" he asked as he fetch some stuff to take to the tv and couch. "And by the way I made sure I got extra pills on the bed cause I know how you love to be comfortable." he said as he finished take the popped bag popcorn out of the microwave.
A few hours has passed, he was laughing having a wonderful time, it felt great being hiimself around Sari, and it felt great to have some one like Sari she can be herself and comfortable around him. Duke really wanted that, some one who can be like Sari, and not care because Duke wouldn't care, he knows he isn't perfect and niether or they. He started to wonder why can't they be just themselves why try so hard to hide behind the mask and do all they can to impress as many people as possible. Duke sighed.
Later they moved onto the bed watching on last movie, Duke started to doze off and unconiously put his arm over around Sari, as his head lolled to the side and softly started to snore gently.

Sari looked at Duke, "Its as if you do not know me...I have the classic stupid horror movies. Texas chainsaw Massacre the remake, scream number two and three, and to add in some comedy I have Police academy and Naked Gun. The basic movies to have a fun night of laughing and throwing popcorn at each other." Sari immediately changed into her pj's to get comfortable.
"Awww you are so sweet, you know me way to well." Sari settled in to watch the movie which immediately got her laughing. It was always fun with Duke. See this is what she liked. Either this or spending her days at the Indian reservation she frequented. She like an honorary member of the community. She really should take Duke out there sometime.
It was not long before they had a mini food fight and Sari attempted to throw popcorn into Duke's mouth. More ended up on top of Duke then in his mouth. Sari was laughing so much as she mocked the movie. Especially the part in naked gun with the watch, it was hilarious.
Finally they took Police academy and headed into the bedroom. Now most people might get the wrong idea, but Duke knew Sari well enough and she knew him to know that this was an innocent night of two friends having fun. Sari loved hanging around Duke, now if more guys were like him perhaps she would date more.
Either way that was not the point of the night. She heard Duke snoring and turned to look at him and smiled. She just laughed and turned off the movie. She noticed the arm, but did not move it. instead she snuggled into the safe embrace and feel asleep as well.
