After a lovely lie in with Connor, Kian spent the rest of the morning fixing up Mike's room and then went to Mike's house to help him move his stuff to the boat. Mike didn't have his own car, but also Kian was afraid his father's would give him a hard time about moving out. He thought his being there might keep physical altercations from happening. plus it would suck having to carry all his stuff on the bus.
When the back of his jeep was full, they headed back to the boat. Connor was waiting, plus they were supposed to go to Dare's place to try to fix him up with Mike. That was something he didn't want to be late for as he was sure Dare at least was nervous and Evan got dangerous when on edge. Not to mention he was getting hungry and Dare was supposed to have food for them.
"Honey! We're home!" he called from the deck in case Connor hadn't dressed yet or was doing something of an embarrassing nature. He could be almost anywhere. It was a gorgeous day and if it were him he would be in the hot tub on the top deck.

One of Connor’s least favourite chores was cleaning, but as Kian and Mike were off getting all of Mike’s belongings to move him into the boat, leaving him alone for the morning, he thought it couldn’t hurt. Especially after the mini party they had on the boat the night before. His boyfriend had already sorted out the room that would be Mike’s anyway, so there wasn’t much to do. And what there was he took his time with anyway.
He was really looking forward to the afternoon though, the jam session. He was slowly getting to the point where he stopped seeing the group they often hung out with as Kian’s friends, instead seeing them as their friends. So an afternoon of music, eating, and hanging around with friends would be a great way to kick start the weekend. And on top, watching Evan try to set Dare and Mike up. That would be entertaining, at the very least.
Hearing the familiar voice, he stuck his head out the side of the boat, grinning at both of them. “Hi.” he grinned cheerily before his head quickly disappeared. He emerged just a few seconds later, making his way over to them. “Got everything?” he asked. “Is there anything I can help you bring up Mike?”

When all of Mike's belongings were stowed in his bedroom, Kian looked around and grinned. "Well I am starving, lets go mooch off of Dare. He's bound to have good food there. " He grabbed the bag of dice as they were to join Julia at D&D after a while and you had to have your own dice he heard. a notebook and a pencil completed his necessities and he put them in a tote bag with a rainbow emblazoned on the front. Connor was looking particularly cute which made his eyes soften and he had to kiss him before anything else happened. Connor was definitely his weakness, but he didn't really care, Connor was worth it all. "I love you babe," he whispered next to his lover's ear.

Mike was glad to be out. He was thankful to have Kian's house. He still had some left over bruises on his body. He had been beat like a day ago. So once those healed perhaps he could finally get rid of that stupid habit. Althouhg knowing Mike that was wishful thinking. Mike carried his things in and began setting them up. it was hard, but thankful to Kian he got it. He was not able to use his strength due to the pain, but he tried.
"Thanks for helping me move man. I appreciate it." He told Kian, "So this Jam session we ready to go." He asked the boys. he eyed Connor. "Thanks for cleaning and stuff." Mike stuffed his hands in his pockets as he swayed back and forth. He had no idea he was being set up. "did you say food? man I am so in...lets go meet this Dare person." He said with a big smile.
Mike loved food and he could use the distraction. He rubbed his chest a little. He would be okay. He had taken some advil earlier and he was a tad shaky, but he should be okay. Or so he hoped, "To jam I don't need to play anything. I cna just listen right...just promise me Evan is not playing or I might lose my ears." He said joking. "Come on men lets go...no party starts without us." Mike said leaving.

With everyone finally in sync they got in Connor's car and headed downtown where Dare's place was on the corner of Union and 13th street. The apartment building was impressive with a doorman and valet parking. Kian wasn't sure how Connor was going to be about letting someone else drive his car, but soon they were all in the penthouse elevator. "I can't even imagine living like this, having your own elevator and all." He supposed that he would rather have his boat anyways, but it was still pretty cool. "Evan is going to be playing drums, Mike. I did bring extra-strength advil with me though.
