Character Name: Dena Annabel Zouvelekis
Nickname: None
Age: 14
Birthday: July 19th
Place of birth: Los Angeles
School: Gould
Grade: Freshman
Appearance: Dena stands at 5’4”, which makes puts her down in the shorter end of her family, a fact she rues even if she’s assured she grow taller still. Her dark brown hairs falls past her shoulders, and unlike some of her siblings, her eyes are also dark brown.
She doesn’t focus too much on her clothes and general appearance, unless she’s planning on hitting on, or at least perving on a girl, and she’ll generally just mix and match whatever she has in her wardrobe until it looks okay. She prefers brighter colours to dark. When she does put her mind to it, she can get frantic about what she looks like, and has been known to spend an hour changing only to settle for her original outfit.
Personality: Dena is a sweet girl, with a smile for everyone. She's friendly and easy-going, which has helped ease her transition from reality TV star to mundane. She likes the attention, of course, particularly when those paying her attention are cute girls, but she's far from snobby about it.
She's not quite as saintly as she appears, however, as she's frequently seen in the company of her siblings performing some mischief or other. Also, she may have begged her parents for that telescope by pointing out a love of astronomy, but she may just use it to spy on her pretty next door neighbour.
Town Area: Downtown LA
Job: Former Reality TV star
Transportation: Her own two feet, the bus, her parents
Family Background and History: Father: Dorian
Mother: Sibyl
Uncle: James
Nana: Phyllis Sophia Manikas
Triplets: Seth, Serena and Sarissa
Quintuplets: Julian, Dena, Celeste, Brandon, Trenton
Dorian and Sibyl are devout members of the Eastern Orthodox Church, which is where they met. Sibyl was an aspiring actress from Oakland and Dorian was a model for Calvin Klein, and the two instantly connected. They had a whirlwind courtship and ended up engaged after only two months.
When the triplets were four Sibyl found that she was pregnant again, this time with Quintuplets. One of Sibyl's friends from her acting days had married a TV Network director, a Mr. Basil Lortie, who suggested that the financially beleagured parents have their own reality TV show about raising their brood. Bills needed to be paid, and Dorian's modeling wasn't bringing in enough money, so the two agreed. Sibyl's mother, Phyllis Sophia Manikas or Nana as the children call her, moved in with the large family after the death of her husband when the quintuplets were six and has been a loving, larger than life fixture ever since.
Last year the show came to an end due to a scandal involving Nana who was caught shoplifting Little Debbies from Kroger. Some viewers believe she was framed, unwilling to accept that such a sweet little old lady is capable of blatant thievery. The end of the show corresponded neatly with the arrival of Baby Grace, an unplanned pregnancy on the part of Dorian and Sibyl (though mercifully Grace decided to come alone.) This timing has only added fuel to the fire of conspiracy theories.
To further complicate a life suddenly and drastically changed from public to private, their mother's younger brother has moved in with the family, having been let go from his job as a general contractor. He greatly despises Dorian, considering him nothing but a pretty face, so his appearance into family life has been nothing if not uncomfortable.
Class Schedule: 1st period – English
2nd period – Biology
3rd period – Spanish
4th period – History
5th period – Drama
6th period – Alegbra
Attendance Length: Since the beginning of the school year
After School Activities: Avid supporter of all Gould female sporting teams and the cheerleading squad, rock climbing
Likes: Girls, astronomy (looking through a telescope counts, regardless of what you look at, right?), YouTube, mucking around and causing trouble with her siblings, little umbrellas that you put on drinks, reading comic books (nerdy, she knows), popcorn, iced chocolate, mini food (like mini hot dogs), funny sports, singing in public to annoy people.
Dislikes: Not getting attention, Weird breed names for dogs like beagliers, county music, chewing gum, really lame and overly predictable romantic comedies, especially when they’re not funny.
Other Information: Dena really, really likes pretty girls
Had no problem with being on the show with her family, actually really liked the attention it got her, and the recognition now with the pretty girls (not to mention some money of her own) but is really enjoying not having a camera constantly watching her every move.
Likes a bit of trouble and mischief, but won’t usually instigate anything, instead going along with her siblings.
Adores her fellow quintuplets and would do anything for them (not that she’s going to tell them that).
Sort of dating Caitlin Alderman
Face Claim: Victoria Justice

Writing Sample: I’m lazy, and you should all know by now I’m a sweet writer! So anyway, here’s one of my semi-newish posts.
It was another school morning where Evan found himself having to wake up way earlier than he was comfortable with. And annoyingly, he stumped his toes a few times as he made his way from his bed to the other side of the room, where he had wisely set up his alarm clock the night before, thinking he’d have a better chance of staying up if he had to actually get up. And make his way through a floor covered in clothes and candy wrappers along the way.
But he made sure to set the time disgustingly early this morning. 7 am. No one should have to wake up at that time, it was cruel. But in an attempt to try to wake himself up a bit, he hopped straight into the shower, putting it on full blast. Then when he was finished, he made a nudie run back to his room when he realised he didn’t bring any clothes to change into with him.
Dressing nicely, in his mind anyway, he put on jeans and an old Star Wars t-shirt, making his way out the door and straight into his car. Blasting the radio helped wake him up just a little, as did remembering what he wanted to talk to Brittany about. His girl was cool, and he figured she trusted him, so he wasn’t too worried, well, wasn’t extremely worried, about her reaction to him. He just didn’t want her to start a fight with Syn either, and risk Dare finding out. But he couldn’t tell Brit why he didn’t want Dare finding out either. So it was a tricky situation. Far too tricky for anyone to have to deal with at this ungodly hour.
Still, remembering that breakfast might be on the cards perked him up a bit, as did the chance to annoy Aly so early in the day. So, pulling up in front of the Barnes / Durrand household, Evan hopped out of his car and rapped lightly on the door. Lightly to him.
