Character Name: Trenton Lee Zouvelekis
Nickname: None
Age: 14
Birthday: July 19th
Place of birth: Los Angeles
School: Gould
Grade: Freshman
Appearance: Trenton has light brown hair and blue eyes. He's 5'8", which is fairly tall for a Freshman, and in fact puts him taller than any of the other quintuplets. He's got a rather boyishly round face, unsurprising perhaps given his age.
He wears very average clothing for a teenage boy: T-shirts, polo shirts, khakis...basically, whatever was on sale at JC Penney.
Personality: Trenton is not self-concious at all, having grown up in front of cameras. He doesn't care what other people think about him or what misconceptions they may have, and as such peer pressure is largely ineffective on him.
He's quiet, which mistakenly leads some people to believe that he's less trouble than Julian, but he's perfectly capable of getting into scrapes -- he just doesn't make an announcement about it. The exception to this rule is if there's a pretty girl watching, in which case he will probably act extra stupid to try and get her attention.
His interests are athletic rather than scholarly or social; he can easily participate in a team sport, but if he suddenly has to have a one on one conversation with his teammates he suddenly finds himself out of his element. The only people he has no difficulty talking to are, of course, his siblings, particularly his fellow quintuplets.
His grades are rather abysmal, as he tends to consider homework a waste of time and he doesn't pay attention during class, preferring to practice origami with his notes instead of actually writing them.
Town Area: Downtown LA
Job: Former Reality TV star, of course!
Transportation: Parents and older siblings
Family Background and History: Father: Dorian
Mother: Sibyl
Uncle: James
Nana: Phyllis Sophia Manikas
Triplets: Seth, Serena and Sarissa
Quintuplets:
Julian, Dena, Celeste, Brandon, Trenton
Dorian and Sibyl are devout members of the Eastern Orthodox Church, which is where they met. Sibyl was an aspiring actress from Oakland and Dorian was a model for Calvin Klein, and the two instantly connected. They had a whirlwind courtship and ended up engaged after only two months.
When the triplets were four Sibyl found that she was pregnant again, this time with Quintuplets. One of Sibyl's friends from her acting days had married a TV Network director, a Mr. Basil Lortie, who suggested that the financially beleagured parents have their own reality TV show about raising their brood. Bills needed to be paid, and Dorian's modeling wasn't bringing in enough money, so the two agreed. Sibyl's mother, Phyllis Sophia Manikas or Nana as the children call her, moved in with the large family after the death of her husband when the quintuplets were six and has been a loving, larger than life fixture ever since.
Last year the show came to an end due to a scandal involving Nana who was caught shoplifting Little Debbies from Kroger. Some viewers believe she was framed, unwilling to accept that such a sweet little old lady is capable of blatant thievery. The end of the show corresponded neatly with the arrival of Baby Grace, an unplanned pregnancy on the part of Dorian and Sibyl (though mercifully Grace decided to come alone.) This timing has only added fuel to the fire of conspiracy theories.
To further complicate a life suddenly and drastically changed from public to private, their mother's younger brother has moved in with the family, having been let go from his job as a general contractor. He greatly despises Dorian, considering him nothing but a pretty face, so his appearance into family life has been nothing if not uncomfortable.
Class Schedule: English
French
Algebra
Biology
History
Orchestra (Viola)
Attendance Length: Since the beginning of the year
After School Activities: Tennis, Track
Likes: Tennis, origami, track, tag, the gym and sports in general - both watching and participating, dancing around -- if a pop song has a dance to it, he probably knows it, hot cocoa, gummy bears, squash, the noise that crickets make
Dislikes: Being told what to do, long conversations with people he isn't related to, perfumes and incense and people who overuse them, when his Uncle James and his dad fight, being followed around by paparrazi, substance abuse
Other Information: He's allergic to incense and perfumes, which makes Mass difficult to suffer through.
Face Claim: Tony Oller
Player: Dryope
Writing Sample: Completely unrelated to Trenton here, but I'm feeling lazy. This is the game Anna and I met in:
Mew nodded earnestly in LaShelle's direction, glad she was alive. She looked like she was covered in something -- he couldn't tell what, perhaps it was ash from the fires-- but she was alive and clearly able to walk about. "Yeah, of course. It'll be fun. Later, then."
Phil practically dragged Mew to the door and down the stairs. "Are. You. Insane?! Couldn't you see she's with the dark side? You are blind without your glasses, aren't you!"
"What!" Mew protested, "She is not with the dark side, oh my god! She's really nice. You need to come over and hang when she does, then you'll see. She was only stealing things cause that guy made her."
Phil sighed and pushed open the door to the first floor, not even bothering to ask who that guy might be. "Great, we'd better get everyone out of here before that fire spreads."
"Get out your cell and call 911." Phil ordered, grabbing his own cell and dialing Estefan.
Mew pulled his phone out of his pockets. "I can't see the numbers."
Phil grabbed the phone out of Mew's hands. "Aw, dammit, your phone is waterlogged. Just go get con secu-- no, never mind, here." He handed his phone to Mew. "Tell Estefan to tell the council we have a fire and Sith problem on the third floor." He scanned the room, hoping to find con security for real this time...
