Text to Felipe

Kian remembered during class that he was going to invite Felipe to bowling on Sunday. Not wanting to chance that he would miss the other boy in the cafeteria he pulled out his phone and sent him a text message.

Hey Felipe, this is Kian from fencing. A bunch of us are going bowling on Sunday afternoon. Its open invite, so come and bring friends if you want to.

As he walked away from Raven and their most bizarre encounter Felipe's phone warbled into life. Some sort of salsa or something and he knew he had Ana Izabel to thank for that. She seemed to take great pleasure out of altering his ring tone and using the most embarrassing ones she could find. At least this one was better than Shakira belting out 'My Hips Don't Lie' like she'd used the time before.

He quickly rummaged for it and offered a nearby couple of girls a grin that was supposed to have been born from self-conscious humiliation but ended up being far more appreciative.

A text... and it was from his fencing friend, Kian.

Felipe quickly read the message...

Bowling.

It sounded great to him... Not that he was all that good at bowling but it wasn't like he'd played it a heck of a lot.

It didn't take him long to write his reply...

'obrigado, meu amigo. I would love to come. Just let me know where we are going and at what time. Thanks again. Fe'

An open invitation... and he could bring anyone he wanted to... One person came instantly into his mind and he reached for his phone once more...
