Rosalie had gotten to school early she wanted to go over a few things for a test that was later on that day. She was sitting on the steps her back against the wall her legs straight out as she was reading over her text book and glancing at her notes. She knew the stuff but she wanted to make sure she got a A. Trigonmetry was easy for her, it seemed that she got a brain like her fathers that makes everything easy. She was looking over her notes to a problem when a shadow fell over her and she looked up.
"Hi" she said moved so her legs were out of the way. "Sit sit" she said putting her notebook bag in her bag and her book to. "What brings you here early?" she asked with a smile. Rosalie was always friendly she made sure to be because she was just the kind of person that wanted to be like for being nice and not for being mean, and plus she could never be mean to someone, not after working with animals that her passion. She wanted to work with animals in the future but she was just not sure how, she might be a vet or she might work for the shelter and take over as director when they needed a new director.

"I'm here to talk to you, of course!" Maysan carefully arranged her skirts as she seated herself beside Rosalie. "I haven't seen you in ages. Or, well, since rehearsal Wednesday, but I didn't get to talk. I know you like animals, so you probably didn't mind them being in the locker room, but it really was annoying finding a goat eating my jacket." She sighed, still upset at the prank. The culprits had timed it well, too, since both squads were rehearsing together!
"Were you at the park cleanup yesterday? I didn't see you but I was a little distracted," She blushed, "It's too bad that it ended so quickly, but Sloane and I stayed later to clean. Have you met Sloane? What do you think of her?" She hoped that Rosalie knew Sloane and approved; it would be so much easier if her friends liked her crush. And maybe girlfriend; after last night she was hopeful.
"What're you studying? Can I help?" She asked, glancing over at the notes the other girl was perusing. After cheer-leading and civic responsibility, studying was another thing the two had in common. Very few of her fellow cheerleaders were quite so studious, and most of the other serious students seemed to rather dislike cheerleaders, so it was nice to have girls like Bree and Rosalie to chat with. It wasn't that the other cheerleaders were dumb, or made poor grades; they had to pass to stay on the team, at least! But socializing was more important than good grades, because so many of them were in cheer-leading as a means of securing their place on the social ladder.

"I did not mind the goat to much of course she was not eating my jacket. I checked to see if it was a boy or a girl a habit of mine" Rosalie said and laughed. "I think if more guys acted like animals I would like them more" she said making a joke. "I just wonder who played the joke, of course with both schools combined it coudl be anyone now" she said and smiled at her. "No I missed the clean up I was at the homeless shelter passing out food" she explained to her friend. "I would of did the clean up but I made the commitment to the soup kitchen months ago" she said to explain why she was not there.
"No I have not met Sloane yet but I am willingly to" she said. She could tell her friend had a crush on the other girl but it was okay with her. She did not care if someone like a boy or a girl as long as they were happy. "Maybe the three of us coudl hang out over the weekend well saturday or sunday. I have a dinner party with my family and clients on friday night" she said just remembering that at the last mintue. This was why she loved her little calender she needed it to write down everything and remember it all.
"I am just going over trig one last time before class starts. I am sure I got it down since most I could do in my head which makes me more like my father then my mother math wise" she said and laughed and smiled. "I forget what do you have first?"

"I'm pretty sure she's going to Bree's party on Saturday." May commented, "You're going too, right?" She assumed that Rosalie would be invited to the other cheerleader's party, although now that she stopped to consider she wasn't entirely sure that Rosalie and Bree really knew one another. "She was the one leading Gould's cheerleaders at rehearsal, the red-head." She added, in case that needed clarification.
"There's the charity auction, too, I don't remember the name of the family putting it on. They're Silver students, I think, do you know who it is?"
She laughed when Rosalie admitted to performing math in her head rather than writing it down, "But the Mrs. Kirk fusses if you don't write your process out, otherwise I'd always do it that way. I have PE first. We'd better get time to shower after this time, I hate when it gets pushed up right until the bell rings, because then I'm sweaty all day long."
She dug a box of mints out of her purse and handed them to Rosalie, "I guess I'll forgive you for feeding the homeless instead of cleaning up litter..." She grinned, "But how could you find time to take off from your animals? Weren't they lonely without you? You're always at the shelter....homeless animals, homeless people, I swear, you're like some sort of Saint."

"Yeah I know the party" Rosalie said. "I was planning on going if nothing came up" she said honestly. She liked all the cheerleaders who knew that both schools could have both teams come together so well. "Both of our schools have meshed so well with the our cheerleading squads, it is good we can work together and not fight and not get along. I was never one to get into school rivarly really. I mean we go to different schools so what" she said and shrugged and smiled at Maysan.
"At least I can fly through the test to annoy him" Rosalie laughed and smiled. "It will be so easy to get it all down and let see him try and say I did not do all my work" she grinned. "Okay it is to much fun to annoy some teachers. Ceretain ones it is just so much fun to get them going and flustered" she giggled and crossed her legs. "I am sure you will get a chance I think it is required or whatever" she said trying to remember if they were supposed to give you time to shower or not. "If it is not it should be I don't like to walk around sweaty after gym in school. Now outside of school after rushing around to various places I am like whatever."
Rosalie blushed at what Maysan said. "I am no saint I am far from it" she said honestly. "I just like to help out people and animals that need my help. I was raised that way" she said with a shurg and gave a small smile to the girl. "You could always help out at the shelter every now and then we would love the help and we do need more people to help out" she said to her. "Or if you know anyone that could be interested in it send them to the homeless or animal shelter. Oh you should stop by my house and see the zoo" she grinned. "I won't tell you how many animals ahead of time but just beware there is a lot" she said with a laugh. "Do you like animals or not so much?"

"Not many people help out as much as you do." May said honestly. Rosalie was one of the most involved people May knew; most of the other students were too wrapped up in their own lives and worries to stop and consider that there were those less fortunate than themselves. Of course, May herself was perhaps just a little too caught up in Sloane at the moment, and while she was involved in some volunteer efforts she spent far more time in dance classes. The amount of time Rosalie put into helping made May feel horribly selfish for not being right there with her friend.
"I love animals. Especially rodents. I just prefer them when they aren't eating my clothes." And also not on the couch. Actually, she much preferred animals to stay in their nice cages, because otherwise cleaning up was near impossible. She had two pet hamsters, Misha and Anna, both named after legendary figures in the ballet world, and they rarely left their glass universe. She'd originally wished for mice, but her mother hadn't gone for that; hamsters had been a compromise. "Last time we spoke you had adopted a new cat. How's that going? Or do you have yet more new pets?" That would be just like Rosalie. May wondered how the Naples dealt with so many animals in one place.
The ringing of the bell interrupted, and it was then that May realized she was nowhere near the gym. "Oh no! I'd better run or I'll be late!" She leaped to her feet, waving goodbye. "I'll talk to you later! Definitely call me, I want to meet your new pets."
