Ian carried a pile of fliers around the school and tacked them to the bulletin boards. They read:
Room For Rent
You would be responsible for a third of the rent and the utilities. Currently that is Electricity and cable including internet. Current renters use cell phones so if you need land base line then that would be your responsibility. Call Ian at xxx-xxxx for details and possible interview.
