Okay, kids, who should play the role of Sandy in Grease?! Explain if you wish.

I went for Eden because I'd love to see the awkwardness of her and Jett playing off each other.

I wasn't too sure who to pick, so I attempted to think about it logically. And that failed pretty quickly, so I relied on my usual trail of thinking. Which came down to this basically. Jude is hot. I know, I'm smart. Be impressed by my skill at thinking and stuff. And I think it'll be funny, Jett rehearsing with Jude, while making goggly eyes at Eden. Oh, he would so make googly eyes. And I can't say I'm that familiar with Grease (oh the horror) but they kiss right? It'll be interesting, how Eden takes that. Please, let there be a cat fight.

Mate, I don't think you're getting it. Girl fight! A fight, but with girls! Come on!

Jude's not confrontational. If Eden asked her to back off she will. And it's so much cuter if Eden got to be with Jett. Jude's professional but if she knew that Eden liked Jett, it'd be uncomfortable for her to do anything more than run lines with Jett You're outvoted, Isaac

Hey so I'm lame and didn't really see this thread till now but wanted to say that Eden is not confrontational either. She'd never tell anyone to back off. In fact when she finds out she's playing opposite of Jett...she'd probably want to quit (but I'm going to find some reason for her not to) . And despite how fun it would be to play out the awkwardness of them playing opposite each other, it would be equally awkward for her to watch Jude playing opposite of him. So I know in the vote that Eden won, but if you'd really like Jude to play Sandy as well, I would have absolutely no problem having them split the part. I think that would make it the most awkward and interesting anyway. Of course its up to you and what you want to go but I totally would not be opposed to them sharing the role at all.

Lucky Jett having two girls to himself. So I don't know how the thingie works but isn't there only one play/production whatever? Or are there several of the production? I'm lost with this. My school plays only run once so I'm just assuming here. Helps!

It runs one weekend (I'm guessing), Thursday through Sunday. So that would be easy to split, 2 dates each.

Oo. sorry, Dry assumes people can read her mind. At the school I went to (and the same is true for all the other local schools) each play runs, as Miami said, one weekend, Thur-Sun. Of course, there are multiple shows all throughout the year, but the BIG production with the biggest budget and all is always the musical in the spring semester.
