[Genny Bailey]

Still chewing on her sandwich, Genny almost choked on it when he put forth his theory that Will was in love with her. She couldn't imagine anyone in love with her let alone cute Will who had half the girl swimmers crushing on him and some of the male ones as well. Well it did help that she filled out her bathing suit a lot better than last year, but still. There were some seriously gorgeous girls that flirted with him.

"Okay I said yes," Genny said with a laugh as Gage gushed his gratitude. She figured she could stand a dinner with the cheerleader if it made him so happy. She honestly felt his happiness was more important than her own. "You can get me that set of Dolphin wind chimes for my fire escape for my birthday, that will be pay back enough." She knew he had already had them set aside and since he wasn't as into dolphins as she was it was a safe bet they were for her.

"Calm down, Gage. I am not going to eat all the fudge, I wouldn't be able to fit in my swim suit later," she said as she dug into her bag and pulled out two saran-wrapped chocolate treats and gave them both to him. She decided if she was going to go out with Will Owens then she would be better off with just her tangerine.

Gage's smile softened when she reminded him of the wind chimes he had bought. How did she know about them? He decided he should start keeping things out of the public's eye more often and more cautiously.

When Gen handed him both of the delicious treats, Gage's smile widened. "Gen! You thoughtful girl." He said before gobbling up the warm fudge. As he chewed and munched, a sappy grin started on his face before he closed his eyes to the soft and warm comfort of Nana's oh so delicious fudge.

Once he was done, there was chocolate all over his mouth and he licked his fingers and lips as best he could but there was still traces of them every here and there. "Oh man...man that was good." He grinned sheepishly. "Okay. I'm going to go and look for Will. Thanks for this again, Gen. I really do owe you." He got up and bent over the table to press his lips on her cheeks, making them all chocolatey and sticky. "Oh oops. Got some chocolate on you." Gage chuckled before pulling a bit of his shirt and wiping off Gen's cheeks before wiping his mouth of the excess chocolate. "Okay obviously I need to wash this off." He chuckled once more before cleaning up the table.

"Alright. Wish me luck, babe." He held two thumbs up to Gen and walked off to throw the garbage and also to find both Hannah and Will.

Genny giggled as Gage made a pig of himself with the fudge. It was understandable, Nana made the best fudge in the world, but then she was the best cook in the world as well. "You should clean up your shirt too," she said after he covered the corner of it to clean them up. "Especially if you are going to find Hannah after talking to Will." She knew the sparkle in his eye wasn't because of Will, so the cheerleader had to be involved. She only wished that someone would look that way because of her.

"Let me know how it goes or I will be tense all afternoon. You know my schedule meet me between classes," she instructed him before he ran off. "Good Luck!' She watched him disappear and sighed, pulling out her report to scribble some more notes on it.
