Izzy had a good morning. She and Connor had a blast taking picture of cheesy couples and getting lines to quote from them. It was also funny when they took pictures of themselves and came up with even cheesier lines. It was by far one of the best pranks ever. It would be a Newspaper to remember that was for sure. Izzy had texted Eden and Ben asking them to meet her in the Newspaper room. Two birds one stone. She could invite them along tonight and work on her column. Plus Izzy wanted to know what happened with Jett, but she would ask that later when Ben was not around. Izzy had no idea the prank had been blown.
Izzy made her way to the Newspaper room after her class. She had packed her lunch. The school lunch was only good for so long. Izzy was sick of it. She was also sick of her column. She liked it and did not want to change it. So in honor of defiance Izzy left the column as it. What would the editor do fire her. Yeah right. They were short staffed as is. Besides it was all a harmless joke. Most likely the students would find it hilarious. Connor and her came up with some classic lines.
Izzy waited for Ben and Eden to show up. She honestly wondered if they even knew where the newspaper room was. Not many kids did. Which was okay. She just hoped her friends made it. Izzy typed away on her laptop, which she always brought. She did not trust the school computer. She technically could have met them anywhere, but she knew Jett would never come to the newspaper room.

Ben went and bought his lunch before heading to the newspaper room. He kind of didn't want to go. Although in school he usually spent more time with Izzy and Eden than he did with his best friend, today Ben sort of wanted to meet up with Jett. He wanted to know how the prank on Eden had went. His sister hadn't said anything yet so he wasn't sure how it had all gone down.
But Izzy had texted him to meet her so he figured he might as well. Plus, if Izzy had texted him, it meant that she had texted Eden as well. So maybe he could grill his sister on the details, which perhaps would make the whole thing even funnier when he heard from Jett what had went down.
He was sure that Eden was less than pleased with him, but she deserved it! She'd signed him up for the talent show without telling him...and she'd really brought the whole Jett thing on herself my making up this whole Raine character.
"Hey, Iz," Ben said casually as he walked into the newspaper room. He wouldn't admit it to Izzie, but he'd had to ask several students for directions there. He placed his tray down on one of the tables. "What's up?" he asked.

Eden was not in a good mood. Anything good that had happened all day had been overshadowed by that mornings events. She still couldn't believe that Jett had known for the past few weeks. And that he'd kissed her...again...when he actually knew it was her this time! What was he doing?!
Eden wasn't completely sure what was going on with him, but she knew she had to get him back. Izzy had texted her to meet her in the newspaper room during lunch so it had actually worked out perfectly. Eden knew that she'd be able to talk to Izzy in private there and plot against Jett, without worrying about anyone overhearing.
She'd really need her friend's help this time too, because whatever she did to Jett....well it would have to be good. So good that he wouldn't know what hit him!
Walking into the newspaper room, her eyes fell onto her brother first. She walked over to the table where he sat and slapped him in the back of the head. "Why didn't you tell me that Jett knew!" she yelled at him. Letting out a huff she took the seat next to him. She couldn't be too angry with him, not if she wanted to enlist his help...not if she wanting him on her side this time.
"Hey Iz," she said with a sigh.

Izzy looked up and smiled as Ben walked in, "Hey. Glad you made it. Its a jungle out there right." She saved her file and closed her laptop, "Nothing is up, but I am pulling the best...." She was saying as Eden walked in. She was confused when she addressed her brother. He knew what? Izzy eyed them and then smiled at Eden, "Hey back, what was the slap for? Can I slap him too?" Izzy laughed, "just kidding."
Izzy walked over and leaned against the desk she was just sitting at. "So I talked to Connor today and he invited me and you both to go out with him and a few of his friends tonight? I wondered if you both wanted to come?" She looked at her friend. She knew that look. Something was up. Looked like the prank did not go over too well.
"Eden what's up? You look pissed. Its V Day how can you be pissed. I have a funny story and it has nothing to do with my Kiss me shirt. Okay it might have a little something but that's not the point." Izzy said trying to make Eden smile. Izzy then turned to Ben, "what did you do?" Izzy did not think Ben actually did any thing but it was fun to accuse him. All in a playful way of course. She would never mean it viciously.

"Yeah," Ben commented, "there is enough flowers and candy out there to start our own store." He hadn't gotten anyone anything for Valentine's Day--not even his friends. He didn't really see the point. When his sister came in and yelled at him, he just laughed. "Well don't sign me up for the talent show without telling me and maybe next time I won't help out Jett," he grinned, sticking his tongue out at his sister.
"I'm down," Ben said, when Izzy mentioned going out with a group that night. He'd been planning on just chilling at home and maybe watching a movie in their home theatre, but hanging out with people was always better. And Connor was a pretty cool guy, not pretentious like some of the popular kids Jett hung out with so he was sure his friends would be okay too.
Ben laughed at Izzy's confusion. "You really don't know?" he asked, his eyebrows raised. "Jett and I were convinced you were in on it too, but wow Ede you did that all by yourself...I'm impressed," he said to his sister. "Eden played this prank on Jett I guess because back at the masked ball thing he didn't recognize her and started hitting on her so she pretended to be this girl, but Jett figured it out so pretended to really have a thing for Eden." Ben hadn't asked him how it all went down yet. "Did he ask you out for tonight?" he laughed, looking at his sister, who was clearly less than pleased.

Eden frowned, she didn't even bother agreeing to going out with Connor and his friends because if both Izzy and Ben were going, it was assumed that she'd go too. As long as Jett didn't go... Maybe she should mention that. "Only if Jett's not invited," she said crossly. She did not want to tolerate him again...not today.
"No...Izzy knew," Eden said with a sigh as she had to listen to Ben go over the whole debacle. It was pathetic. She felt pathetic. "Yes he did ask me out," she said bitterly. "And he kissed me! Well...forced a kiss on me," she complained. "It was so gross. So I really need to get him back. So you guys need to help me. Ben you too---and if you tell Jett, I'll kill you. So brainstorm please cause I got nothing!"

Izzy laughed as Ben explained, "oh that I knew, I just did not know about your involvement." Izzy sat down next to Ben, "you should have told me Ben. Then you and I could have teamed up and pulled a prank on Eden and Jett." Izzy liked the idea, "no offense Eden." She laughed. Izzy felt her phone buzz with a text from Connor, "Connor just texted me. The plans are movies and cookies at his friend Julia's place. She goes to Silver." Izzy told them. "And don't worry no Jett."
Izzy texted Connor back and put her phone away. "Payback.....on Jett. He found out about this last prank, you sure he won't find out about the next one." Izzy did not think Jett was that smart, but he was perceptive. She started laughing when Eden mentioned the kiss, "he kissed you....sorry...sorry...don't mean to laugh but its...." She kept laughing. It was funny. "Need some gum. That's just....." Izzy did a fake shiver, "that's like if I kissed Ben....its weird...why wold Jett do that?" Stupid question because Izzy knew the answer.
"The only thing I can think of would be to pull a prank when he is drunk. Jett is most vulnerable then." Izzy suggested. Now she had not idea what to do. Izzy was no mastermind, but she was sure the three of them could think of something.
(OOC we might have to move the drunken prank to sat. Night game time, bc I am going out of town during the TC for fri evening.)

"he won't find out about this one though," Eden said, "not if I have both of you behind me--plus last time was stupid, he only found out because he recognized my lip gloss and then Ben told him my middle name," she said.
"Yeah, you're really not helping," Eden point out when Izzy started laughing at her. "I did hit him at least...and slapped him...but he actually seemed to like that," Eden said making a face. "There has to be something though...something he wouldn't figure out...You're right about getting him drunk too...he was drunk at the dance and it was really easy to fool him then," she said. She ignored all the other comments. She had a one track mind right now. She had to get Jett. She just had to...
OOC- I emailed you about the prank--also, sorry this is short, but this plus the response I'm about to do for Ben will make it way over the 200 words

"Well, I wasn't completely sure you were involved either," Ben admitted to Izzy. "We suspected it but didn't know for sure. But teaming up against the both of them...that would have been mad cool," he said enthusiastically, really liking the idea. "Too bad Eden's here now or we could still do it," he said making a face at his sister.
"Okay, cool I'm down with whatever," he said when Izzy mentioned the change of plans for tonight. Looking over at his sister as she continued to go on about it. He could tell she was really serious. Sure, Eden complained a lot, but she'd actually pulled a prank on Jett and to be honest, if she hadn't let it go on so long, it would have worked. He knew his sister well enough to know this was different. Jett was his best friend, but maybe he'd gone too far with the kissing thing. I mean if Eden had actually wanted to kiss Jett, he wouldn't have cared. He wasn't over protective of her, like some brothers were--mostly because he knew he didn't have much to worry about. But forcing a kiss on her...he didn't exactly like that.
Looking at Izzy he laughed, "Oh come on! I'm not that bad," he said making air kisses. "Okay...you are sort of like my sister...so I can see where the gross factor would come in. But Eden and Jett don't have that relationship--although they do fight like siblings are supposed to. I like to think it makes up for her lack of fighting with me," he chuckled, turning back to his sister, "but if you really want to prank Jett--I'm in." He'd give Jett the benefit of the doubt when it came to the kiss because he knew Jett would never do something to hurt his sister, but pranking would still be fun and he could sort of get even, even if he wouldn't admit these motives to the girls...well he'd just admit the fun one.
"Well...Jett pretended to like actually have a thing for you..." Ben began..."what if you got him drunk...and then...convinced him that like while he was drunk he admitted to actually liking you. Like convince him that you two hooked up or something," he suggested. "Could be funny but then again I'm not sure if he'll believe you--you'd have to be really convincing," he said. "Like maybe get Izzy to plant something of yours in his room so he thinks it actually happened."

Izzy nudged Ben, "I say we still plot to get them both." She smiled at him and then turned her attention back to Eden. She seemed lost in her own world. She listened to Ben, "Aww see you're like my brother too. Well sometimes I think I like you better then my brother." She laughed.
Izzy nodded, "Now thats a good idea Ben." She Had to think a few moment, "Planting something won't work. He would never believe it. He would need proof." She sat in a moment of silence to just think. "But thats a good idea. Making him think he hooked up with you. Talk about awkward moments. I know it will shut him up."
Izzy was enjoying this. Sure it seemed mean, but Jett deserved it. Besides if he can't handle this little prank then he had no business pulling them. She kept thinking of a way for Jett to believe he got Eden in bed. Thats when it hit her, "Wait I got it....what if he wakes up in the morning and Eden is in the bed with him...naked..." Izzy smiled, "I mean she wont have to sleep there the whole night. She can spend the night in my room and then in the morning she can slip into Jett's bed before he wakes up." It sounded brilliant to her.
