Jett was confused but things started to make sense, however his mind was slowly slipping due to blood loss, so to make the connection stick was not working. He heard what she said, but that was not what he had been told. Logical conclusion was....Eden lied to him, but why. Bits and pieces of his conversation with her a few days ago came back. She would get him back. And the wheels started to turn, "we did not....but you....wait...what..." He was confused but he had a feeling he knew, "we will have to continue this when I can think..." He told her when she asked about his shirt.
Jett nodded. "Yeah, but I need you to pull it off." He was not wearing anything underneath. He had no shirt on so when his shirt came off he would be topless. Then again that was different then her being topless, "I see you want my shirt...keeping me close right..." Jett told her. He heard footsteps in the hall and heard the sirens. "I think help will be here soon." He hoped so...he was feeling a little light headed, but the talking was helping actually.
"I think I won't be playing football for a while....and I was damn good..." Then again football season was practically over so it did not matter. Jett was really looking forward to graduation, but now it seemed as if that was not even important. Jett did not think he would die, but at this moment despite being shot only in the arm it felt like it. The pain was real and so was the blood loss, but for the sake of the blonde in his arms he had to be brave. He cared too much about Eden to freak her out.

Eden was a little worried as Jett digested her words. The last thing she needed right now was for him to get angry with her. They were kind of on their own so without her, no one would be there to take care of him. But she smiled when he simply said they'd talk about it later. "Okay, we'll do that," she said softly.
"Yeah...I think I can without making you move at all," she said. "You'll need to move this arm though," she said, referring to his good arm. She got his good arm out of the sleeve and then pulled the rest over his head, finally pulling his wounded arm out of the sleeve by maneuvering the shirt around his arm so he wouldn't have to move it. Once she had it off of him, she tossed it over her head. "Thanks," she said. "I didn't want the entire school to see me topless...glad my shirt seems to be holding the blood in though," she said. She'd already tied it around his arm so she really didn't need to hold it anymore.
"Yeah, keeping you close," she rolled her eyes in response to his attempted joke, although she was still in his lap and had no plans of moving. Although she was pretty sure the police were arriving, gun shots could still be heard and Eden felt safer in Jett's lap although she'd never admit it to him.
"Yeah well...I'll be surprised if we even have school the next few days let alone football games," she said. "But you'll be okay. The sirens stopped so I think the police are here. They'll find us soon and you'll be okay," she said with a smile. She was trying to stay positive because it was better than freaking out.

"Of course I will be okay...I am too hot to die...." Jett said with a small attempt to laugh. Her removing his shirt had hurt a little, but not that much. Perhaps he was use to the pain, but odds are he was just in shock. The shirt was holding. The blood seemed to stop for the moment ans despite feeling a tad light headed, Jett felt find. Which was good considering he had been shot and was freaking out. However, Eden could not see that because right now caring more about her was more important.
Jett wrapped his good arm around Eden's body. "Thanks....for helping...." He felt he should say it. Without her he who knows what might have happened. Now if only he knew where his sister was. She was in more danger then him given that she looked more Asian. Jett leaned his head against the wall. "I think the guns have stopped. Hopefully this means we won." He smiled, "Like a football game...." He gave out another tiny laugh.
"I hope there is no school, I really don't feel like coming back. I don't think Silver is the only school that's haunted anymore...." Jetts breathing was becoming more labored, but it was okay for now. Once he got stitched up and had some rest he would be fine. That was assuming help came soon because he would only be fine for so long.

OOC: since Jett was listed as one of the people in the hospital, I'm having the police find them so we can play out him getting taken there
BIC: "Oh yeah, that's exactly the reason I wasn't worried," Eden said with a roll of her eyes when he said he was too hot to die. It was odd, jokes that she normally found annoying she was just going along with, not getting upset. Perhaps it was just because he was injured. Perhaps tomorrow or the next day or whenever the next time he joked with her again things would go back to normal, but Eden had a feeling they wouldn't. They'd just gone through a whole hell of a lot together, enough trauma that it could make even the worst of enemies the best of friends. Of course Eden couldn't be sure what the future would bring but she had a sinking feeling that her relationship with Jett, whatever that may be, was forever changed.
Eden smiled when he thanked her. "Thank you for saving my life," she said, "twice, although I suppose that Jay guy wasn't life threatening," she said, "unless he was part of the gang violence or whatever just happened, but I doubt that. While I'm not fond of the guy at all and hope he wasn't seriously hurt, I kind hope that he maybe somehow injured his penis in the action. I feel like that would sort of be justice," she said with a smirk.
"Yeah...I think you're right. Part of my thinks we should go check and find help...but then again...what if we're wrong...we should probably stay right here," she said, starting to calm down. It seemed like it was over now. "And yeah...there is no way there will be school tomorrow. Even if there is--I doubt anyone would go. I mean, my mom is home for once...no way she'll let us come back this week once she's heard about this." Then Eden had a thought. "You're mom's away isn't she?" the blonde asked with wide eyes. "Let me call her. I'm sure she'll fly in as soon as she hears what happened." Eden knew that both Jett and Izzy and a similar relationship to their mother as Ben and Eden had with their parents. As much as you cared about your parents it was hard to be particularly close to them when they were traveling often and for weeks at a time, but still, when it came to stuff like that...it was only natural to want your family around.
However, before Eden could pull out her phone to call Jett's mom, a policeman came around the corner, his gun pointed at them. Eden involuntarily winced at the sight of the gun, but seeing it was a man in uniform, she knew that he was just doing his job, gun out in case they were part of the gang. "We're...we're students here," she stammered. "He's been shot in the arm...we've stopped the bleeding for now, but we need to get him to the hospital," she bravely said to the officer.

(OOC: Jett has been switched to the school list so we can keep them there)
BIC Jett looked at her and listened as she spoke, "Hey you are like that damsel in distress that always finds herself in trouble...its nothing...new for you." He told her with a smile. Jett knew the joking was going to end soon. He was starting to feel funny. He took a few deep breaths. "I think after this I need a long vacation. Hey if you reach my mom tell her I said hi." If his mom showed up Jett would be shocked, but not entirely surprised. She could be a mom at times.
The paramedics and cops came in to attend to Jett. His would was not bad. Worst part for Jett was the blood loss, but he did not lose enough to go to the hospital. Which was good. Jett asked about his sister, but no one could tell anything. He just waited for them to finish patching him up. "All he needs is to rest and eat something...he will be fine...and drink plenty of fluids." The paramedic also told Jett to consult a doctor, but he was not too seriously injured.
Jett looked at Eden as the paramedics left. He was still topless. "See I am not going to die...told you..." He laughe dknowing in fact Eden had been the one to say he was not going to die, but still. "Man got any food or water or something...I have something in my locker...I think..."

Eden left Jett's mom a message, telling her that Jett was hurt but okay and that she wasn't sure about Izzy. She hoped that she got it. She was sure that her own parents would be upset, but seeing that she was fine, and they were safe she thought it was more important to maybe look for their siblings at the moment. She made a face when Jett called her a damsel in distress, "I like to think I can take care of myself," she said, adding, "at least most of the time." After all, Jett had saved her twice today, she couldn't really deny that.
As Jett was patched up Eden was glad he was okay. She waited there quietly and texted her brother, Izzy, and her parents, figuring that it would be a good time to do so. Her dad was in New York but said he'd fly back if he needed to. Her mother was in the school parking lot along with other parents and police were trying to pull away the paparazzi the actress was attracting. It was apparently all of the news that the children of celebrities were in the school. And Ben was okay. He said he'd hidden in the janitors closet and was unharmed and that now that he knew things were safe he'd go look for Izzy and let them know if he found anything.
"Seriously, you're thinking about food?" Eden said, putting away her phone once the paramedics left. She placed her hand on her hip. "Only you would think about food at a time like this," she shook her head. "Ben's fine. He hid in a closet. He said he's going to go look for Izzy, but I think we should look for her too. She hasn't answered my text," Eden said. She was a little worried, but didn't want to upset Jett so added, "she probably just doesn't have her phone or something. I'm sure she's just hiding somewhere. "

Jett laughed. "Hey, I have to eat. I missed lunch." Jett said with a smile, but not laughing. "Yeah can't joke about it yet...." He told her honestly. "So Ben is good...." Jett stood up and tried Izzy. "Yeah she is not picking up and we need to find her. Whether she hid or not." Jett needed to know Izzy was okay. He took Eden's hand and started to lead her out of the classroom when someone stopped them. It was one of the Assistant Principle's of the school.
"Mr. Chen...you need to come with me." That went right to Jett's chest. Just when he thought one hurdle was over, another one seemed to pop up. Jett grab Eden a look as he pulled her along with him as they walked to the office. Jett was told to come into the office alone. "Wait here." He told Eden as he walked in and took a seat.
One minute. 60 seconds. Thats all it took for the guy to tell him his sister was okay, but had been hit in the head, with what looked like the end of a gun. 60 seconds for jett to feel relief, but worry at they same time. His sister was awake, fine, and according to the paramedics might have a small concussion, but she refused to go get checked out.
Jett walked out and looked at Eden. "Izzy is fine. She was hit with the end of a pistol. She is at the auditorium, which is where I was told we should go. Come on.." Jett grabbed Eden's hand and pulled her along. Not hard, but it was fast. He was eager to see his sister and to know for himself that she was okay. "By the way....thanks....for helping me back there..." he touched her face lightly. And then continued to walk.
