Fallon needed some new materials. She had come home after talking to Kian adn BJ to find that her room had been searched. Nothing new there. Sandra was always going into the kids rooms to remove things she deemed not normal. Not that Sandra would find anything abnormal in Fallon's room, but apparently she did. Fallon came to find she was missing material for a dress she was working on for Sandra. The dress was very creative in Fal's opinion, but it would just reinforce Sandra's love of vampires and goth and everything of the such, which meant in Sandra's mind that it was bad.
Fal just got even more pissed. She was ready to throw a fit worthy of being sent back to the mental health institution. But instead she took her meds, despite being pissed and just got pissed. How dare she think she can just take what does not belong to her. The harlot. Fal never did anything to her. She kept to herself most of the time. Fal was content to be by herself and not make waves. So why was Sandra picking on her. first her books, now her material to make dressed. it was not like that time wen Fal stayed up all night making dresses. Granted that had been during a manic episode, but still. Fallon did not so that anymore.
Okay so maybe it happened more then once, but still. Did that mean Sandra had to violate her privacy. Apparently. Fal was mad and ready to just hit something....she was pissed....so she went shopping. Fal liked to shop. It often gave her dress ideas. She would remake the dress. Fal was looking at material right now and spotted the color she thought she needed, but there were two reds side by side. She did not know which one to pick. So she decided to ask someone, "I don't mean to bother you, but could you tell me which one you would pick.....which color most resembles a blood red...." Strange question, but they were both dark reds.

It was the day after Snake Day, and Evan was still on a high. He had every reason to be. He and Brit were now the proud owners of two really cool albino snakes, sitting pretty in their case in his free room. They were currently unnamed still, but he was sure he and his girlfriend would think of an awesome pair of names, to go with the male and female snake. According to the pet store owner, but Evan wasn’t sure if the man was making stuff up. After all, they looked exactly the same to him, except one had a little darker spot on the top of its head.
He couldn’t spend all morning staring at the cool new reptiles, tapping on the glass and testing out names, a couple of hours were more than enough. So, quickly getting changed, kissing his mum on the cheek and grabbing his bike, he was out of there. He decided not to drive. Primarily as he had nowhere in particular to go.
Brittany was busy, rocking it with her band, and he decided to bother Patch later on, figuring his friend was probably still asleep. And his mum wanted bread, so, he decided to be brave and go shopping. He consoled himself with the fact that he could always stock up on some more chocolate for movie watching too, Brit had given him a taste for the peanut buttery kind.
So, during in the hunt for bread and chocolate, he had no idea how he ended up in a place with clothes. Well, not clothes, material to be exact, but they made clothes, so it was still a scary experience. He started to make his way as quickly out of there as he could, before a girl he recognised as going to his school got in his way.
Evan grinned at her, like he grinned at everyone, glancing down at the cloths she held. “Um, blood red. Interesting question. Well, the first is really...red, but so is the second one. Um, door number two, I think.”

Fallon knew she knew the guy from somewhere, but for some reason she just did not get it. Fal looked at the fabric again, "Great minds. That's what I was thinking. Its more the color I am looking for. Thanks." She put back the first material she had and picked up the second, "I know you don't I....you look so familiar." If there was one thing fal hated it was to be plagued by a face. it was like having a word on the tip of your tongue and you just could not think of it.
It sucked and it bothered her. Not the best since she was already in a semi foul mood, but that was not this guys fault. That was because of having to go to school on Friday which allowed time for the harlot to dig through her closet. SCHOOL! That was it. He went to her school. "Wait...you go to Gould...that's where I know you from. You are always hanging out with that chick from the band. And that girl with te camera and the guy who....what does he do exactly..." fal asked just being curious like she was.
She shook her head realizing this guy probably was wondering who the hell she was since they never really talked in school. "Sorry...I forgot to share my name...its Fallon...nice to meet you.." She extended her hand.

Evan would have been more than happy to refresh the girl’s memory, but, she seemed so intent on figuring it out herself he said nothing, keeping his mouth shut and fixed into a grin as she tried to remember. He only grinned wider when it dawned on her, and she attempted to describe his friends.
“Fallon! That’s it!” he laughed when she introduced himself, grabbing her hand in both of his and shaking it enthusiastically. “You’re one of the many Cottons! Was trying to remember myself.” he confessed. Realising he had been shaking her hand probably a little longer than necessary, he let go, not at all phased.
“Yep, I’m Gould alright. The name’s Evan, great to meet you too.” he greeted. “Let’s see, girl in the band is my girlfriend Brittany, girl with the camera is Mal, and the guy is my best mate Patch. He...well he...” Evan struggled, trying to think of some way to describe what Patch did. The same could be said for him, really. Was being awesome and pulling pranks counted as what they did? Cause if so, they sure rocked at it.
“He just does mad things.” Evan laughed, settling on that. He turned his attention back to the blood red cloth of his choosing, curious. “What do you need that for?”

"Evan that's right....the name was on the tip of my tongue. Don't you just hate when that happens." Fal said smiling at the guy as he shook her hand. He was very enthusiastic in her mind, "That's me....I am the one in the middle." But odds are he knew that, yet that did not stop her from saying it. For some reason Thad had often been mistaken for being older. Fal blamed it on her like dream world she had. That fantasy world where fairies and princes and princesses did exist. Hey it could be real. Fal did have child like demeanor, but she was still a teenager. She could be mature later in life.
"Dating a girl in a band. Aren't you lucky. That must be awesome. I have heard the band....the Rioters...they are good. Seen the music videos too...Mal and Brit have talent. I'd like to them, but admittedly I can be too shy sometimes." The reason Fal was not shy now was because she felt at ease that Evan knew the Cotton siblings. It meant he would be okay with the craziness and creativeness that came along with it.
Fal was shy. She liked to stick to the background....unless she was flirting, but that was not the case here. Not that Evan was not cute, he was, but he was taken. So what was the point. Besides he seemed like a cool dude. "Oh this....I am making a dress. I am really into fashion, so I draw and make dresses when I can. Well usually my clothes are more of the kind of flowy and almost fantasy like. But my sister has inspired med to try something new. So this dress is going to be vintage with a vampire twist. I think it will be very cool. I would show you the design but sadly I do not have my sketchbook at the moment. But if you come find me in school on Monday I am sure to have it."

“Yep, pretty much.” Evan agreed with Fallon’s declaration about his luck. “Still, don’t think Brit did too badly herself.” he joked. After all, the girl seemed happy dating him so far. They even owned pets together now! He was far from experienced when it came to dating, long term that is, but, he figured with the whole snake thing, that meant things were getting serious. Plus, his mum kept going on about having her over for dinner, and even once mentioned that Brit’s mum and step-father should come over too, after a bit longer. That was all he heard, before he ran, sans screaming (which was a feat in itself) from the room. They’d only be dating over a month, he thought it was far too early to even mention joint family dinners. His mum was just getting over excited, he knew, so he gave her a bit of leeway on her wild ideas. After all, Brit was the first girl he ever dated that his mum liked. Not that Evan dated much. Coming up with awesome pranks often took up a lot of time.
“Well, no need to be shy! They’re great, and they don’t bite. Not that I know of. Next time you see me at school, come nag me and I’ll introduce you. Just don’t mention anything music related to Patch unless you feel like getting an education on his theory of good music.” Evan laughed. Fallon seemed pretty cool. She even had a cool name going for her. And it had to be cool to have siblings, he wondered what it would be like from time to time. Not that he felt like he ever missed out it, was never bored after all. He could always manage to get himself surrounded by people. “Maybe you could get involved in the next clip? Thinking about trying to talk my way into one myself, reckon I could play an awesome over-enthusiastic fan or something. You can back me up, it’ll work with the two of us for sure.”
Fallon was cute, in the unique, quirky way that Evan went for, not that he noticed it now. He was already taken after all. His over friendliness was completely due to the fact that was how he always was. After all, being friendly y to people usually led to more fun things than being mean, and as he had trouble wiping off the seemingly permanent grin on his face, it would seem odd if he tried to be anything but.
“Ah, cool. Sure, I’ll track you down, you can show me it. Not that I know much about dresses, don’t wear them much myself.” Evan told his possible new friend, though he considered nearly everyone he knew as friends, with a smirk on his face. “But that seems pretty mad. Is it hard? Making dresses and all? I mean, vintage with a vampire twist, that’s gotta be...unique.”

Fal laughed when Evan talked about Brit not doing to badly it was a dorable and funny., "I am sure she feels the same way about you." Fal smiled. It was easy to be nice and sweet. Unless you were talking to the Harlot. Then things were very different. Fallon liked everyone, but sometimes you just could not help, but hate people. Fal had not dated much. She flirted sure, but sometimes she was oblivious on dating. Fal could not tell if a guy liked her or not. She could flirt with a guy, but to know if he liked her was another story. Fal would be olbivious sometimes when it came to that. With Evan it was easy to know he was not interested, which relieved some of the nervousness.
"I promise not to mention music at all. Besides to be honest I don't know much about music. I listen to what's ever on the radio so educating me would not work anyway." She said with a smile. Although Patch sounded like a cool guy. Someone who knew about music had to be right....."Oh that would be cool. I am sure Thad and Sid would love to be involved." Sje could picture Sid wearing something awesome and Thad and his make up, "we would all make perfect fans. The more the better."
Fal picked up a few more pieces of fabric and put them in a basket she had around her arm, "Oh come on you have great legs. You would look good in a dress. I could see you wearing a nice blue sundress." Fal replied with a laugh. He kind of walked into it when he said he did not wear dresses, but it was funny nonthe less. "Deal I will come nag you and you can introduce me. Or let me in a music video. That would be awesome."
Fal looked at the material once more and then back at Evan thinking of how to reply when he asked about making dresses, "its definatly not easy. If I stay up all night I can make like one or two dresses. Depending on fast I can go and how much I mess up, but if I get really in the mood. I can make like eight dresses in about three days, but those dresses are basic designs. This one is like you said a little more unique so it might take a few days, since its my first time trying, but some times I can't sleep and I can stay up for days working." That was due to her being bipolar and having a manic episode, but odds were Evan did not know that.

“Oh, make sure you don’t mention that to Patch. Listening to whatever’s on the radio.” Evan warned with a smirk. “That could set him off. He has an...aversion to Top 40 music. Though I’m pretty sure he listens to it in secret. He won’t admit that though. He’ll only talk about bands most people haven’t heard of. They’re good but, he has mad taste. Gotten me onto some cool stuff. He and Mal always tease each other about music all the time. If she wasn’t already dating someone, I would think they have a thing for each other.” he laughed, thinking nothing of filling Fallon in about all the details of his friends. He was an open guy, at least.
“Cool, with me and all the Cotton’s for it, there’s no way they would say no to us! Or if they do, I’ll just keep saying please over and over, I’m good at that.” He had to give it to Mal, she made some good clips for the band, he would love to be in the next one and have his normal acts of stupid to be soundtracked by some cool music. “And I’ll flash ‘em my big ‘ol brown eyes, they can’t say no to us then.”
At her mention of him in a dress, he held a hand to his chin, attempting seriousness. “Well, I always thought my complexion suited blue. But sundresses have never sat right on me, they make my hips look big.” He pouted ever so slightly. “But, you’re right, I do have nice legs. I think they’re my nicest feature. Would love to show them off a bit more than I do.” It was too much seriousness for him and he laughed. “Well, tell you what, next time there’s a dress-up party, or there’s any sort of excuse, you can help kit me up in a dress. Make me look pretty and all.”
“Sorry, that would suck, not being able to sleep.” Evan sympathised. That was something he never had trouble with himself, he could sleep like a log, fall asleep anytime and anywhere if he was tired enough. His mum once found him asleep on the stairs on his way up to his room. “That’s pretty cool though, you must be good if you can get that much done.” He couldn’t even make a tie died t-shirt when forced to at his last school. Which was a good thing. Cause if he could have made it, he probably would have worn it. “Don’t let me stop you, I can entertain while we’re walking around the store. Multi-talented that way. So, what else do you do when you’re not busy with all this, O Queen Of The Dress Making?”

"Thanks for the warning. i will make sure and remember to keep music out of my conversation when I meet Patch. We all have our little secrets. I am sure Patch says he hates it, but like you said..its probably his secret passion." Fal said with a small laugh. Even though she did not know the guy, just based on what Evan said, probably meant that it was not true, but it was fun to joke about. "What makes you think they have a thing for each other? If they do then its a shame she's taken..." Then again Fal did not know Mal or her boyfriend or Patch so she did not know the story. "If you ask me I think my brother and Roxy would make a cute couple, but don't tell him i said that." She always liked the idea of Thad and Roxy.
Fal had to laugh at the comment about his brown eyes. That was funny. "I think you would have them at the please, please, please....I am sure you can be persistent. Thad and Sid would give in just to get you to quit bugging them." It was true, but the eye thing could work. Then again she did not see them saying no in the first place. "Is that how you snagged the girlfriend...your big brown eyes." She smiled as she walked out of the farbic part and went to get some thread.
"See I knew we would agree about your legs. If you don't like a sundress I know I can make you something else. My friend Ezzie can do your make up. she is really good. I can turn you into a very pretty looking guy in a dress. Probably better looking the popular girls at school." Fal laughed with Evan as he laughed. it was funny, but she was glad he played along.
After Fal finished with the thread she was done in this section, "Okay follow me. I need more art supplies. I seem to have misplaced them all." In other words Sandra had gotten to them. She listened as Evan had been talking about falling asleep. Yeah you would be surprised how fast someone could work in a manic episode. "Yeah it does suck, especially when i want to sleep but can't because my brain decided to work against me...." In other words she was having an episode....

“Well...” Evan started, trying to explain why Patch and Mallory could have a thing for each other, even though he knew it was far from true. “They’re always teasing each other. I mean, always. And isn’t that the sign of a crush? Or is that only for kids?” he joked with Fallon. “Nah, even if she was single, them as a couple would be...weird. It would creep me out a little. Plus, Patch doesn’t date. Ever. So that would be double weird.”
“Thad and Roxy though, yeah, I can see that. Won’t say a thing to him though.” It would be good though, to have some fun. “You know, we should try setting them up. I’m real good at getting ideas in people’s head without them realising. We could be matchmakers. Come on Fal, it’ll be fun! Please, please, please, please, please, please Fal, let’s do it!” he laughed, attempting to flutter his eyelashes at the girl.
He laughed at her comment about him snagging Brittany, and nodded enthusiastically. “Well, that’s one of the things. She just couldn’t resist my ruggedly handsome looks and my charm. Plus, I got skills. Girls like guys with skills. Don’t deny it.” Evan then pretended to think about it more. “Oh, and my sexy bod. You could have probably guessed that, eyeing off my legs and all.”
The name Ezzie sounded familiar, and he was already nodding in agreement to her idea. Probably one of the only few guys who would get excited at the thought of getting kitted up in a dress and make up. But he knew it would get a heap of laughs, so the possible future plan seemed pretty irresistible. Which reminded him Patch and himself were overdue for another prank. Just the guys. The card joke wasn’t big enough, and the two of them hadn’t done that many stupid things since the fire. At least, nothing they could film.
“Sure, you and Ezzie can pretty me up. Just wait till there’s a reason to, might get a few looks turning up to school otherwise in a dress. Though, that would be funny too.” he admitted. Freaking people out was part of the fun in pranks after all.
“My brain works against me all the time.” Evan agreed. “I mean, I could be in the middle of maths, trying to be productive and all, when It’s A Small World After All pops into my head. And of course, when that happens, I have to draw scribbles over my textbooks, it’s the only way to get the song out so I can get back to...is it algebra I’m doing now? Ah, doesn’t matter. The teachers just don’t get that.” he explained with a grin. “Art supplies? You one of the annoying multi-talented people, or is it all dress-making related stuff?” he asked Fallon, reaching to grab everything she held, freeing her arms up. “Cause if you’re gonna ask me to pose for a nude drawing or something, I expect to be taken out to dinner first.”
