Aly figured it was time to get to the bottom of this whole V-day card thing. Aly was confused to say the least. Tyler did not seem like the kind of guy to just put a Valentine's Day card in her locker. He seemed more like the come right up and ask her out kind of guy. Aly knew Barney and her merry band of idiots sent Judd a fake note, but it was not clicking in her head yet. She had her suspicions, but she still did not actually know this was another fake card. Although she would not put it past them.
Aly decided to try and meet up with Tyler and ask him about it finally. Besides she has errands to run anyway to prepare for the prank she would pull on Barney Sunday night. Monday would be a fun day at school and Aly could not wait. it would be a whole new Bareny. A more improved version in Aly's opinion.
She had not called him, so she had no idea how she would meet up with him. She was running errands and it was as if someone had been listening to her. She still had the V-day card in her purse. Aly smiled and waled over to Tyler. She tapped him on the shoulder and smiled, "Hey Ty....I think we need to talk about this." She smiled sweetly and handed him the card. Aly was a really nice person to everyone except Barney and her merry band of idiots.
(OOC: Here is what the card said: Dear anjelic Alyson, I pretned I am a player but really it is beacuse I am in love with you. You are the only girl I want. Please be my valentine Faithfully yours, Tyler Durnham)

It seemed that Tyler was starting to juggle a lot of women. Maggy, of course, but there was also Sandy, Riley, even Melodde and Kaylie, all worthwhile options, all potentially intriguing women to while away a night with. Not to mention the two dozen or so members of his unofficial ‘fan club’, all of who would love nothing more than a bit of attention from him. In any way. Of course, if he was a person with stronger morals, this dilemma, well, decision really, on who to pursue first wouldn’t even occur to him, he would be a strictly one woman man. But, luckily for him and his fun, he didn’t have strong morals, in that regard anyway, and he was more than happy to entertain the company of as many women as possible.
And possibly a few guys, though, for them, in a strictly platonic way of course. He’d been thinking he was long overdue for a big, overindulgent (ie lots of drinking and women) boys night out. Start with a keg at his pool house, move on from there, wasn’t any place some under-agers couldn’t get in with a bit of money. He would have to run the idea past the team, but, he couldn’t see any of them turning down that offer. Especially not Jett, the man loved women almost as much as him. And he would have to invite his seemingly Silver equivalent. He had enjoyed the little time he spent with the man at his birthday party. He also couldn’t help but be curious if the ‘masterminds’ behind the exploding cake had been found yet.
He would have to sort this whole Maggy situation out first. It bothered him, in a way a woman hadn’t bothered him before. He hadn’t seen her even once, in the two days since their date. It went well, he thought, he was his usually self, handsome, charming. She seemed to have enjoyed herself, and he even kissed her at the end. By that stage most other girls, the ones he was used to anyway, would be all over him. And yet, from Maggy, nothing. She didn’t even turn up to the meeting at Melodee’s place, a move that annoyed him. It was rude, really, he was Tyler Durnham after all. He would just have to track her down. It didn’t matter that other women were always on the cards for him, she should want him. Simple as that.
Finally starting to get away from the shops, wondering just how his step-mother could convince him to go shopping twice in one day, Tyler was a little surprised by the tap on his shoulder, expecting a girl. And he wasn’t wrong. The beautiful Alyson Durrand. Maybe another to add to his list of possibles. “Well, this is a pleasure Aly.” he smiled. Curious as to what it was they could possibly need to talk about, he took the card, laughing when he read it. “Ah yes, I happened to have received a very similar card to this, from the very lovely, very engaged Daja. It seems someone’s playing a joke on us.” he decided, amusement dancing in his eyes. He couldn’t be too offended, it was funny in a way, and whoever was behind it was more than likely a sad, lonely individual who couldn’t get a girl no matter what he tried. “I assure you, I can actually spell.”
He handed the card back, cocking his head just slightly as he appraised her. “But, if there ever was someone I would send a Valentine’s card to...” he added, a flirtatious smile on his face. “While I have your company, how about I buy you a coffee?”

That confirmed her suspcions. It was all some prank. Who else would dare prank Aly, but he disgusting step-sister and those people she claims are friends. Aly was still debating f they were even members of the human race. "I figured as much. Supposedly I sent a card to Judd Nixon. Needless to say I did not. I have had no idea who he even was until he walked over to me. I suspect who even did this joke also did the cake exploding." And she knew just who it was.
Aly smiled when Tyler asked her out to coffee. "Do you ever get tired of using that smile to con women into saying yes?" Aly asked with a smile. Tyler was a flirt and everyone knew it. How could they not. Aly was no exception. She rather enjoyed flirting. "Of course I would be one of those women. I would love a coffee." Aly started to walk next to Tyler.
"Despite the exploding cake Jasper's party was fun. I won't even admit this to anyone, especially Jasper, but the exploding cake was kind of funny. Not the stains afterward, but it was a good prank. But shhh no one is suppose to know I think like that" Aly smiled. She would only ever admit that to someone like Tyler. She would never tell her evil step brat or Jasper. For one Jasper would be pissed, and number two Brit would hold it over her head. Aly was not suppose to like the pranks, but she secretly did. It was actually kind of fun to have a prank war with someone. "What have you been up too?"

“Judd Nixon, yes, I know of him, though, I can’t say I’ve had the, let’s just say pleasure, of meeting him properly. He’s Melodee’s...friend.” Tyler never got the chance of asking her about Judd, Kaylie taking up all of her time after the meeting. Understandably so, he wouldn’t mind getting some more time with that beauty either. But, he was with Aly at the moments, so, as such, devoted his complete and undivided attention to her. Women loved that.
He wouldn’t have considered connecting the two pranks, the cards and the cake. The fact that Aly did made him think she knew something she hadn’t come clean with. And this just made him curious.
With a broad grin as he walked, the blonde by his side, he led her to the nearest cafe, maybe just a little closer to her than was really necessary. It was all just fun, after all. “Let me th...no, I don’t get tired of it. Especially not when I end up with such company.” He wondered why the two of them hadn’t had a shared history yet. Easy enough to fix. “You suspect the same person is behind both pranks? Sounds to me you’ve got an idea about the culprit. Come on, share it.” he laughed.
He let her into the small shop before him. “Think like what?” he played at dumbfounded, smirking just a little. “I’ll admit, it was a good prank. At least, it livened things up a little. And chocolate is my favourite flavour.” He patiently waited in line where he would normally be attempting to charm his way to the front of the queue. He had a beautiful woman to keep him entertained after all, there was no need to rush.
“Well, just finished up with the meeting at Melodee’s place. You should come next time actually, I think you will fit in perfectly.” Shuffling up to the front of the line, Tyler pulled out his wallet, ordering just a short black. He ignored the guy at the counter, focused on Aly instead. “And what are you drinking?”

Aly laughed. "You are incorrigible Tyler...always the same...." She said with a shake of her head, "Be thankful you are cute." She said with a twinkle in her eye. How could she not have the tiniest crush on Tyler. All the girls did. Of course they all also knew his rep of being the biggest player in the school, so it did not surprise Aly when he flirted with her. Hell she flirted back. No harm in flirting. Heck she would hook up with him, just because he was hot. Why not.
"I have a few ideas of the culprit. I am almost afriad to tell Jasper. I know him...and an exploding cake probably did not make him very happy. Jasper likes things to go a certain way. He hates to be out done in anything and the person who pulled that prank out shown him in a big way. They better expect payback...and jasper's payback is not something I would take with a grain of salt, if you know what I mean." It was true. Jasper could be mean when he wanted to be. Although Aly would never help with a prank that was too mean, even if it was to get back at Evan.
Aly ordered a Mocha Cappuccino. He favorite. "I think it was my step sister and her merry band of idiots. They would pull stupid pranks like the exploding cake and the cards. They were all there that night. She might have gotten away with it had she not bugged me half the night." Aly had seen Brit, Evan, Patch and Mal all at the party. It was not hard to put two and two together.
"And what happens at these meetings? You will have to tell me when the next one is. I will be sure to show up."

“Actually, I’m thankful you’re beautiful.” Tyler grinned cheerily, both knowing his intentions full well, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t honest. The girl was gorgeous after all, and fully aware of that. Just as Tyler realised his own good looks and relied on them greatly. There was really no reason they shouldn’t take advantage of what blessings they’d been given, would be unfair not to really.
Paying for their coffees, he grabbed them and directed Aly to a small, nearby table. He was a Durnham after all, so after placing the drinks down, pulled out the chair for her before taking his own seat. “I got that impression about him.” he grinned, thinking his first impression matched exactly with Aly’s description of Jasper. The man certainly seemed to be a planner, wanted things to go the way he intended them to. Tyler had to admit, he was a little curious as to what happened to those who wrecked such intentions. It could not be good, he imagined. Amusing though, to those not involved.
When she admitted her step-sister was most likely behind it all, he couldn’t blame her for wanting to keep that from Jasper, even if she obviously wasn’t on great terms with the girl. Family was family, after all. “Yes, I can see, anything Jasper would do in return wouldn’t be too good for her and her friends. Don’t worry, your secret is safe with me.” he grinned.
He tried to remember just who her step-sister was, thinking about those few at Jasper’s party who were clearly out of place. “Ah, your step-sister, wouldn’t happen to be the tomboy, right? The girl in the band.” he thought he remembered seeing something about that at one time or another. “I’m guessing one of her friends was behind that...music, and I certainly hope the...charming man who spent the night almost mauling her is a friend too. Not accounting for taste. No offense. I just prefer my women more...feminine, much like yourself.” He really didn’t get why any girl would do that, dress in baggy jeans and shirts, when clearly a nice skirt and blouse were so much more attractive. And Aly’s step-sister, whose name escaped him, was actually a prettyish girl, if he remembered rightly. If only she could dress the part. Still, some guys liked that, apparently.
“The meetings, hmm, well Aly, we’re going to save the world.” Tyler laughed cheerily. Truth be told, he didn’t really take them too seriously, he attended primarily for the company and that it would look good in his college applications. Not that he needed that, he had the means to go anywhere he wished. Though he knew his father would very much for him to have a career in politics. That did seem boring, maybe that was something for later in life, when he should be considering getting married and carrying on the family name. “If you like, I can tell you more about it tonight. Do you have any plans? Have the house to myself tonight, was thinking about relaxing by the pool house, maybe taking a swim. Would love for you to join me.”

Aly smiled and blushed a little, "Thank you." She told him as he complemented her. Yes, God had granted her with good looks, which could sometimes come with a price. When people saw her they saw good looks. But Aly was very smart. She had gone to private school, and had the highest GPA of her class until she came here. Aly was very smart, but no one knew it or believed it because she was pretty. Then again being pretty did work in her favor. Sometimes she could get free things, such as coffee or sandwich's. It all depended.
"And people said chivalry was dead." She smiled as he took out her chair for her. Aly sat down and took her coffee from Tyler. "Thanks again for paying. I appreciate it." She blew on the coffee then took a sip. "Well I will not lie and say I love my step sister dearly. She is more like a pain in my ass, but I do not want her harmed. Besides her and I have a prank war going on. As childish as it sounds. We tend to prank each other all the time. I have a good prank in mind for her on Monday. She will come to school with a new look." Aly smiled and gave Tyler a wink.
"Yes that was her, her stupid boyfriend, his friend and then not sure if you saw her, but the girl with the camera permanently attached to her hand was the fourth musketeer and together I know what they are capable of." Aly assure Tyler. "I probably would not know the culprit if I did not live with one of them." It was true. Aly knew the kinds of stupid pranks Brit's friends pulled, so it was not a far leap for her.
"Go back to your place, huh...." She gave Tyler a look. "Really....and tell me besides relaxing by the pool and hanging out...should I expect anything else..." Sure it was suggestive, but it was Aly and she liked to play the flirting game, "I think I would love to join you."

“It’s nothing.” Tyler smiled, dismissing his act of paying for her. That was one of the few nice things people could say about him, though there were many more things in his opinion, he never thought twice about paying, whether it be on a date, or out with friends, or just picking up pizza after a game. It was most likely because he had so much money he didn’t need to think about it, that money was simply another object to him to get what he wanted, but still, he could be very generous. Not to the point of being taking advantage of, he had too much pride to allow that.
“You have a prank planned? Why Aly, didn’t know you had it in you.” He laughed softly, his interest in the blonde increasing more. “A new look, hmmm, interesting. Is there any way I can charm a hint out of you?” he smirked. “That should be payback enough for the cake, though, if you don’t mind, I wouldn’t say no to playing along. If you like, I can pay her some....special attention, to go with her new look. That’s bound to get a reaction.”
Thinking on it, Tyler thought he could recall a girl walking around with a camera in hand. So, Gould had a group of pranksters. He had no objection, it could work out to be quite amusing, as long as they didn’t attempt anything too much on him. He was not a man who would suffer being played with.
He had no doubt Aly would say yes to his offer. No girl had ever said otherwise to him. Even Maggy had said yes to a night out, though it took some convincing, to his surprise. Well, his night wasn’t going to be boring like he had believed. “Oh, I’m sure that if we get too bored with relaxing, I could think of a few ways to entertain ourselves.” And the thought of seeing Aly in a skimpy little bikini was only the start. “If you like, if you have no other plans for this afternoon, I can drive you to your place, you can pick up some things and we can get our evening started, Alyson.”

Aly smiled when Tyler said it was nothing. It was nice to have a guy willing to pay every now and then. Aly did not lack for funds. Her grandparents on her mothers side made sure of that, but that did not mean she would flaunt it. She flaunted it by her wardrobe and the car she drove. Other then that Aly had no problem treating people, but she never made a big deal out of it. She made it seem as if it was normal. People liked to judge her based on her income, but there was more to it then that.
Aly laughed when he talked about the Prank, "There are many things about me you do not know Tyler....." she said in a soft voice. "As for the prank..." She eyed him mysteriously, "I don't see why a little hint can't hurt....let's just say she will be getting a makeover of the cheerleader kind. Complete with blonde hair and a new wardrobe...I am thinking a nice cheerleading outfit....." Aly said with a devilish smirk on her lips, "she will hate it....so if you could....give her that extra attention I think that would make the prank even better....I would greatly appreciate it."
This prank would be good. She could play with the best of them. It was fun. Something to take her mind off schoot and the future. Pranks were really funy if you got into it. Now Aly never took it as far as Brit did like with the exploding cake, but Aly had her moments when she believed she came up with some good pranks.
"I do have this new red and black bikini I have been wanting to where. Its really cute...up here..." She pointed to her chest one boob at a time, "It says Devil." De on one boob and vil on the other " And the bottoms across my ass it says 'in desguise'..." Aly said with a smile, "I just could not resist it. The red and black was too cute and even the saying...I think you will like it..." She thought it looked good on her, so he should too. Why not. She liked the "Devil in Desguise' part. People might say it describes her, but it did not completly. Aly really was nice.....to everyone who was not her step sister and her friends.

Another laugh escaping him as Aly detailed her prank a little more, Tyler leaned back against his chair, taking slow sips from his coffee. Well, the girl clearly had a good mind on her, not one of those stereotypical blonde bimbos for sure. He liked that, not as much as he liked her looks, but still, he was starting to wonder why he hadn’t paid much attention to her before. She was definitely a good fit for him, if only for a night or two.
“Makeover of a cheerleader kind? Now, that does sound interesting. An improvement, for sure. I’ve always had a preference for blondes.” he pointed out with a wide grin. It wasn’t completely true, what Tyler had was a preference for pretty girls, no matter their hair colour. “Well, that being the case, for you Aly, I will be more than happy to pay your step-sister the attention that every cheerleader deserves. I presume she’s part involved with the card prank as well, so, it’s only fair that I get some payback myself. To her and her boyfriend.” he laughed. He wasn’t normally one for these kinds of pranks, more just the football team doing stupid things to various items of Silver’s, but this was something he was very much looking forward to.
There was something to be said for a girl pointing out her finer...assets, for the sole purpose of getting a guy to look. Which Tyler was more than happy to do, he always obliged a lady with what she wanted after all. His night was getting better still. “I think I will.” he agreed with Aly, more than a little keen to see just how this bikini looked on the girl. Finishing his coffee, he placed it down, flashing her a grin. “Ready when you are.”
