The kiss left a tingly feeling on Sari's lips and her stomach was flipping back and forth. She liked it. Really liked it. What did this mean? She did not know, but Sari did know one thing. She wanted to kiss him again. Sarissajust smiled at him when he finally spoke. She let out a small laugh. "It it were then I do hope the newst member after you is a boy cause that you be funny." She said kidding. "But no. I kissed you because I wanted to kiss you...for a very long time now, I just finally had the courage to do it." Sari admitted.
She and Christopher were standing in the middle of everyone. No eyes on them, yet everyoe had seen the kiss. People were trying not to look, but how could you miss the duo in the center. "That kiss was a kiss between you and I...a kiss I would like to repeat." She told him softly. Since he seemed to be in a pleasant shock. She just kept smiling. Her voice was soft, cause it was the only way to keep it from sounding ot so over excited which she was from the fact he returned her first kiss.
"But its your move next." She told him softly. She already admitted she would like a repeat so she just hoped he either did repeatit or at least tell her right away that it would not happen again. Although Sari hoped for the former. She had enjoyed the frist kiss, but it had been too brief if you ask her and she would not mind a bit of a deeper, longer kiss. Assuming he felt the same way of course.

What was going on? Did he care? HELL YEAH he cared! Christophe's brain told him to run for the nearest hills as Sarissa would only break his heart again. Unfortunately (luckily?) that wasn't the organ doing any thinking right now. He knew he wanted this... Her. He always had. Would this be another 'kiss and move on' scenario that Sarissa seemed so keen on? Maybe... But the only way to find out for sure was to go with his instincts. So he got burned... again. It would be far worse to never know.
And so he reached for Sarissa... and drew her closer once more.
Live for the moment.
He kissed her again... and far more intensely than before. It might not last more than a day or so... A week... Sarissa would grow bored... Move on... but....
No... Live for the moment... And so he kissed her as if this was his final kiss on earth.
Kill or cure.

Sari locked eyes with Christophe. She thought he would simple and say thank you then turn around to leave, but courage was courage and she could not take it back now. She had been wanting to kiss him. See what it was like to feel the Frenchman's lips on hers. It felt nice. The first kiss had been way to brief, but she kissed him and that was the point. She liked him...a lot. perhaps it was the environment or the fact that for the first time she had someone to share all this with, but she did not regret a thing.
When Christophe pulled her closer she didn't get a chance to smile before she was locked into a way more passionate and intense kiss. The kiss lasted much longer and Sari got a real taste of the other man. There were cheers and giggles around them as the tribe was witness to this steamy kiss. But Sari was so lost with spinning head she couldn't make sense of it right now.
The only reason she released his lips was because she needed to breath. Air was important after all. Sari looked at Christophe truly breathless, a smile on her lips. "You can kiss." She commented. A small giggle followed. "I think we are entertaining everyone, care to take this some where more privately?"

Wow.
Christophe’s brain was unable to move past that tiny little three letter word that summed up so much right now.
Wow.
He was oblivious to the fact that they were being watched - and by a fair portion of the tribe. Not until Sarissa pointed it out to him. A faint colour washed over the French boy’s face and he smiled a little self-consciously. Christophe Broussard wasn’t even close to being deemed an exhibitionist.
“Yeah,” he replied. “How about we go for a walk...?” He threw Bodaway a sharp look, wordlessly telling him to keep the other kids back at the main camp. Bodaway winked bawdily and nodded.
Christophe shot Sarissa a quick glance and reached for her hand. After sharing such a kiss he wasn't sure what would happen next.
It didn't hurt to hope... did it?
... and he'd thought this summer would be boring...!

"I Can show you the hot springs in the cave. I found the flat passage this time, so we should be safe, it is slippery. I will warn you about that. But I think we will be fine." She told him. She smiled at Snowbird and then grabbed his hand as he offered it. OR so she hoped since he seemed to be going for her hand. They walked hand in hand toward the caves. "You look a bit funny in those feathers and beads. But its a traditional ceremony outfit. If you want to leave it in the tent you can." she pointed to the Ten before they left. She just wanted Christophe to be comfortable.
Soon they were on their way. "Any plans for the summer? And for the new year? Its college time after all." Sari was unsure of what she was doing. She had applied to college and had been accepted, but figuring out what to do was a different story. Sari had a feeling Anthropology is what she would study.
But the choice of college was a different story, "This way." The path was windy but flat and there were a few places where they needed to be careful where they stepped, but soon they came upon a scene. A nice pond like spring with bubbling water and rocks all around. The steam rising. It was a beautiful sight.

It didn’t take him long to remove the traditional clothing and all the time that happened Christophe’s heart raced faster and faster. What had those kisses meant? More to him than to Sarissa? Possibly. She’d never made a secret of the fact that she preferred not to get serious with any one boy. Christophe couldn’t shake the feeling that he was setting himself up for a fall - and one of the hardest kind - but even a few moments with her was well worth the pain.
He glanced down at the bracelet he knew he would never remove.
Yes... worth it for sure.
He ducked back outside and threw her a smile. “I’ve been accepted for a marine biology course,” he replied. “I will still be living here, though. The college isn’t far and I will get a car. Plus I don’t want to lose my job at the aquarium. Are you furthering your anthropological studies?” he asked. Sarissa nodded. “I hope you will still be around town as well,” he added in a low voice. It would be great if they’d been accepted at the same college but the chances of that were slim.
He followed her along the path and soon enough they reached the spring. It took Christophe’s breath away and he approached the steaming water slowly. “This is... amazing,” he breathed and he dropped down to dip one hand into the water. The temperature was perfect. “Soooo... are we permitted to go into it or is it a tribal taboo?” That said, neither of them had come prepared for this...

Sari smirked, "Of course you can go in. Its the secret tribal waters. Sometimes when people get hurt, the tribe will bring them here. It is seaid this water is blessed by the ancestors. Hence why the rock comves from this cavern." Sari sat on the edge sticking her feet in. "The only question is do you go in fully clothed, or just in whats underneath. Of course I came prepared with my bathing suit. I guess someone failed to mention a swim suit to you." Sari said with a smile. She laughed a little.
"Couldn't help it. I am curious if you are a boxers or briefs kind of guy and I knew this was one way to figure it out." She winked, as she took off the bag she had on. Sari let him sit there and ponder for a moment about what she had said befroe she threw the bag to him. "Swim shorts from the tribe. Up to you if you want to wear them." She shurgged. "I am not that mean, but I still want to know." She said playfully.
Sari got out and removed her clothes revealing ehr bikini then slid into the water. "UCLA. Thats where I am going. It's close and had this kick ass Anthropolgy department, with a chance to study aborad next year that I might do. It would be for the summer. Not this summer, next summer, but its a great chance." She told Christophe, "So I am here. I will be around. Probably living close to or on campus, but I will be around on weekends. What college are you going too?" Perhaps he was going to UCLA as well. That would be awesome.

Christophe caught the bag out of sheer instinctive reaction rather than out of any particular awareness that it was heading his way. He was far too engrossed in digesting what Sarissa had just said. She wanted to see his underwear? Or did she want... "Oof ," he grunted when the bag struck his chest, effectively waking him up.
His mouth started to fall open as he watched her undress and his eyes were rivetted to her. A small part of his brain tried to remind him that Sarissa was a flirt. Always had been with him right from the start... and always would be. The larger portion of his brain opted to ignore that fact and he drank in the sight of Sarissa Zouvelekis standing right there in front of him in a spectacularly small bikini.
And now she was looking at him, clearly waiting. "This is most unfair," he grouched but it was clear his mood was far from annoyed.
"How so?"
"You already had on your bikini... I shall have to undress completely."
"Exactly."
Christophe looked at her in abject suspicion. Was she trying not to smirk?
He pulled off his shirt and unfastened his jeans, letting them fall to the ground. Thank god he'd worn one of his good pairs of shorts. Black (white would have been embarrassing) and made out of stretchy t-shirt-like fabric. Calvin Klein's name was emblazoned across the waistband. "There... So now you know," he stated and he turned his back, quickly removing the shorts and pulling on the pair more suited to water.
That hadn't been too bad... had it?

"I do know and I find it very interesting." She winked. "YOu should have kept them on and feel free to change in perfect view of me." Sari winked, but of course Christophe changed in the one hidden area in the place. Sari dunked down and got her head wet so the water was now dripping down her body. She took a seat on the stone seat in the spring as she watched Christope come back, "Those look a little big on you." She commented, but they did give her a nice look at his chest and legs.
Sari could not help but find Christophe yummy. He had a nice toned chest and big strong legs. She wasn't sure why she didn't realize it before, but he was hot. A good friend and great kisser. It was safe to say Sari felt something. Something for a long time, the question is what. As soon as he joined her in the water she swam over to him and wrapped her arms around him. "So what are your plans in ters of after college, what do you want to do exactly?" She asked cuiously.
"I want to traveland study different cultures." She could go more in depth but that was the basic over view. Sari let her fingers trail over his skin and smiled as she leaned clsoer to kiss him. Which she did. A brief kiss that didn't last long enough before she playfully pushed his head under the water. When he came up she had a huge grin. "Now that was fun." She joked.

Christophe was now well past the stage of questioning what was happening... or trying to find a reason for it. It no longer honestly mattered. A fling? Something more? Just down to the excitement of the naming ceremony? No... He'd take whatever came his way... including as many of Sarissa's kisses as she offered. Even then he'd steal some of his own.
He folded his arms around her when she swam over and hugged him. "My plans? You are truly expecting me to be able to think and form a sensible sentence after you have kissed me like that?" He grinned down at her. "Not a chance," he added on a short laugh.
He dropped a kiss onto her forehead. "I will try and answer sensibly but you will have to forgive me if I forget what I am saying mid sentence. I mean, you can hardly...." He broke off. "... What was I saying?"
Sarissa laughed and tightened her hold.
"Ok... After college I want to go on to obtain a degree. Doctorate if I am able in marine biology. My dream is to study the ocean with regard to pollution and ideally come up with a way to prevent further damage. Oh and I forgot to tell you where I shall be initially studying. Close to town in fact. UCLA." He smiled. "There. I got through all of that without the once st..st..stammering."
He listened closely when she told him of her own plans and hopes. He drifted easily into her kiss... only to surface from beneath the warm water a few seconds later!
"Oh, so you found that to be fun, did you?" he asked and he dropped his hand on top of her head... and pushed...
Hard.
