Roxy listened as the girl went on...she was so open about everything which sort of surprised Roxy. But maybe she was one of those people that secretly liked getting sympathy even though she acted all tough. Well, Roxy could do that! "Well, you should stay and graduate," she said, "or at least apply for a GED if you don't," she reasoned. Really, anymore, you couldn't do much without a college degree, but if you didn't go to college, at least having a high school degree or a GED was better than not having one.
"I think adoption is a really noble option," Roxy said, when Dakota began snapping at Ashley about it. After all, how many high school kids could really deal with a baby? Eoxy knew she couldn't! Maybe she was a freshman and they were older but she doubted a few years older equaled that much more mature for most people.
Dakota then went on, telling more about her life. She seemed like a very open person. In fact, more open than most people that didn't have problems. "Well, if you need any help, let me know," Roxy said. "I mean...like I said, I don't know that much about all those pregnancy rules or anything...but if you ever need anything, I totally don't mind helping out," she said. "When is your next doctor's appointment? Don't you take like prenatal vitamins or something? You should make sure to get them if you haven't yet," the girl went on. "But yeah, I can see that you need help and that you're new so don't know anyone here, so if you need a friend, well, like I said, I'm here," she told the Dakota.
Tag for Wrap? I'll be away for the long weekend and then the day after so I won't be able to post again until Wednesday.
