"Well, perfect to look at, maybe. And it was, it was beautiful. They used to call it the Shining World of the Seven Systems. And on the continent of Wild Endeavour, in the mountains of Solace and Solitude, there stood the Citadel of the Time Lords. The oldest and most mighty race in the universe. Looking down on the galaxies below, sworn never to interfere, only to watch" - Tenth Doctor
Then there was silence. Then there was nothing. Caught in between time and space, lodged in the crack of time. The Tenth Doctor awoke as he sat up on the floor of the TARDIS. He quirked a brow as looked to his hands, still glowing. Standing up he looked into the mirror, and what he seen was almost unreal. He had not changed at all, the regeneration process, something must have gone wrong. He felt his forehead, and his heart beat, both of them; no fever, no nothing.
”Well at least I don’t have to worry about getting funny looks.”
He thought as he placed a hand to his chin trying to think of what could have happened. He could not recall this happening any other time. But something was definitely wrong; he could feel it, even if he was not ill. He looked to the doors of the TARDIS rushing to them as he flung them both open. Then he spoke quirking both brows.
”Wha..What? Wha….NO!?!”

Jack had been saved by Rose Tyler, gifting him with immortality. He had spent most years under the employment of Torchwood. In fact he had come to be the leader of Torchwood Three. It was no easy task, it had never been an easy task. Going around doing all these things, such as saving the world, was his time coming? No.

"What do I do now? Jack thought as he paced the corridors of Torchwood Three.
He thought that getting more members would be a hard task, but he soon found that there were old members, ready to jump back in.
