Takumi smiled back at Jett and nodded a couple of times, wondering whether to pretend he'd been joking about the horse or to admit he'd thought Jett had meant a real one. It seemed better (for that read less dumb) to go with it and let him believe he'd been going for a laugh. He felt sure he would never truly grasp the English language.
He listened carefully to the rules, relieved they seemed to be few and far between. Five misses and you were out. That seemed easy enough (although he still wasn't sure how spelling the word 'horse' needed to come into it). "I understand Jett-san," he said with a grin. Even if he didn't Takumi felt positive he wouldn't admit it!
"I love the USA!" he enthused. "The Land of Opportunity it is indeed!" He hoped, though, that Izzy wouldn't be forced to move as that would definitely take some of the fun out of his life. Still, he was a pragmatist at heart and what fate was determined to see happen he knew he would deal with in whatever means needed. "This must be different to your life in England," he added to Freddie. "What saw you move to America?"

Freddie smiled at Jett, "Arranged marriages only really work if you know the person your going to marry, I happened to love Penny long before we married." Freddie added with a smile on his face as he looked at the ball. "Yeah I'm ready to give it a go, how hard could it possibly be." Freddie said to him he was quite sporty so he wasn't in the least bit worried about making a complete ass out of himself just an ass.
"I visited here enough when I lived in England with my parents, living here feels like an extended holiday, eventually I'll have to move back to the UK permanently. My parents legacy and my title will actually force that but right now I'm loving life in LA, its a good place to raise my kids and my sister is happy here. My wife likes to use my bank account to go shopping in Beverely hills. Me on the other hand I like a good steak and a game of sport on the TV or going to see a game of something doesn't matter what, I may not understand what I'm watching or playing but I can cheer with the best of them." Freddie said to him. "I have been known on occassion to cheer for the wrong team at the wrong time in a stadium so I can come across as a complete nit wit." Freddie admitted.
He took the ball and gave it a couple of bounces before trying a shot he missed but not by much which surprised him, the ball bounced out of the hoop.
"Not as bad as I feared it would be, I may even get it on the second try." Freddie said with a smile. "You guys make it look so easy to do, never realised it was quite difficult." Freddie admitted playfully.
