Paybacks a bitch! (Xavier tags Braedon)

Xavier grabbed his nose not expecting it to meet the back of a head. Thank god for insurance and for the skilled hands of Dr. Christan Troy.

"Sonofabitz!" He exclaimed holding his nose to keep it from bleeding. It did make his wheels turn though, the trouble would be could he make it convincing enough to make it seem like he was the victim in this situation?

"Yes sir, I'll go." He said in a raspy voice trying to work up a few tears. "I want to report this...this monster and what he's done." He sniffed.

Xavier never cried nor was he an actor but this was going to put him to the test. "I was minding my own business," he began calmly. "And then this guy came along and...and started to harass me." He let a few tears fall. "Then came the pushing and shoving, and I detest violence but I couldn't let him continue so I fought back." Now came the flow. "I...I thought I had the upper hand at one point but and that was when I had him against the locker and then he nailed me in the nose with his head. You know the rest." He covered his face with his hands, laughing internally.

Braedan looked at the idiot, "You are aware that their are thirty or so witnesses that had me walking away from you when you slammed me face first into a locker, you couldn't even do it with me facing you. You waited until I had no chance to defend myself before you attacked and were attempting to break my arm when I broke your hold on me." Braedan said. "Then lets not forget the breaking into my locker to drop of porn and condomns, the sexual harrassment involved in that... the attempts to bully me for obscene reason. You clearly have an obsession with me Goodwin, I could claim that your trying to stalk me badly and based on this morning I have a pretty good case." Braedan told the boy.

"This started after I kicked his rear in a boxing ring yesterday, the harrassment about my sexuality which is not in question here. The blatant attempts to humiliate me to get even, and his attempts to bully me because I won't back down... I think I would like nothing more than to speak about your conduct today Goodwin... I'll accept that I could have handled this better, but I'm not taking the blame for something you started with the vicious attempt to humiliate and bully me." Braedan said to the boy.

-Due to the current no tolerance policy regarding student fightings, both Xavier and Braedon have been assigned to in-school suspension for the next three days, which includes cafeteria duty during lunch (basically scraping food off trays, cleaning dishes,being the cafeteria staffs' bitches.) Any more infractions will result in an out of school suspension. No, the principal doesn't care who started it. It may not seem fair, but the recent violence means a tougher stance on this sort of thing.
