"I am glad I can help" she laughed and smiled. "Of course you being gay your looks can only get you so far" she teased him. She was having a good time with this conversation she felt instantly at ease with him which was very rare. "So see you definiatly have your good looks going for you so you are good Connor" she said to him sweetly. "I think it is really cool how you got into photography and it is great your parents encourage you to go for it" she said. "I can tell you love it so much and are so passionate about it because your eyes lite up as you talked about it. And feeling that kind of passion is a great thing, it shows how happy you are."
She wondered what her parents would think of her passion, she was sure they would encourage her in it. They were the kind of parents that helped you go for your dream even if they were not into that kind of thing they were into. "Well your good looks can help us in all matters" she grinned. "I have a feeling me and you could cause some damage" she laughed. They had alot in common and that was a good thing. Even though they had different passions it works out well.
"Most people don't realize it if you are not into ghost hunting. They don't really have the tv and magazine ads. But they do have a website. I can show it to you while we are here" she told him with a smile. She was proud of her job and proud of the people she worked with so she did not mind showing off that was for sure. "You use recorders to do EVP's, DVR's to see if anything pops up can't see in front of you, cameras, and video cameras, the basic's." She explained. "We also use this meter that lights up if some energy comes near it which is very cool when it does when you ask questions, it is a neat way to communicate. I have never seen one face to face, but we have seen things pop up on the DVR, have had EVP's, hits with the meter, and odd photos. I have had one go through me once it felt like you were emersed in a tub of ice cold water, and when they get near you feel like a electric feeling all your hairs stand up on your arms and neck. I have been touch and the worst to happen was a scratch which not fun being scratched trust me."

“Hey, so you think, but being extraordinarily good looking and gay is actually beneficial.” Connor explained, trying to sound serious as he said this, but the grin on his face contradicted this seriousness. “For one, people look at me and they get enthralled by my prettiness, guys and girls alike, and they can’t help but be nice to me. And of course, that means they can’t get angry at me for doing tiny little things like talking in class. And besides, girls love gay guys. It’s like an unwritten rule. Don’t take my word for it, watch Will & Grace, or My Best Friend’s Wedding. Hollywood wouldn’t lie to you.”
He smiled, a mix of pleased, flattered and embarrassed, at Elena’s compliments. “So you’re a perfect photography subject, a member of Geeks United, are sweet, and most importantly of all, you say nice things about me. I think you’re going to give Julia a run for her money in the best friends’ stakes.” he teased lightly. Of course he didn’t mean that, Julia was his best friend, no matter what, and no number of compliments, as much as it built up his ego, was going to change that fact. Still, it never hurt having more friends. He was low in the female friends stakes too, with only Julia and Izzy, though Brittany and Mal were included to, if you counted girlfriends and friends of your newish friends.
“Yeah, my parents have been really good to me, with photography, so far. They’re not too keen on me pursuing that as an actual job, and possibly skipping college for it, but I’m working on it.” he admitted, sounding cheerier on the subject than he actually was. But he didn’t have to think about that for a long time yet, so he decided not to let it sour his otherwise great mood for that morning.
“Me, cause damage with you? As if I ever would do that, I’m a perfect angel.” Connor smirked, thinking that Elena was right. He hadn’t gotten along with anyone so well so quickly since he had met his best friend and his boyfriend. And he was already looking forward to introducing her to Julia, something told him the girls would get on well.
“I’ll take your word for it. I’m perfectly happy never to be scratched by a ghost.” Connor laughed. “It’ll all does sound very interesting. And fun. I know these two guys, Patch and Evan, something tells me they would love to go along on some ghost hunting. They might cause a bit too much trouble and scare away any chance of finding any ghosts though. They’re a bit on the noisy side.” he grinned. “Sure, I’d love to see that website. Maybe another time though, if you’re short on time.” Connor offered, glancing at his watch. “I don’t want to make you late for work.”

"Well gay men are the best" Elena grinned. "You can do girly stuff with them along with manly things so you get the best of both worlds" she grinned. "So I might use your for cool gay man fun times" she teased. "I mean that is the only reason I would even want you around" she continued to tease him. Elena loved the fact Connor could joke with her and not take offense and she had a feeling he would appericate the fact she was awlays honest even bluntly honest at times. "I don't think I can take her best friend spot" she smiled. "Which is cool with me, I don't ever want to take away someones best friend. That is not cool when someone does it" she said honestly. "Of course a person can have more then one best friend but you always are closer to one person then the other. Julia is your person which is cool you and her are lucky to have that person" she said honestly.
"Your parents love you but you have to do what makes you happy not what makes them happy. My parents if they were alive I am sure they would not be to happy about me being a ghost hunter but they would know they could not change my mind and just let me go about my way. I am stubborn" she said with a laugh. "I always was, that is one thing about that has not changed and never will change." Ever since her parents death she is much more serious and not a party girl gossip queen like she use to be. "Yeah a angel with horns and a tail" laughing she smiled. "And of course the horns keep the halo straight right?" she asked a teasing look on her face and a teasing tone of voice.
"I am like evil when I ghost hunt. I don't get scared easy, I provoke the ghost spirits whatever if they try to be to quiet" she said with a shrug. Sure it was dangerous but you did what you had to do to get the job done. And her job was finding proof and it did work a lot of time, sure you get scratched that heals. She is cool with the scratching to as long as she never gets possesed like the meduim has on the team. Now that is truely scary since you don't know if it is demon or once was a human that jumped in you, if it is a demon it could follow you home and try to hurt you, which demons can. Her and her team always make sure what is up when they go on to make sure that if it is a demon they are extra cautious. "Your friends would have to be quiet with me or else I might have more then a few words that need bleeped out of my scentences. I take ghost hunting serious" she said honestly. "To me it is not a game and not time to play around."

“Cool gay man fun times?” Connor queried, raising an eyebrow at Elena. “I didn’t realise that I could have cool gay man fun times with a girl. I’m totally up for giving it a try though.” he teased. “I’ll just warn you though, I won’t do anything too girly with you. So no clothes shopping and trying on clothes. Though I won’t say no to a pillow fight, and staying up all night talking about boys. I will also watch Ghost. So bring on the cool gay man fun times.” he teased.
He felt bad for Elena, to have lost both her parents. As hard as his father was on him at sometimes, but still, he knew he would be a mess if anything happened to him. “Stubborn? Well, so am I, so we’ll either get along great or clash constantly. I’m sure it’ll be fine though, if you just admit I’m right whenever we do.” At her horns comment, he grinned, rubbing a hand through his hair. “It does, it’s a big help in that. Besides, that’s why I keep my beautiful hair so curly, helps hide them. Don’t want to go scaring people off now. Or having people get onto me. I have to hide my evil, I mean, good intentions. That’s important after all.”
With what she was saying about the ghost hunting, he was starting to think that maybe it wouldn’t be the most ideal thing to take Patch and Evan too, no matter how fun it would be. “Well, I don’t know if they can actually be quiet. I’ve never been a witness to that miraculous event anyway. I’m sure they would try, and they would mean well. They’re just noisy in general. So maybe it would be better not to bring them.” He could just imagine the two running around screaming, calling out for ghosts to come out. And for some reason, he could picture a white sheet covering each of them as they did. That did sound like Patch and Evan.
“So how long have you been doing all this anyway, the ghost hunting?” Connor asked, a little curious. It did seem like an odd thing for a teenager to get into. And now the Ghostbusters them was stuck in his head. Something told him it would be stuck in there all day.

"Ghost is one of my favorite movies. It makes me cry but don't tell anyone that" Elena said. It made her cry for many different reasons. One because it is sad and two because she thinks about her parents and if they saw the light that Patrick Swazye's character saw. She misses them so much even though a few years have passed, it still feels like it was yesterday. Of course it would be like to any child she was sure. "I might even make you watch legaly blond" she teased him. Of course that was a okay movie but noe one seh wlikes to watch over and over again. "How are you with horro movies?"
She laughed at what he said. "I am sure we won't always agree but at least we can always be honest with each other" she grinned. "That is what makes a good friend I think, honesty" she said honestly. "Well the hair does hide them well so that way you can show your bad I mean good intentions when you want to" she said and smiled at him. She was still amazed she was allowing herself to open up to people. "You know I have been her for three years and I am just now making friends" she said. "I was shutting people out before this. Which I think if someone hurts me that I might go back to doing that, so that is why to never lie to me even if you think I won't like what you have to say."
"I would take them on ones I do myself sometimes" she said. "I like to keep my skills up and go out alone. I can brib them into being good with doing more then just following, by letting them use some equipment" she said with a laugh and a smile. "How do you think they will do with that?" That would give her more people to know and it would be great if they could be into the same things she was, who knows she could make serious ghost hunters out of them and eventually have her own branch of the paranormal society based in California, and they could be her first team members.
"For three years, as soon as I got her. After my parents died I needed answers about the other side. I came across ghost hunting and have loved it ever sense. It shows me there is something after death" she said honestly. "It helps me keep on healing and not go back to how I was when they first died, not caring if I lived or died." She has kept secret that she contimplated suicide during those first hard months, the ghost hunting gave her a new purpsoe to life and made her want to keep on living.
