[Mallory Harper, Locations: Somewhere around locker 109]
Mal had a good night. She spent it with her boyfriend. Who else. Who knew JJ could actually be romantic on V-Day. It was nice to spend a night away from home. Sure she had to twist her dad's arm and lie claiming she was spending the night with Brit, but in the end her father bought it and let Mal spend the night on a school night. Who said she would not make a good lawyer. Not that she wanted to be one, but still> She knew how to twist the facts.
Mall checked her phone, which had excellent access to the Internet and checked the latest youtube video she posted of JJ and the band. It came out very good. She was proud how she melded two concerts into one to look like one concert. The timing had to be just right and it was hard. But she was good. Mal checked to make sure she has her camera. She was considering filming around school for fun. Just to get different reactions and see what people would do for the camera. She would warn everyone that she might post the video and if someone did not want to be seen she would block the face out, but most people did not care.
Mal took out her camera and pressed the record button and began her journey near and around her locker. She spotted a few people and walked over. "Know of any good pranks one can pull for fun. I hear about this party at The Standard, could crash that but...eh...not sure..I was looking more forward to public humiliation for someone." Mal laugh not really talking to anyone in particular. but had the camera in hand.

Nick had unsurprisingly vanished last night, off on a date with the trashy blonde he called girlfriend -- Patch did not care that Holly had held out for an entire year, he still insisted she was a whore. And anyway, she didn't like him so he didn't much care whether his aspersions were accurate. He didn't know if either Nick or Holly had been hit with the consequences of his and Evan's prank letters, and he wanted to find out.
Before he had made it very far, though, Mallory wandered over, camera in hand. "Hey there, pop princess," He greeted her, waving to the camera. He knew she would never be caught dead listening to anything like The Pussycat Dolls or Girlicious, but he was adamant that Fall Out Boy and Nickelback also fell under pop. It was popular, ergo it was pop, and he felt that as she was his friend JJ's girlfriend that he had a civic duty to remind her -- or at least to pester her about her listening habits. And anyway, it was kind of funny when she got defensive about it. She was still pretty cool for a chick, though, even if she was terribly, terribly mistaken about her music's place on the pop spectrum. That his definition of pop was unnaturally expansive was a thought he easily dismissed.
"So party crashing sounds fun and all, could always hijack the DJ or somethin', but if it's public humiliation you want, well, I hear the barnyard animals are a go." He told her. She wanted pranks, he and Evan could deliver. "You're still on for filming? Need to work out the details and all, but should be funny."

Mal shook her head and laughed as Patch called her Pop Princess. "Thats funny. You calling me Pop Princess. Just goes to show your ignorance about good music./" She turned the camera off and placed it in her bag and looked back at patch. "Hijack the DJ all you want, but if you play that crap you call music and I will personally remove you from the turn tables." She smirked and leaned against the locker. She had made respect for Patch and the pranks her and Evan pulled, but when it came to music, well...she could not help but disagree. How was Indie music. Is was crap someone called music. Not real creativity in it.
"Hell yes I am still in for filming. My latest you tube video is up and now I need a new project. Like I would miss out on a chance to film a kick ass prank. Please." Mal smiled. "Just tell me when nd where and let me know the details and me and my camera shall arrive."
Filming was her life. She would film lots of things not just music videos. Music videos was her specialty, but filming pranks was always fun. "So um...i got a funny Valentine in my locker form a guy named Phil..and seeing as though I do not know who Phil is...and I only know of two guys who love to pull pranks, would you have any clue who that valentine was from?" The only reason Mal suspected depth and Evan was because she them both personally and knew they liked to pull pranks. Plus the fact Mal did not know who Phil was just added to her suspicions. "Got to say that was good. I did not see it coming."

“You know, I really have no idea what you could possibly be talking about.” Evan grinned as he joined the pair, having overhead Mallory on his way over. He should have known, Mal would have been able to figure it out, she did know them after all, but still, it was fun to mess around. He draped an arm around her shoulder, affectionate as always, while he flashed Patch a grin. “Phil...oh yeah, I think I know him. Korean dude, skinny, about yay high...” Evan said, using his free arm to indicate Phil’s height compared to himself, his hand just above his own head. “Isn’t he the guy into all that poetry and dressing up and stuff? You’ve got a class, I think, with him Patch.” Evan said, playing innocent, though he doubted Mal was buying it.
“But, come on Mal, really, I’m offended.” he smirked, pulling away to lean against a locker, holding a hand to his heart. “How could you even think we would do such a thing? Really, you don’t know us at all! I’m hurt, really hurt.” Laughing, he slipped a hand in his pocket, fingering a button he didn’t realise was there. “Patch and I are much more mature than that.”
He glanced around briefly for Brittany, but couldn’t see his girlfriend. He was sure to find her sometime that day, he could bug her then. In a completely entertaining way of course. “Brit was saying something about crashing a party tonight, a real fancy shindig. You guys feel up to some shenanigans?”

"I do not listen to crap!" Patch objected. Sure, maybe Animal Collective were an acquired taste. And Get Him Eat Him had a tendency towards the discordant. But that didn't mean that it was bad, it was just too artistic for the average person to appreciate. But she had struck on an important point, and that was that he cared more about what label a band was signed to than what genre they played. He would listen to any genre, as long as it was put out by Subpop or Saddle Creek or French Kiss. Some of the music he liked would have fit right in on the billboard charts, but he denied that this was so. He also denied that he listened to anything on any of the big labels, but of course that was a lie. He loved pop punk as much as the next alternative-inclined teen rebel, but even Fueled by Ramen, though technically an Indie label, was too popular for him to feel comfortable admitting he liked it. He was too much of a snob.
"What, you just assume that any card you get must be a prank?" He prodded, unwilling to outright admit that he and Evan had sent the card, even if she clearly knew the truth. "Poor Phil, all in love with you and you don't even know who he is." He chided. Then again, she was spoken for, so it was probably a good thing she was not looking. JJ might not be too happy, if he thought another guy was horning in on his territory.
"Sure, I'll bet you don't believe that Aly Durrand is madly in love with that Judd guy, either," He scoffed, crossing his hands across his chest. "But it's true, Evan and Brit overheard her lamenting how he doesn't notice her. Cross my heart." Maybe he should have cleared that lie up with Evan and Brittany first, but it just kind of came out. He didn't think they would mind, though, especially since it was so blatantly untrue.
He cocked his head at Evan, "Hey, pop princess, wonder if that's the same party as you were talkin' about. Sure," He continued, always up for craziness with his friend, "What you got in mind? Can't waist the barnyard animals, though, gotta save them for the cheerleaders. Too bad you don't have your snake yet, could bring that, freak the plastics out real good." If they would even let a snake into the hotel, they might not. Oh, well. The future snake could always be used for more mundane pranking. They had to think of something awesome to do at this party, something nobody would expect. Party crashing was fun and all, but that was almost too mundane....they needed something that Mal could film, not just the event, but the reactions.

Mal looked at Evan as he showed up and just raised a brow. "Poetry and likes to dress up. Are you serious? Thanks...nice choice...whose bright idea was that....JJ got a kick out of it. He thought it a precious." Mal shook her head and laughed. "I think I have seen him around, but sadly his love must remain one sided." She said with a smile at Patch.
"Okay... say for a moment Phil did send me the note. I think Patch here is jealous. " She said and then smirked. "What no admirers for you yesterday Patch. Just you and your non existent taste in good music." She replied to his pop princess comment. She laughed a small laugh, "But I know you two by now. The fact that you even said Aly likes Judd proves it. I have met the girl. The day she likes a guy like Judd is the day I turn into a plastic." Mal looked from Evan to Patch. "You both mature....right....sure...if you say so." Mal could not help it. Making fun of them was just how they were.
"I do believe that is the party. At The Standard. Over heard Brits evil step sister talking about it. I saw we do something good at that party. Besides crashing. You guys are the masterminds. What ides do you have. I just have the equipment." She patted her bag.

“Hey, we are mature! Isn’t that right, O’ pal of mine!” Evan laughed, giving Patch a hearty slap on his back. “Honestly! My mum told me so.” Snickering at this comment, he stuck his tongue out, as if proving how mature he really was. Maybe he was slightly on the childish side, or even a bit more than childish, but he figured, he would rather be immature than boring. At least he had more fun this way, and everyone else benefitted from it as well. Really, he and Patch were doing a community service. They should receive some kind of recognition for it, he thought. He would be happy with a statue, or perhaps some sort of ode.
“Well, Brit and I were just planning on taking turns to bother the step sis, but, if you’re filming, well, I’m just gonna have to bring out the big guns.” Evan laughed. Now that a camera was involved, things were completely different. He was a bit of a show off after all, especially when it could make people laugh. And in this case, it would annoy Aly, which would ramp up the fun factor greatly.
He wasn’t too sure what prank, or pranks, they could pull yet. He would need time to plan such genius after all. “Not too sure. Especially with farm animals and snakes being out of the picture.” he chuckled. “We could bring along a massive bunch of other people, you know, fun ones, like us, who wouldn’t fit in. Maybe make up so posters advertising it, I dunno.” he shrugged, before nudging Patch playfully. “We could always streak. That’ll get a reaction.”

"Jealous?!" Patch scoffed, wondering why on Earth she would think he were jealous. "I know it is hard to believe, but even if I dated guys, which I don't, the crazy Victorian wannabe would not be my first choice." Actually, he really didn't know who he would date, if he were interested in dating. He supposed someone like Brit or Mal, but he couldn't be sure, because sexual attraction did not always agree with logic about who was a good fit.
His face twisted into a grimace at the thought of admirers -- he was very glad not to have any of those, rejecting people was a nuisance. "I spent the evening with the only admirer that counts." He told her, by which he meant his dog. KB would never leave him for a girl -- okay, that wasn't true, the canine was always trying to sniff at the ladies, but the dog did not care what sort of music his human listened to or whether he got beat up by a girl or whether he made good grades. And since everyone else worth hanging out with had been too busy with disgusting displays of romance -- even his twin! -- he didn't have any other options.
"Hey, watch it, Aly is way into Judd, she would be all over him if she got the chance!" He grinned at the dark-haired girl. He didn't even care she knew he and Evan were behind the cards, she didn't seem to mind, anyway. "Don't you go telling any different, she might be upset if we screw up her chances doubting her."
He nodded vigorously in his and Evan's defence when his friend called for back up on their maturity, "Yeah, we're the epitome of maturity, Mal, didn't you know? Just ask anyone."
Pranks, now, he had zero ideas. Evan was the genius when it came to pranks, he just went along for the ride, so to speak. If Mal filmed their antics, that was even better, she was a great camera-woman -- no matter how much he loved to tease her, he had to give her that. "Streaking, always a good time," He agreed, "You don't have any of those fireworks left, do you?" Fireworks might not be the best idea, after what had happened last time, but they were so irresistable! Anything that involved fires or explosions was, and this time surely they would manage not to fire it into something/

Mal started laughing. They were hysterical, "I'm sorry....give me a moment...you two mature....that's great....one of the best jokes I have ever heard." She finally took a few deep breaths to calm down. "I just pictured Patch with some Victorian wanna be....its precious. Poor guy...you will be single for life." She said joking around. She sighed. They were good for a laugh. "Just kidding Patch." She said giving him a reassuring tap on the arm. She really was kidding, "But seriously you both mature....yeah and I am the queen of the school. I think we are all immature. Its part of being a teen." Mal knew she could be immature at times.
"No way...no way I am filming DJ Fluff over here streaking. I think I will go blind." Mal could not help it. She loved picking on Patch. It was easy, but when it came down to it she had mad respect for him. He was a very good guy and nice to, but its what they did. "Although it would be funny to see the looks on everyones faces. It might be worth it." She said thinking. "JJ might kill me but oh well."
She smiled and moved to lean against the locker, "I am clueless. The best prank I could think of would be setting off the fire sprinklers. See that is why I film and you both come up with the plan." She took out her camera and turned it on. She pointed it at Patch and Evan, "fire works is nice. Now that could be a fun idea. Blow up the cake and see everyone scream because of icing all over their expensive out fits." Mal laughed.

“Hey!” Evan nudged his best friend, grinning at Mal’s declaration that Patch would be single for life. “Imagine how cool that would be! Lifetime bachelor! Your place would be so cool, you could just bum around in a robe and slippers, wouldn’t have to shave, could just watch DVDs and play video games all day! And image the cool fun we could get up to! Could set up a bike and skate ramp inside, wouldn’t have to worry about getting holes in the wall, brilliant!” It was an impossible dream, but a cool one at that. Unless Brittany and the band got famous and super rich, then he could mooch off her, something he teased his girlfriend about all the time. “But, nah, come on, look at him Queenie, he’s a catch, coolest guy in school. Apart from me, of course.” He teased. “If he let ‘em, girls, or guys, would be all over him. Except Aly, seeing how she’s so into Judd.”
“Wait, you thought when I said we streaking, I meant me and Patch? Nah, talking about you and Brit!” Evan smirked. “You two lovely ladies will streak, Patch can do camera duties, and I will just leer at my girlfriend. That way we, and by we I mean me, will be happy. But, if you really, really wanna check out our hot bods, Patch and I can do the nudie run. Brit will have to grab a stick though, to help beat back all the girls off us.”
Patch bringing up fireworks again made Evan grin, even if he should have learnt by now, from burning down a house, that it was not a good idea for him, or Patch for that matter, to play with explosives. “Yeah, got some still stashed away.” he told his friend enthusiastically. “Exploding cake, that sounds cool. Sorry, I can’t think of anything while the name DJ Fluff is still in my head.” he sniggered. He wouldn’t ever forget that nickname. “Gotta be careful not to damage the place though, if we use ‘em. They’re kinda of...hard to control.” He smirked, flashing a grin at Patch. “But give me some time to think of something awesome! We can plan things out at lunch, get the whole Scooby gang in on it.”
