Aly just laughed as Jasper spoke about not wanting her and stuff. Of course it really hurt in reality, but Aly had to remain unphased by this. If she let Jasper know in any way shape or form that she wanted him, he would not hesitate to taunt her with it. Aly was sure of it. So as much as it hurt when Jasper told her she did not even tempt him and he would not want her, it just reconfirmed why liking him was a waste of time for her, "Good thing I wasn't holding my breath for you, besides I don't think you would live up to my expectations and there is nothing worse then being let down in the bedroom." She smirked as she walked off the elevator. For a moment there she was afraid she would not have been able to regain her composure from what Jasper said.

"But I could use your help in terms of guy advice. There is this guy at school I am interested in sleeping with, and since your a guy I was hoping to ask you a question...should I expect him to have condoms or should I bring my own just in case?" Aly was not sure if that would hurt Jasper or not. Her suggesting she wanted to sleep with another guy, which was a lie of course, but no way Jasper would know that. She just wanted to sting him like he did her, but the problem was with Jasper you never could tell anything with him. His emotions were hard to tell so she doubted she would know if this hurt him or not, but she wanted him thinking. Of course this would only work if Jaspers earlier words of not wanting her were in fact a lie, again Aly had no clue if they were, but she was hoping because it still hurt to know that.

Aly wanted to believe other wise, but the way Jasper acted did just reconfirm that his words were in fact true and she was stuck on the side of unrequited feelings and perhaps she needed to move on and set her sights else where.

Aly was lost in thought as Jasper spoke. She heard something about a flag pole and calling a person. She did not come back into the conversation until he asked if she knew someone with hacking skills. "Who is there to know our school is filled with nerds from your school and mine. How hard is it to get one of them to hack into someone's you tube account. A little seduction on my part and its done. Or I could be nice and just ask this Silver cheerleader whom seems to be dating a geek. She might help." Aly suggested.

"I think the idea for the cabbage patch kid. I could defiantly make a scene. Accuse him of being near the car. Perhaps you can put his name on the paperwork as well. The company or guy who does it can say both guys paid him half each to do this." Aly suggested. This was turning into quiet the plan. "I love it. When do you think we can have everything go down by. Now the only other problem is how do we guarantee they will get the punishment they deserve. These idiots need more then detention. I am thinking the four should have to do locker room clean up and maybe bathroom maintenance." Aly said with an evil grin.

As the waiter brought the mimosa Aly just took a sip right away. She was a light weight when it came to drinking, but one did not hurt anyone did it. "You were not kidding when you said the breakfast seemed good here."

Jasper didn't get the hint that he was hurting Aly. The truth was that he would be honored to not only tap that unbelievably sexy ass, but would have loved to take Aly out and do it the right way. But there were too problems in that. The first being that Jasper could never be exclusive. Even if he tried he knew that like his father, he would never be a faithful man. And actually going after Aly would bruise his ego way more than he could ever handle. So no, really when it came down to it, he wasn't really interested in Aly because he was not willing to compromise to be with her. Maybe someday it would work out, but not anytime soon.

So when she started about wanting to sleep with some guy at school, even if it was a little irksome, there was no way he could let her see it. "Bring condoms," he said his tone still calm. "It never hurts to have backup." And he left it at that, or at least he wanted to. He wished he had the self-control to not say another word about it, but Jasper always needed to know everything. "Who is the guy anyway?" he asked. "Anyone I would know?" He very much doubted he would know the guy, but that didn't mean that he couldn't find out who he was.

"Sounds like a plan. You make a scene...I'll make sure he signs one of the papers. I'll need his full name though. Evan Hughes and Patch...whatever," he said shaking his head. "I'll have to make some calls but I'm sure I can have a company down by the end of the day. I'll text you when I know we can do it all. As for the punishment, I suppose if you know a way to suggest it to the principal go ahead, but I don't know the guy. I honestly don't know what his methods for punishment are," he said. "But I agree, I'd like them to get more than just detention," he said. He wanted them expelled personally, but he couldn't guarantee that either. Could people even get expelled from public school? He didn't know.

When their mimosas were brought to them they also ordered their breakfast. Jasper sipped casually as he leaned back in the booth. "So what did your step-sister and her friends do to make you change your mind anyway?" he asked.

Aly knew she never had a chance with Jasper and she should move on from her stupid crush, but still. She wished she at least knew she had a shot with him, but that was never going to happen. Aly knew Jasper since grade school. She knew his womanizing ways. It was better to move on to other men. Aly knew she should stop this ideal she had of losing her virginity to Jasper and need to perhaps look at other guys, but Aly just could not sleep around, but perhaps...maybe one night, she might just have sex and get it over with. At least after a few drinks she might.

"Now why do you want to know his name.." Aly purred. She just smiled. "Well not that it matters because he goes to Gould...." Aly had totally missed that Jasper and Riley met Tyler at Jasper's birthday party. She had been to preoccupied with Barney. "His name is Tyler. Tyler Durnham. Complete womanizer. Always has some woman, but I he is a gentleman and I have yet to be with him. In my other experience the guy has always had the condom, but I wanted to know it was okay I could bring them too. Thank you." Aly had done things with Tyler before, but not...sex....To be honest. The only reason Aly said Tyler was because he was the first popular guy that popped in her head.

"Its some girly name...kim something..kimpathc..kimson..kimbat...ball..Kimball. Thats it. Patch Kimball. Man I can't believe I know that. Her and he stupid friends annoy me way too much." Aly told him. "Yes you text me and I will set it in motion. Do not worry about the principle. He and I get along fine. He has been asking me to help tutor some kids. I guess you could say I am a principles pet in a way." Aly was a good student and always willing to help out.

Aly finished her mimosa slowly as she waited for her breakfast. "They pulled the childish prank I have ever heard of. Not even worthy of being mentioned." Mostly because it was embarrassing. She motioned to the waiter and pointed to her drink for another mimosa. She stretched out her legs and they lightly brushed Jasper's leg. "So do tell me...what is it like being your own rich man...I just might have to come over more often. Riley and I need to take full advantage of that lovely room you have." Aly winked.

"Just looking out for my friend," he replied to Aly. "After all, I wouldn't want you mixing with the wrong sort of people." That was always his excuse with Riley too...when he meddled in things with her. He of course knew that his sister was no saint, however, he at least took pride in knowing that the guys she did involve herself with came from a good upbringing. "Ah, Tyler," Jasper said with a nod. "You have good taste," Jasper admitted, although he was slightly annoyed that she'd want Tyler over him, he couldn't exactly let on. So he nodded. "You have my approval," he said. "I only wish Riley had your taste...you should have seen the sorts that I've had to scare away from her," he said, shaking his head. "She doesn't always know what's good for her," he said thoughtfully. As for Tyler being a womanizer, Jasper didn't know the guy well enough to know if this was true, but Jasper was a bit of a womanizer himself so he couldn't really fault anyone else on it. If Aly was looking for a relationship that would be different, but a hook up, well, the same rules did not apply.

Jasper nodded when Aly remembered the name. He pulled out his phone and saved the names she'd given him in a note so he could look upon them later. "Yes, I will try and find out today what is the earliest they can do it. I'm sure it will be Monday at the latest," he said with a nod. After all, he'd have to call around first. He didn't have the same connections here that he had in New York. Still, he was Jasper Hastings and if there was anyone who could find a way to get it all done, it was him.

Jasper nodded when Aly went on about getting on with the principal. "Well, then you make sure they get the punishment they deserve," he said. He didn't so much mind letting Aly do that part. After all, he doubted they'd get expelled it being public school and all and Aly's suggestions for punishments weren't all that bad. He wouldn't want to have to clean after the jocks and he could imagine that that lot woudn't want to either. Jasper never really bothered being a jock himself, but he'd always gotten along with them, as he'd always been rather popular. Aly's step-sister and her friends didn't seem like they really got on well with the popular kids so working for them would be a suitable punishment if Aly could pull it off.

"Really, I can't imagine what would be so childish," Jasper said. He wanted to know what it was. Was it just on Aly or was it on a group of people? If it was just Aly he doubted he'd ever know unless she'd confided in Riley, but if it was to both Aly and her friends, Jasper was sure that he'd hear about the prank through word of mouth. As the finished their mimosas, they were given refills immediately. One of the things Jasper loved about living in the hotel was the excellent service.

"On my own, yes, I like very much not being controlled by that of my father," he said, not saying anything more. Jasper never spoke of his father, even before he'd gone to prison. His father had always been rather hard on him and Jasper had never been able to please him, even though he was exactly like him. In a way it was sort of relief not being controlled anymore although the whole prison thing was still quite an embarrassment. "You of course are welcome to come over whenever. I will never turn down being woken up by a beautiful girl in my bed," he smirked as he took a sip of his mimosa.
