Raven was not liking this whole pregnant thing. No coffee, no drinking....what the hell. She needed her coffee in the morning, only now it was freaking decaf, thats if she could even get a cup. Apparently that fiance of hers knew her better then she thought. Damn guys for paying attention. She had to get the one guy who was actually watching out for her. It was unnerving and made it hard, very hard to hate the little man.
At least this day was okay. Her morning sickness, which was really just indigestion cause she was only eight weeks pregnant, was not acting up. So for once Raven actually got to hold down what she was eating and pretend the pregnancy did not exist. Which was nice, for once. A nice break. Not that it would do much good. The fact was she could not forget.
Raven made her way to the lunch room and looked at all the food. "Is any of that even edible?" She asked to the person standing next to her in line. Cause all the food looked like something you would see out of a movie. It was bubbling and looked green. Just looking at it would make anyone sick. "I am not eating any of that." Raven would rather starve. Although she couldn't starve. For a certain reason, and that reason was growing inside her flat stomach.

Isaiah left his Trigonometry class feeling stupider than usual and headed toward the cafeteria with a feeling of doom. He hoped they had something good to eat today since he hadn't packed anything. Policing Raven's caffeine intake meant he had less time in the morning than normal. The smells coming from the kitchen were not comforting and he sighed as he saw his fiance talking to some guy in line. He smiled and moved to wrap an arm around her. "Let's go to Wendy's," he suggested in as charming a voice as he could dig up. At least you won't get ,food poisoning there I think. Please?" he begged, his eyes puppylike.

Raven always knew when Isaiah was around. It was like she could sense his presence. Which made flirting all the more fun. She enjoyed getting some sort of reaction from Isaiah. Although flirting is all she would do, all she ever did even before she slept with Isaiah. Still Raven might not act like it, but she held certain values, such as no abortion and no being unfaithful. Although she could pretend right. Mostly Raven's antics were a way to test Isaiah and push him to his limits.
Raven knew that was wrong. She should accept she actually had a great guy who loved her and was willing to take care of her, marry her and raise their child, but Raven was not use to this. So pushing is all she could do. However, she was faltering slowly. Isaiah was worming his way into her dumb ass heart. Very, very slowly. Raven looked to her side and leaned against him. "That sounds much better then any of this. Besides I could use a big chocolate frosty. Oh and a burger, fries, maybe even chicken nugget. Yum...let's go." Raven had an appetite. Claim she was eating for two all you wanted, but she could eat.
Raven left her tray and turned around pulling Isaiah with her. "This is one of the smartest ideas you ever had." Raven winked, "Your first smartest being....." Raven flashed her engagement ring she was finally wearing to him. Raven smiled and kissed Isaiah. "By the way, you are taking me to to doctor this afternoon right...please don't tell me I am going to be stuck with your mom."

“I wouldn’t miss your first sonogram and I love hearing the baby’s heartbeat,” he admitted. Isaiah really was a big teddybear especially when it came to his family. He knew it made it easier to manipulate him for Raven, but he couldn’t help himself. He believed that Raven was going to learn to love them, him and their child. He had to believe it.
He began to lead Raven out to his van. “I will get you everything you want, the landscaping firm paid me yesterday, so lunch is on me,” he promised, wishing he could do so much more than fast food even if it was Wendy’s and at least a bit better than McDonalds. Opening the passenger side door, he helped Raven get in, rubbing her belly gently. He smiled and kissed her before going to the driver’s side and got in. Starting the engine, he pulled out and drove carefully to the nearest Wendy’s where they ordered almost everything on the menu and found a table. “I love you, Raven,” he said, watching her dig into her fries.

How has she gotten here? Her life? Someone offering to marry and take care of her. It was beyond her comprehension. Isaiah loved her. Something Raven was not use to. Sure she knew her father loved her, but her father had also enjoyed telling Raven to get lost cause she was the cause of all his problems. So for them it was bittersweet. So this was different. When Isaiah said he loved her and would take care of her Raven had no idea how to reply. Did she love him? She barely knew him, yet look at what she had done. Raven felt guilt that was for sure, but she also felt wanted for once in her life.
"I...um...." Raven shifted a little as she continued to eat, "It's a first for me. I am not use to someone saying that to me." Raven tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and ate her fries. She sighed, "You're not bad. I could be with a worse guy." She said trying to deflect. Yet it did not feel right. Isaiah's caring and compassion was getting to her. Raven looked at him. "I might like you more than I say." She said. Her voice so soft. "I never believed in love before so this is all so new."
Her family was evidence of that. She touched her stomach. Then looked at Isaiah. "Thank you...for everything. Makes this easier not to be alone." She told him. raven continued to eat a little. "Imayloveyoutoo." She said it soft and fast.

Isaiah's dark face lightened by degrees as Raven continued her speech and when she was done he reached across the table and covered her delicate hand with his larger and stronger one. "You'll never get rid of me now," he teased lightly. He tucked the date, place and general info away in his mind for later when their child asked how they fell in love. "I will try not to be too gushy since this is hard for you," he promised. It would be hard since he was naturally affectionate, but he was an adult, he could control himself. "I can't wait until we're married." He devoured a burger to hide an excess of emotion

"Thanks." Raven said with a smirk. "Now I feel like I am in one of those cheesy romantic films. Now we kiss and you hear the slow music in the background and the cheering cause the man finally got the girl." Raven commented as she gave Isaiah a look that basically meant don't even think about it. But she smiled after it. HE was a dream come true. A prince charming for anyone, but her...she deserved the villain not the prince. Raven still enjoyed her evil side, but she would be more productive about in terms of messing with Isaiah now that he got her to actually show emotion.
"Right after graduation. To bad we can't get married before. Your mother is dragging me dress shopping. Apparently it is not good for the groom to see the bride's dress even." There was no way Raven could get out of it either cause his mother was insisting that this would be done right.
Her sons future was already ruined and the girl was already pregnant so something would be done right and that was the wedding. Raven was booked for it. She had appointments for caterers, bands, wedding cake people and everything else. It was annoying. "Once this is all over...I plan to torture you on the honeymoon." Her words were meant to be menacing but did not come out that way. They came out more playful. A big white wedding. How the hell was Raven ending up with stuff she did not deserve.

Isaiah gave Raven his most evil grin, which really was not that evil. "I am counting on being tortured on our honeymoon, I would be disappointed if you didn't. I think we should register at the Marquis de Sade toy shop just to be sure you have everything you need. Or is that more of a bridal shower type present. I really am not up on this sort of thing." Isaiah finished up a chicken sandwich and looked over the remaining food. He decided it was time for his fiance's frosty and went up to the counter and ordered the chocolate one and brought it back, bowing as he handed it to her. "All my lady's wants shall be satisfied," he whispered, giving her a hot glance from his dark eyes. Isaiah still found it difficult to talk casually about sex, innuendo not coming easily to him, but he had the looks that made teasing easy.

"It's more like a I have to have a baby and a bridal shower. Two separate events, that i believe your friend Bree wants to organize. It shall be fun to see what a sweet girl like her can think of for an evil one like me. She really is way too nice to have anything to do with me." Then again Raven was friends with Sloane. Who was friends with Bree. So who knows really. "I don't think you can guess what ways I will torture you in." Raven winked.
She took the frosty. "So if I told you I needed to be satisfied now, what would you say?" She took a spoonful of her frosty and just smirked at Isaiah. He opened the door and she simply went along with it. If anything it just caused a little public awkwardness, something Raven would thrive on, but mostly seeing how Isaiah would react was her main goal. She never was one to go down easy.
She always had to have some retort. It was in her nature to have the last word in a way. Whether it be in a fight or teasing. She had to have the last word. What ever she said had to be the last thing on someone's mind. Raven winked at him. "So what do you say?" She asked him implying something.

"We could not go back and head into the doctor's and I can try to satisfy you in the back of the van,"he offered, not able to think of any thing he could do about it at Wendy's. He was friendly with Bree but he understood Raven's doubts. The head cheerleader was a bit of a goody two shoes at least in public. He had never seen any sign of hanky panky with her. "Or we could run home and hope mom is out. Do you have any preferences my love?" he asked.
